The front desk staff are sincere and patient when answering questions via WeChat, and they respond quickly to requests. The room is tidy and clean with ample space and excellent natural light. All necessary appliances are provided for daily living. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was very rich, and unlike other star hotels, it had a few unique features. 1. What surprised me most during this stay at the Crowne Plaza Gooday Hotel was the Western restaurant's breakfast buffet. The signature Crowne Noodle was a highlight, with rich bone broth and smooth noodles. The staff were responsive, and the overall dining experience was comfortable. It's a top choice for business travelers, highly recommended to all guests. 2. There were also various exclusive seafood porridges, perfect for the Chinese palate. 3. The fresh fruit and vegetable section offered freshly squeezed juices, which was very convenient for early-rising professionals to get their vitamins.

Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food.

This time, I brought my parents and child to stay at the Sheraton Grand Shenzhen, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – it's truly ideal for family trips. The room was meticulously cleaned, with great attention to detail in hygiene, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's swimming pools are divided into indoor and outdoor sections; the indoor pool is heated, so it's pleasant to swim in regardless of the temperature, while the outdoor pool offers expansive views and beautiful scenery. My child absolutely loved playing in the pool and was full of energy all day long. The hotel staff were genuinely reliable and provided thoughtful, attentive service. What touched me most was an incident after we checked out: I realized my child's belongings were left in the room. I proactively contacted the hotel, and the staff actively communicated with me, helped mail the lost items back, and handled the matter very responsibly. I could really feel the hotel's sincerity. The location is a major highlight. Just across the bridge, you'll find a bustling commercial district with a lot of foot traffic. The surrounding area is full of large shopping malls, various restaurants, a rich selection of specialty foods, and quite a few bars, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient – a one-stop shop for all your needs. For a family with seniors and children, it's a relief not to have to travel far to find food and entertainment, making it stress-free for everyone. As an established five-star hotel, it boasts mature facilities, and the environment, amenities, and service are all top-notch. I highly recommend it for family trips and stays with children. I'll definitely prioritize choosing this place again when I next visit Futian.

Location is strategic as the MRT station of Gangxia North is at its doorstep and Gangxia is 100 metres away. Conveniently situated and you can travel to other parts of Shenzhen conveniently. Will return to stay when I visit Shenzhen again. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Siow Yang and Siow Ping were very helpful. Room was large, clean, air conditioning cold, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. Had good night rest. Breakfast was adequate with additional Hunan noodles and Wan Tan Mee. They also serve simple evening tea between 2-6pm. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My bestie and I booked two nights at the Leica Hotel for our shopping spree in Futian, and the overall experience was beyond our expectations! This hotel is perfect for female friends traveling together. First off, it's just a five-minute walk to One Avenue, where you can find all the trendy shops, makeup stores, and clothing boutiques you could ever want. Downstairs, along the street, there are tons of Cantonese dessert shops, hotpot places, and specialty snacks – everything from afternoon tea to late-night bites. When you're tired from shopping, you can just head downstairs for a bite. Plus, it's super close to two subway stations, giving you flexible travel options. Both Gangxia and Gangxia North stations are just a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient to reach all of Shenzhen's popular spots without needing a long taxi ride. We booked a standard twin room, and the space was quite generous. The two single beds had plenty of room between them, and we could lay out two large suitcases flat at the same time. The large wardrobe and drawers were great for storing clothes, cosmetics, and photo props, keeping everything neat and uncluttered. The lobby on the first floor has spacious couches, perfect for waiting to check in or for friends to organize their photo shoot props. The public areas were clean and odorless, and we could always find a spot to sit and rest. The cleaning staff were incredibly meticulous; the mirrors and countertops were free of cosmetic stains, and there wasn't a single hair or crumb on the floor. They proactively cleaned our room daily during our extended stay, and their service was excellent and very thoughtful. Anything we needed was delivered quickly, so it didn't delay our plans. Moreover, the room had great soundproofing and privacy; once the door was closed, we couldn't hear any outside noise. We could chat and get our outfits ready at night without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. The thick blackout curtains ensured we could sleep until we naturally woke up, completely undisturbed by light. The bathroom counter was wide, so two people could do their makeup and wash up simultaneously without feeling cramped. The hairdryer was powerful, making it quick to dry our hair after a day of shopping. Most importantly, the front desk staff were gentle and patient, and they even stored our small bags for free. My overall review of this hotel is: the amenities are perfectly suited for female shoppers, offering a convenient one-stop experience for eating, staying, and shopping. My bestie and I have already decided to stay here again the next time we visit Futian!

This place is super close to Huaqiangbei, Chegongmiao, and Bagualing Food Street. You can find all sorts of delicious food here like Chaoshan, Cantonese, Hakka, and seafood – whatever you're craving! The high floor offers a great view, and the room is clean, airy, and odor-free, making for a very comfortable stay. Having a fridge, washing machine, and kitchen was fantastic; we even bought seafood and cooked it ourselves, which was awesome! The disposable toiletries were plentiful, and the front desk staff was really friendly, even recommending good local eats. Plus, there are plenty of breakfast spots downstairs – a true foodie paradise!

Even though it was a walk-up room, the hotel offered free luggage assistance if you informed the front desk in advance, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room facilities were in perfect working order, with no issues for daily use. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient, and it was easy to get around. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night, and I slept well. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the staff was friendly. The room size was just right, the decor was cozy, and it offered great value for money. My entire stay was hassle-free and comfortable, with no disappointments. I highly recommend staying here and will prioritize this hotel again on my next visit.

Had an amazing weekend stay here. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Futian CBD, surrounded by great shopping malls and parks. We tried the buffet at Café Zen, and the seafood selection was fresh and diverse. The indoor heated pool and gym facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The room was luxurious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It is a perfect oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Special thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality!

My first time at The Langham, it's a mid-to-high-range hotel, so the service is definitely top-notch. I booked it for a birthday celebration, and they arranged flowers on the bed and gave us a mini cake. The breakfast had a great selection and tasted good, and the restaurant restrooms were very clean.
