"Had a great time and experience in Tiantai No. 1 Homestay. The apartment is in a great location, very near to Dongmen Old Street/Pedestrian Street and many eateries. It is also within walking distance to Guomao Metro Station, King Glory Plaza and many more! The crew was really friendly and helpful. Xiao Fang was always ready to answer any questions I had, even before we arrived in Shenzhen and helped to make sure that our room was kept clean and well-stocked. Because our apartment is on the highest floor of the building, we had access to the rooftop where we could chill in the evening and enjoy the stunning skyline of Shenzhen. If I have t o pick a bone, it will be the narrow spiral staircase leading to our apartment. Luckily, a male crew member was there to help with our heavy luggage. Otherwise, we may have a hard time bring them up and down the staircase. I will definitely recommend Tiantai No.1 Homestay to my family and friends. Hopefully, we get to try our other rooms when we visit Shenzhen next time."

"A very beautiful seaside resort that very suitable for couple especially the room is facing the sea. You can just sit on the bed to vet a very awesome seaview. The staff is very friendly and I got a free upgrade to the big room with both sewview and mountain view room Awesome! The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast canchoose Chinese style or Western style, its not a buffet but good enough. The taste is good too for Chinese style breakfast. 这家民宿真的是太漂亮了，非常适合打卡旅拍，非常的出片。这里的员工也很友善和有礼貌。我得到免费升级去海景套房，可以有海景和背面的山景，房间非常大，干净，舒适，非常适合情侣，也适合亲子住宿。我们的房间做在床上就有无敌海景了，露台也有个大水池，只可惜私密度比较低，如果可以加个窗帘，那么要私密有私密，要公开也可公开。有机会一定会在住这里。对了早餐也很好吃。"

"We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby. They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room. We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea. Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food. Overall, we loved everything, thank you!"

"I was really satisfied with this stay. The room was spacious and even had tea-making facilities. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the natural light was good too. Although the decor is a bit dated, it's very well maintained. Definitely recommended!"

"Facilities: Everything you could possibly need, and each item felt carefully selected. The toilet was not only fully automatic but also thoughtfully covered with a disposable seat cover. Hygiene: Extremely clean, the cleanest place I've stayed in Dapeng so far. It far exceeded my expectations, with no musty smell inside. Environment: Right outside is a long beach where you can gather seafood at low tide and watch the sunrise in the morning. The location is truly excellent. The guesthouse is located within a small town. There's a large parking lot at the town entrance, which is very convenient for families with cars. Cars aren't allowed inside the town, but there's a free shuttle bus to the parking lot. Service: The owner and staff were all very friendly and kind. We came back late from sea fishing and needed to have our small octopuses prepared. They even helped us contact a nearby seafood restaurant, whose owner was incredibly nice (right across from the guesthouse). If we bought other seafood there, they'd prepare it for free, and the kitchen staff did an amazing job – everything was delicious! Although the breakfast didn't have as many varieties as a hotel, it was prepared with great care, all freshly bought from the market early in the morning. Overall: This is the cleanest and most personable guesthouse we've ever stayed in. All aspects far exceeded our expectations. Our only regret this time was the bad weather; we missed the sunrise and had a thunderstorm all night, but we did get to experience a vast, panoramic view of the thunderstorm, which was unique. The scenery after the rain cleared up was still beautiful! We will definitely come back!"

"The community and villa environment are good, the activity space is large, the facilities are very complete, there are KTV, mahjong, billiards, table tennis, barbecue, large meeting rooms, especially suitable for our company's team building. "My favorite staycation hotel with a sea view this year! A great place to relax on the weekend. The environment is quiet and elegant, with stylish design, and the view outside the window is fantastic. Waking up in the morning and opening the window, you're greeted by a 180-degree view of the Klein blue sea. The butler was very thoughtful; they washed and folded my clothes and left them at the room door. It was a lazy weekend, perfect for switching to a comfortable pace. The room and bathroom ceilings have speakers, but they only play local music. It would be even better if they could connect to a phone via Bluetooth so I could play my own music."

"Jiangsu went to Shenzhen for a business trip, and chose the newly opened Duoduo B&B with the mentality of trying it out, and booked a ”pillow sea bed room”. The bed is soft like a cloud, high-end and comfortable. I feel that the height and hardness of the pillow are just right. I wake up naturally when I sleep, and the salty smell of the sea is floating in my dreams. What surprised me more was that the sanitation was very clean, and the housekeeper was super caring: 1. When I checked in, I took the initiative to introduce me to the surrounding attractions and routes. 2. I was too late to catch the plane to eat, and took the initiative to pack me small snacks; Unfortunately, there are few opportunities to come to Shenzhen, and I can put the smell of the sea breeze in the suitcase and take it away! "The real thing is the same as the picture. Don't step on the pit. Downstairs is the town of Florence. The homestay is very clean and tidy. It is comfortable. The living room has a projection. It also has a VIP to watch a movie with my sisters. It is very good! The room has a large balcony and is well ventilated. There is a kitchen for cooking. The refrigerator, washing machine, laundry detergent and disinfectant are all available. It is like living in your own home. It is very comfortable. The landlord is also very enthusiastic.
