The room's style, along with the equipment, was thoughtfully designed, creating a cohesive and highly aesthetic space. It's perfect for both business and leisure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always striving to meet guests' needs – definitely a thumbs up. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The room facilities at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen WEIS are well-maintained and fully equipped. The electric curtains, paired with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offer an amazing view. The Xiaodu smart speaker is useful, and screen mirroring on the large TV works smoothly. The bathroom has good water pressure, the desk has plenty of power outlets, and the environment is bright. It's definitely worth recommending. During my stay, I tried both pillows in the room; the low pillow was too flat, and the high pillow was too firm, neither suited my preference. I later consulted the housekeeper and found out the hotel offers other pillow options. Aside from that, my experience was very satisfying.

Pros: Cheap, less than RMB500 a night, check out before noon next day. 2 types of pillows available for different preferences. Strong water flow from shower and tap. Water is hot enough as well. Slippers, 2 water bottles, basic amenities are provided. Robot available to deliver food deliveries at room door. Cons: No windows. Weak air-conditioning. Inoperative light control panel. Lights in the bathroom could not be switched off for the whole night and serioulsy affected sleep quality.

This hotel was chosen for a business gathering due to its proximity to the venue. I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish the Hampton Inn is now. It features a theater-style design, giving off a modern, cinematic vibe that young people would appreciate. If you're into an 'old money' vintage aesthetic, I highly recommend it. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room and sent a welcome fruit platter. It's located near a science park, so it's very convenient for meetings in the area. There's also a convenience store and a shopping mall nearby, making dining options readily available.

The room was spacious and clean, with a full set of toiletries. The service was attentive, and communication was smooth when issues arose. The location is super convenient, right next to a subway station 🚉! It made getting around so easy, highly recommend.

I left in a hurry and forgot to take photos, so I just picked two random ones. Front Desk: The service was warm and polite. They were proactive in helping with communication and resolving issues. Transportation: Super convenient! The subway station is right outside, with escalators going both up and down. Taxis are also easy to hail; during off-peak hours, a car arrives in just a few minutes, and even self-driving cars can pull up directly to the entrance. Surroundings: There are tons of places to eat, and all sorts of commercial and daily amenities are readily available. I know of at least two shopping malls nearby. Some friends might want to try certain gourmet foods that online recommendations suggest are further away, but you don't need to go far; you can order good-tasting takeout of the same type right in this area, almost anything you want. Cleanliness: It was very clean; it even smelled nice when we first checked in. The cleaning staff were thorough and cheerful, coming in politely every day to clean according to our needs. Bedding: The pillows, mattress, and sheets felt just okay at first, but surprisingly comfortable after lying down for a while. Soundproofing: I personally thought it was good, especially for the room type I stayed in. I didn't hear any annoying noise these past few days. Internet Speed: Super fast! When I stayed at a certain chain before, the entire hotel shared one Wi-Fi, which was basically unusable and extremely slow. When I first arrived here, I saw it was also shared and felt quite despairing, but it turned out the internet speed was very fast, nothing to complain about. To be honest, there are still some downsides: 1. The sink makes a loud noise when water is running. This is a pretty big drawback. 2. The bathroom isn't 'wet and dry' separated, but there's a curtain, so it's acceptable; the whole bathroom doesn't get completely wet, and the floor drain works pretty well. 3. The toilet flush pressure isn't very strong; sometimes it takes two flushes. 4. The overall space isn't huge, but it's okay. 5. The shared washing machines at the hotel are a bit old. 6. The TV clarity isn't great, and there aren't many good channels in the free section, though you can watch Crayon Shin-chan. The TV isn't great, but it's passable. Summary: I was really tired from playing these past few days, but coming back to the hotel and lying on the bed truly gave me a sense of happiness because I could rest so comfortably. Plus, the price isn't expensive; it's excellent value for money. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to friends.

Shenzhen You Xiong Hotel feels more like an architectural masterpiece hidden in a bustling city. This stay was truly special, completely different from a typical hotel. 🏛️ Design Aesthetics: Living in an 'architectural textbook' by Neri&Hu The hotel was designed by Neri&Hu Design and Research Office. The designers transformed an old urban village residence into a boutique hotel with only 11 guest rooms. The core design concept is 'coexistence of urban village and prosperous city,' retaining the original concrete structure and yellow tiled exterior walls, and even the original beam frames are visible. When I walked into the room, the exposed concrete walls and warm wooden furniture created a striking contrast, and the 'new and old' collision felt particularly strong. The interior uses folding iron curtains, commonly seen in southern street alleys, as partitions, and the interplay of light and shadow creates a beautiful sense of depth. Honestly though, the iron curtains did give a slight 'iron bars' feeling, and the bathroom doesn't have a door, which might be a bit awkward if you're staying with friends. The room amenities are very thoughtful: custom furniture, curated books, a Dyson hairdryer, Harman Kardon speakers, Appelles toiletries, and a Nespresso coffee machine are all provided. The only minor drawback was that my room's window faced the clothes drying on the opposite residential building, so the view was a bit cluttered.

There were some things I liked about Sentosa Hotel, but unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. The room was very spacious, although a little dated. When we arrived, the room type we had booked was unavailable, so the hotel upgraded us to a better room, which I really appreciated. Our room had a wardrobe and a bathtub, and the view of the city from the bathroom was absolutely amazing. The hotel also has a large swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I chose it. However, one day we went swimming and there were no towels available. You are also not allowed to take the pool towels back to your room. A swimming cap is required, although this is quite common in China, so I don’t consider that a major issue. The room had a stove, which initially seemed very convenient, but there were no pots or other cookware provided, making the stove essentially useless. There was also no washing machine. The internet was another major problem — the connection was extremely poor and sometimes barely worked even with Chinese websites. The most disappointing part of our stay happened on our check-out day. Our confirmed check-out time was 14:00, but the hotel called us early in the morning and told us that we needed to leave the room immediately because of an “emergency situation.” They did not seem concerned that our agreed check-out time was several hours later. I later found out that the supposed emergency was actually related to a meeting/event being held at the hotel, and guests were being asked to leave their rooms early because of it. I found this extremely unprofessional and stressful. After discussing it with the hotel, we eventually reached an agreement that allowed us some time, but this experience significantly affected my rating. The location is also fairly quiet. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but not much else within the immediate area. I didn’t find any shopping malls or tourist attractions nearby. There is a park, but otherwise there isn’t much to do. On the positive side, the metro station is only around a 7–10 minute walk away, so getting to other parts of Shenzhen is relatively convenient. Overall, the hotel has some strong points: spacious rooms, a large pool, good metro access, and potentially fantastic city views. I was also grateful for the room upgrade. However, the extremely poor internet, lack of basic kitchen equipment, limited surroundings, and especially the way the hotel handled our check-out made the stay much less enjoyable than it could have been.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was very convenient for getting around. The surrounding environment was great, with complete facilities and excellent hygiene. They even offered a scent selection service. The late-night snack was very tasty, and the laundry service was quick and did a great job with my clothes.

The room was absolutely fantastic! There were two adorable little cats, and the lobby facilities were excellent too, with a laundry room, a gym, and a self-service breakfast area. The surrounding environment was lovely, and the room's cleanliness was top-notch; it was very clean and had large windows.
