This is pretty much the closest hotel to Luohu Port. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the border crossing. Its main advantage is indeed its excellent location. The cleanliness is decent, but there are a lot of guests, and the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty average.

Facilities: The hotel offers daily laundry service, which is great – they wash, dry, and fold your clothes, then deliver them back to your room. The breakfast is also decent. Hygiene: There are quite a few hidden dirty spots, especially on the air conditioning unit and pillows. Environment: It's close to Exit E of Guomao Station (though it's a bit difficult to navigate with luggage). It's just one metro stop to Luohu, and taking the bus is more convenient than the metro for the train station. It's quiet despite being in a busy area, and there are many small eateries nearby. Service: Some aspects were disappointing. The breakfast staff, particularly one older woman, had a strong personality – she was quite confrontational rather than helpful. This made the company slogan printed on their uniforms, 'Born to Serve,' feel like a sarcastic joke.

The hotel's interior facilities are a bit dated, but the service quality is absolutely fine. It's very close to Luohu Port, within walking distance. The executive lounge offers à la carte breakfast, which is a nice touch, so I'd still recommend staying here. My only minor complaint is that they charge 15 RMB per page for printing, which feels a bit unreasonable for just three pages.

It's situated in a bustling area, with a subway station just a short walk away, and vibrant shopping districts and food streets within minutes on foot. This makes it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was very satisfying. From fresh fruit to freshly cooked noodles, there was plenty to whet your appetite. Overall, my stay here felt like a warm welcome home. The service, location, and room quality were all excellent, and I'm extremely satisfied. I look forward to returning.

This hotel is located near Luohu, quite close to the subway station, and there are many bus routes nearby within walking distance. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The room was just right, clean and tidy, and even had a washing machine, so I didn't have to worry about changing clothes while traveling. The front desk service was attentive.

I booked a high-floor room, and the first thing that struck me when I opened the door was the huge floor-to-ceiling window. The entire glass panel faced the city skyline, offering a spectacular view. During the day, sunlight streamed into the room, casting long shadows on the wooden floor, and the sheer curtains danced in the breeze. Standing by the window and gazing at the city view instantly melted away the fatigue of travel, and every photo I took looked great. The room's decor was a simple and soft modern style, with very pleasing color schemes that didn't feel cheap. The bedding felt soft, and the mattress offered excellent support, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed runner at the foot of the bed, paired with minimalist art pieces, showed great attention to detail. There was also a small round table and two leisure chairs by the window, where I could sit and enjoy the city view in the morning, or leisurely sip a cup of tea. The room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless. The lighting design was thoughtful, with ambient light strips by the bed that weren't harsh at night. The amenities were complete, and the layout of the desk and power outlets was very practical, making it convenient for working on a laptop during a business trip. The overall quietness was also excellent; after closing the window, external noise was barely audible. Whether for a business stay or a short trip to Shenzhen, this place is very suitable. The location is convenient for getting around, the room view is a big plus, and the service was quite attentive. I was very satisfied with this stay, and if I come to Shenzhen again, I will definitely prioritize staying here.
