"I booked this hotel because it’s very close to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street. The hotel is located down an alley that feels a bit dirty, but once you reach the main street, you’re surrounded by endless shopping and food options. Dongmen is a huge area, and staying here lets you start exploring from a part of the district that many visitors might not normally see. The hotel itself is okay, but it’s currently undergoing renovations, which it definitely needs. It’s nice that they have a laundry room, although it’s really just a room with two washing machines. The staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay."

It's perfectly suited for both leisure travelers and business guests on short stays. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, handling both check-in and check-out processes efficiently and smoothly. Their service was attentive and gentle, and they proactively helped with travel inquiries, making me feel truly valued. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, with a tidy and spotless environment. The bedding was changed promptly and was free of any unpleasant odors. The room layout was well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was stable. All daily facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment at night for a restful and relaxing sleep. The common areas were neat and orderly, and the rooftop even offered complimentary laundry facilities, demonstrating thoughtful attention to detail. Considering its prime location in the bustling Futian area, the hotel's pricing is very reasonable, and both its facilities and service level offer exceptional value for money. This brief stay was a fantastic experience. I will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again on future visits to the Huaqiangbei area in Shenzhen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers."

"I was in Hong Kong for a business trip when a typhoon hit, canceling my original flight. I had to detour through Shenzhen before returning to Shanghai. I chose this hotel because it's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The front desk staff were excellent and even upgraded my room. The room was spacious and comfortable. "This hotel is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Yannan subway station, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. The room was great, and the staff member (the ”xiaojiejie”) at the front desk was lovely, helping us check in smoothly. "Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the room, but there are a few points the hotel really needs to address: 1. There are eight USB charging ports by the bed, but six of them were broken. 2. I personally think there should be some USB charging ports on the desk, which would be much more convenient. 3. There should be an additional mirror on the desk so I don't have to go to the bathroom every time I want to use one. The hotel's location is good, and I'm very happy with the environment. I'll definitely be back next time."
