房間很乾凈，服務態度也很好，但是有一點，不夠主動。房間門鎖每隔一段時間都會響一下，我以為是外面的人在弄鎖，所以也沒放在心上，但是這種情況一直到凌晨6點，整晚沒睡着。懷疑是鎖壞了，跟前台説明瞭之後也幫我們換了房間，但是事後沒有跟我們説明鎖的情況和相應的解釋
