MMuga nnThe loft design with the large sofa is perfect for families with two children, offering plenty of sleeping space. The hotel has a strong industrial design aesthetic throughout. The restaurant on the first floor serves delicious food, and they offer complimentary coffee and craft beer. The slogans placed around the hotel enhance the interaction between the hotel and its guests.

HHyin0528I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and the staff immediately helped me check in and even upgraded my room. The hotel is very clean. I had ordered some packages from Taobao beforehand, and upon arrival, a robot delivered them directly to my room. Customer service was always responsive, and there was even a late-night snack option. It's conveniently located near a subway station, just a 3-minute walk from the exit, making it easy to find. Since I was on a night shift, the lovely lady at the front desk also granted me a late checkout. I'll definitely stay at Hanhao again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

IiammikeThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a one to two-minute walk from the metro station. Although there aren't many restaurants right around the hotel, you can take the metro four stops to Yuncheng Vanke Li, where there are tons of dining options. In the evening, you can go two more stops to Xili, where you'll find the Wangtang Night Market and 366 Street, which are absolutely bustling with food stalls. The hotel rooms are also very comfortable, and they offer a VIP membership for watching movies. There's even a complimentary late-night snack service from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even gave me a coffee when I checked out.

GGuest UserThis service apartment is great for a small family. I upgraded to a family room which has the washer/dryer and extra bed. Room is spacious and clean.
The location is incredible. IThe popular Dongman street/area is 5 mins walk. The area has just about everything you need. Shopping and all sorts of food. This area is great for first time visitors of Shenzhen because it offers everything right then and there.
Service is great. They clean the room daily and provide ample amount of stuff to refresh the room. I will definitely stay here again.

In the evening, a butler informed us that we could go to the Sunset Glow Cafe for some dessert soup. Unfortunately, we were nearby but didn't see the message, so we missed out.

GGuest UserExcellent location, close to Wanxia subway station and Sihai Park, making it convenient to get to the border crossing and airport. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The room is spacious and bright, featuring smart controls, a 65-inch large screen TV, and a wet/dry separation bathroom. The bedding is soft, and soundproofing is excellent. Hygiene is meticulous, and public areas are spotless. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and the welcome desserts/fruits are a thoughtful touch. The heated pool, gym, and 24-hour self-service laundry are all well-equipped. As an Accor property, the quality is consistently high. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

The short-haired lady at the front desk recommended a Chaoshan restaurant near the subway entrance, which had great food and service. There was some airplane noise, but it was mostly unnoticeable with the windows closed.

The front desk staff, Liu Jie Luna, was very friendly and willing to accommodate my request for a higher floor, and even arranged a late checkout for me. From the hotel, I could see the beautiful Shenzhen Bay. Having stayed here many times, I've noticed an improvement in the hotel's breakfast. This morning, they even had Eight Treasure Porridge, which was very healthy and nutritious. I hope the hotel continues to make efforts.
