I was really impressed with the hotel's environment and facilities during my stay. The lobby was clean and grand as soon as you walked in, and the public areas were regularly maintained, with no clutter. The guest rooms were spacious with simple, comfortable decor. There were no strange odors when entering the room, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. All the in-room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning was quiet and cooled effectively, the TV had clear picture quality, and the Wi-Fi coverage was seamless everywhere.

Absolutely loved my stay at Akana L'Incanto! The whole ambiance is just incredible – the pristine white wabi-sabi aesthetic is stunning, and every corner is photo-worthy. I stayed in a sea-view room with an amazing vista, and the private hot tub overlooking the ocean was a dream. The smart home features made for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. It's just a few minutes' walk to the gorgeous Liuliu Sea Beach, where the sunset views are incredibly calming. The resort offers a great variety of dining options, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It’s the perfect escape from the city bustle for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next beach vacation!

My stay at the Atour S Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan Qianhai, in a Deluxe King Room, was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, the room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right – I had a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, even offering a welcome tea. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

The environment is great, there's a washing machine on the first floor which is super convenient, and the hotel has a really nice vibe. When I entered my room, it was impeccably clean. The staff are all very friendly, greeting you whenever you see them. They even offer you water when you check in, and after you get to your room, they proactively call to ask if everything is okay.

The complimentary laundry service was a pleasant surprise; after washing and drying, the staff carefully folded the clothes and delivered them to the room – a must-have for long business trips! Additionally, there's a gym and a restaurant. The front desk staff, Ff, was enthusiastic, attentive, and efficient. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This is my top choice for business trips to Shenzhen, and I will definitely stay here again!

The airport pick-up was also very prompt; no need to share a ride, I could go straight to the hotel as soon as I arrived. Once at the hotel, the room was very spacious and even included a massage chair. As it's a sleep-themed hotel, there were many thoughtful little touches, like music and sleep-friendly lighting. Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch.
