挺好的環境服務

房間的味道有點不太好，應該是之前居民樓改造的。中央空調聲音有點吵

服務非常非常好，硬件好、服務好，父母這次出行遊玩最滿意的酒店了！贊👍

房間非常好，可以看到大海。還送了水果。

感覺還是不錯的

一晚上六百多，將近700塊在深圳想着應該可以住的好一點，房間設施比較老舊，好在設施齊全想着還可以，結果到了凌晨兩三點，空調開始發出異響，聲音很大，把我嚇一跳，最後大半夜的沒辦法也不想叫他們酒店的服務人員過來看，衹能把空調關了，這點非常不好！這個價位沒什麼性價比了

Overall, the room was good, but the difference from expectation was the free upgrade. There is a cloakroom in the room and an electronic scale. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we didn’t bring swimsuits, so we didn’t go check it out. This time, the hotel was mainly used for rest and we didn’t want to use its attached facilities. Moreover, the hotel also allowed us to check out late, which was really nice. So for us, the fly in the ointment is "**takeaway cannot be delivered to the room", but we understand that this is one of the ways to ensure our safety. In addition, I would like to give the hotel staff a good review. In particular, Ms. Gu Bing at the front desk had a very good service attitude, arranged a nice room, and was very patient in explaining. Her adaptability is very good. We sometimes speak Cantonese and Mandarin, and she can clearly answer us in the corresponding language, which truly makes us experience high-quality service. At the same time, unexpectedly, this situation made my daughter realize that work is not easy, feel the importance of language, and confirm the necessity of learning. Miss Gu Bing, thank you!

主動升級了房間，服務意識更好了，就是周邊7配套略冷清。之前洗漱瓶很難捏出來液體的問題也解決了。越來越好了。。

帶娃旅行性價比高。
