PPanzhihuasadunWe came to Xiaomeisha for two days, and unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side – it rained non-stop. But staying at MGM, it felt like the rain was a blessing in disguise. Looking out from the giant glass window in the lobby, the misty, rainy sea was completely different from usual, like an ink wash painting. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room were blurred by the rain, and just snuggling on the sofa, listening to the rain and watching the waves, the kids still had a blast – we didn't miss a single craft activity or M Show performance at the hotel. The infinity pool was the absolute best; rain overhead, sea in front of us. Even our little one said, “Mommy, it’s like we’re in the clouds.” Breakfast still goes until 11 AM, so we enjoyed a leisurely meal, and the hallways were completely dry. The only regret is that we didn't get to go to the beach. Our Chestnut (child's nickname) was very understanding. When we left, it was still raining, and my husband said, “Next time, we’ll come back on a sunny day to make up for the beach.” But I honestly think this rainy day version was already unforgettable.

GGuest UserI had an overall pleasant stay at the Shenzhen Baolilai International Hotel (Airport Branch). The hotel is very clean, and its location near the airport is especially convenient.
The service was friendly and attentive; however, the staff speaks limited English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. The hotel is also somewhat older, which you can notice in certain areas, but it is generally well maintained and this does not significantly affect the stay.
The hotel also has a great club inside, which is a nice bonus. Additionally, the spa areas on the 5th and 4th floors are excellent and perfect for relaxing.
The facilities are good and provide everything needed for a comfortable visit. Overall, I would recommend this hotel despite a few minor drawbacks.

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

GGuest UserFrom check-in at the front desk to the butler service, the staff were all very friendly. We booked a king room, and they even provided toothbrushes and slippers for the kids, which was a nice touch. The pool is good too, though it was a shame it rained during our two-day stay; I imagine the view would be even better on a sunny day. It's very close to the subway station, and breakfast was also good. Definitely worth a visit.

GGivenchy__Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining.
Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged.
Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance.
Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in on my needs. The entire experience was very satisfying and complete. Thank you, InterContinental.

GGuest UserThe views of Shenzhen Bay and the city skyline from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel exudes an oriental elegance, from the birdcage-shaped minibar in the room to the floral and bird motifs found throughout. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet, making it both clean and convenient. Breakfast is incredibly diverse, with freshly made rice noodle rolls and wonton noodles, offering a real taste of local life. The biggest surprise for me was the 77th-floor infinity pool – swimming while enjoying the night view was pure bliss. The service was warm and attentive; Nancy, Julie, and Vivian at the front desk were particularly helpful, showcasing Shangri-La's consistently excellent hospitality.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza for a business trip, and its location in the Futian business district is very convenient. Although the area downstairs is bustling, the hotel itself is quiet inside, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep without noise disturbance.
All the staff were polite and well-mannered, treating guests with warmth and professionalism. Their service, whether at the front desk for check-in or for daily room cleaning, was thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. Details like the pillow selection, neatly arranged amenities, and thorough cleaning of every corner, even the small ones, showed their dedication. Overall, it was a reliable and comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Shenzhen.

AAnonymous UserA special shout-out to our housekeeper, Cassie, whose professionalism was outstanding! She proactively reached out regarding our check-in, providing clear instructions and guiding us through the process upon arrival. Any last-minute requests were handled promptly and efficiently. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and her service was meticulous. With Cassie taking care of everything, we didn't have to worry about a thing during our vacation. The experience was excellent, highly recommended!

SStuart22Hui hotel is an artistic, modern hotel with clean, luxurious rooms and a great quiet location in the Futian district.
Access to the hotel is convenient - your Taxi can drive right up to the hotel door where you'll be greeted by staff to help you with your luggage. The entrance is sheltered so no need to worry if it's raining.
The breakfast is on the top floor with views over the neighbouring park and Shenzhen city. It's fantastic. There is a large selection of breakfast items including handmade fresh dimsum, a chef that can make fresh cheung-fun, a barista to make coffee and the usual Chinese hotel breakfast spread. It's all made to a good standard and the views while eating breakfast are amazing.
The Executive King Bed room was beautiful but I did find it lacking some practicalities. There was no surfaces to store my suitcase for easy access to it, so just had to have it on the ground. There was very limited clothes storage so I had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang a hand towel, so I just had to leave it on top of the counter, a bit messy. There was no mirror above the sink, instead it's a sliding door. That being said, I loved the way the room was designed - the walls were a soft fabric material which made the whole room feel cosier and warmer. The room was very well soundproofed, and staying in the room felt like a tranquil escape from the busy city.
Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great room, great breakfast, good location, great service from the hotel staff.

AAnonymous UserThe room offers a fantastic view directly overlooking Window of the World and the distant Shenzhen Super Headquarters CBD, presenting a magnificent panorama of a modern city. It's really impressive! The room itself is quite spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and thoughtfully laid out. It's clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable, making for an excellent stay. Downstairs, you'll find Yitian Holiday Plaza, a large and trendy shopping mall with a wide selection of shops and restaurants, which is extremely convenient.
