The rooms are modern and smart, easy to use, and come with comprehensive amenities. The cleanliness is spotless, and the bedding is comfortable. The service is professional and attentive, and the breakfast quality is good. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff, particularly a lovely lady, was super helpful and upgraded my room. The facilities are complete, and even the bath towels are individually wrapped, which is a great touch. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Check-in was very smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. Thumbs up!

Overall, it's excellent and the best option in its price range. The room isn't large but has a lot of character and many thoughtful touches. You can really see their commitment to sustainability. They didn't even rush us to check out past noon, even though we hadn't arranged for a late check-out with the front desk beforehand. There were only two minor issues: 1. No bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk twice, and when the staff brought one, she said it didn't have a tie, even though there were clearly loops for one. It seemed like they were short on stock and could only find one without a tie. 2. No slippers provided for showering, so I had to go in barefoot. I considered calling the front desk, but it was getting late, and I didn't want to bother them. However, these two points are completely acceptable and didn't really bother me. My biggest concern when checking in was the front desk mentioning potential noise from city road construction, but it didn't affect my sleep at all.

The location is definitely a major highlight, less than a ten-minute walk from Daxin subway station, making public transport incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to go far for daily essentials or meals. The room itself was spacious, never feeling cramped, and the cleaning staff did an exceptionally thorough job. The entire room was clean and odor-free, with bedding and the washroom area meticulously cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. All the staff provided excellent service. The front desk was efficient and friendly during check-in, and the cleaning aunties would proactively greet guests warmly. Any requests for room amenities or travel information were handled very quickly, demonstrating thoughtful and attentive service. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks from 9 PM to 11 PM, so even if you return late, you can enjoy a bowl of hot noodle soup – a truly heartwarming detail.

The most pleasant surprise was the free laundry service; after washing, the staff carefully folded my clothes and delivered them directly to my room. No need to worry about laundry while on a business trip! The facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

The airport pick-up was also very prompt; no need to share a ride, I could go straight to the hotel as soon as I arrived. Once at the hotel, the room was very spacious and even included a massage chair. As it's a sleep-themed hotel, there were many thoughtful little touches, like music and sleep-friendly lighting. Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

This hotel offered a wonderfully comfortable overall experience. The front desk staff, especially 08, were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and hassle-free. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, which made for a relaxing stay. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. I've already recommended this place to friends planning trips, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Truly worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is just perfect! 2 minutes of a walking distance to the Sea World. The room was clean. And the laundry service was available as well. Personally, I used the iron and the ironing board. But there were some disappointing facts about the shower cabin. The water pours and leaks out of the cabin which makes the floor so wet, so no towels can help, and I had to collect it with my slippers apparently. And there was shampoo in the shampoo and conditioner containers both which means I just washed my head twice. I’d recommend the hotel stuff mind these details. But, nevertheless, thanks my stay there!
