我在深圳北站時打了兩個多小時車都打不到，搜尋各個平台都沒有車接單。當時已十分絕望，無奈之下我打電話到華美達酒店（北站店），4月20日晚上10點多點一個河南籍的保安大哥非常熱情和耐心的幫助我。通過幾輪微信和電話溝通後，保安大哥果斷決定冒着大雨動用朋友的車給我們一行老少六人接到了酒店。保安大哥的服務真好[強]下次還來住你們酒店[福]

除了房間大以外真的沒有任何優點，房間裏都是發黴的味道，一共換了3個房間，有的房間開了空調也不涼，插電源的地方都快掉下來了，簡直刷新了對酒店的認知！

I checked in very late on a business trip. The front desk lady was very considerate and arranged the check-in. She also proactively reminded me that she could help call a free taxi the next day and arranged it. I checked in late and left early. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. Although it is called Ramada, I don't expect too much.
