The room was absolutely fantastic! There were two adorable little cats, and the lobby facilities were excellent too, with a laundry room, a gym, and a self-service breakfast area. The surrounding environment was lovely, and the room's cleanliness was top-notch; it was very clean and had large windows.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was very cozy. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks provided by the hotel were both excellent! 👍 The service was also superb. One day, we had to leave early, and when we informed the front desk, they even packed breakfast for us to take away. Plus, I left my ring in the hotel room, and they helped me find it and express-shipped it to me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

They proactively asked about my preferences for room floor and location, and arranged a satisfactory room for me. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient and quick. The breakfast was good quality and delicious. The room felt particularly new, with no strange odors. There are also countless dining options nearby, brightly lit and open at all hours, which is incredibly convenient. They even have robots delivering takeout, and offer free 24-hour laundry service, which is extremely convenient for guests. The service is truly impeccable, I couldn't find a single fault, haha! Next time I'm in Huaqiangbei, this hotel will be my first choice, I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay! The late-night congee service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM was a thoughtful touch, and the atmosphere was lovely. The room had a fresh, pleasant scent with no strange odors, and it was quiet and comfortable. The service from Cimu was attentive and thorough. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

The room was great and very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they were very helpful with everything, even assisting with express delivery and lending me a charger. It's also very close to the subway. I originally booked for 3 days but ended up extending my stay by another 5 days.

This was my first stay at the Yuchao Hotel, and it's super convenient for Shenzhen Bay MixC – easily walkable. The room was clean and tidy, and they even offered a late check-out, which was great value for money. There are also plenty of restaurants and drink shops nearby, plus a mini-bar with drinks. The toilet and shower are separate (wet and dry areas), and they even did a non-smoking treatment for our room. The view from the window was expansive. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the Shenzhen Bay area!

The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and even upgraded my room for free. The hotel's location is quite good, with plenty of delicious food options near the subway station. The airport pick-up was also very prompt; no need to share a ride, I could go straight to the hotel as soon as I arrived. Once at the hotel, the room was very spacious and even included a massage chair. As it's a sleep-themed hotel, there were many thoughtful little touches, like music and sleep-friendly lighting. Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Overall, it was decent. The room environment was fine, but the location isn't ideal for families with strollers, a bit of a hassle. The service was very good. I accidentally left my earphones, and the staff found them and mailed them back to me. Their service attitude deserves a big thumbs up! We didn't get to take the scheduled photos, which was a bit disappointing as we missed out on a family portrait. While the sea here didn't have the rumored 'glassy' effect, it was at least clean and suitable for kids to play in, which I really liked.
