A special shout-out to Manager Zhu and Xiao Ding at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate some of our more personalized requests – we're very grateful! 😍 The friendly guy who greeted us at the hotel entrance and the cleaning lady also made a wonderful first impression. The hotel pays attention to small details, and at the reception, they even have little necessary things for people to take as they need - ear plugs, cotton buds, free tea and coffee.. The receptionist named Sverna and Zhou are accomodating and they can speak English. We will surely go back here."

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Talent Park, which is perfect for an evening stroll to watch the sunset and admire the 'Spring Bamboo' building – you really get a sense of Shenzhen's vibrant energy there. The service truly warmed my heart! I had a minor issue with a food delivery during my stay, and after I reported it to the front desk, the staff responded immediately and handled it with such professionalism and speed. It instantly made my day. There's complimentary self-serve coffee at the front desk, and honestly, I didn't expect much, but the Americano was surprisingly good! I made sure to grab a cup every morning before heading out. What impressed me most was the free laundry service! You just put your clothes in the laundry bag, hang it on the door, and the staff takes care of it and returns it to you. You don't have to worry about going to the laundry room yourself, which is incredibly convenient for travelers! Just a small suggestion: During my stay, I noticed some tiny damp-related flies in the bathroom. I assume it's due to the humid and rainy weather common in the south. Perhaps improving dehumidification and pest control could be considered."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. The hotel is just a few steps away from Exit C of Huaxin Metro Station. With robot food delivery service, ordering takeout is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. Free laundry service is available on the sixth floor，you just have to bring your clothes to 6th floor, leave a note, and the staff will wash them according to your instructions and deliver them back to your room. In the evening, the hotel also provides warm milk, which is very thoughtful. Special appreciation and thank employee Xiao Li. She went out of her way to help me with a misdelivered package. Not only did she help coordinate, but she also followed up on the entire process until all my packages were safely delivered to the hotel. I’m truly grateful to Xiao Li. Her service exceeded my expectations. 这是我在中国住过的最好的酒店之一。酒店距离华新地铁站C出口仅几步之遥。有机器人送餐，点外卖非常方便。房间宽敞干净。六楼提供免费洗衣服务，您可以把衣服送到楼下，写张便条，工作人员就会按照您的要求清洗并送回房间。晚上酒店还提供热牛奶，非常贴心。 在这里我要特别感谢员工小黎。她竭尽全力帮我处理寄错的包裹，不仅帮忙协调，还一直跟进整个流程，最终所有包裹都安全送到了酒店。真的非常感谢小黎！她的服务超出了我的预期。"

"I've been following the Intercity brand for a while and always wanted to experience a stay. I was planning on checking out a good property joining this brand in the second half of the year, so today was my first time. I arrived at 11 PM to check in. There was only one person in the entire lobby and at the front desk. After the young lady at the front desk checked me in, I first want to say that the lobby's decor is quite formal and proper, not over-the-top or understated, nor overly simplistic. The elevators and guest room corridors looked quite upscale and clean. Entering the room, I wasn't particularly amazed or disappointed. The main color scheme of black and white felt dignified and elegant, quite grand. The bedding quality was excellent, and the sofa and upholstered headboard also looked high-end. The nightstands were ordinary but easy to keep clean. What made me very uncomfortable was: when I went into the shower room, as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of sweat. I assume the cleaning lady had been working up a sweat, and the ventilation hadn't cleared it out. It was really unpleasant. At night, I'm used to sleeping with the AC at 23 degrees Celsius, but it felt stuffy all night, with poor ventilation, like a sealed basement room. Also, the smell of the room's decor materials was still very strong. I don't know how long this hotel has been open. The two tissue dispensers looked really cheap, like something bought for 9.9 on Taobao. The breakfast restaurant's decor style was very good and upscale, but it was also stuffy and poorly ventilated inside. The chef made me a bowl of noodles that was so full, I couldn't even pick it up. The soup was tasteless, very low quality. The edge of the sink was too narrow, making a mess on the floor when washing my face. Also, the Wi-Fi was terrible; I tried connecting twice and it wouldn't work, so I just used my mobile data. The mini-fridge didn't have any iced bottled water. Overall, I had a very bad experience. There was a strong sweat smell in the shower room, a strong smell of decorative materials, and the room's ventilation was poor, making it too stuffy."
