I don’t write reviews often. I will say I was not impressed with this stay first of all the master bedroom door would not shut all the way nor would it lock so it kept constantly opening the air at night would turn off, even though we set it on 71 and it would get very hot at night it was not comfortable to sleep. Also, the room that I originally booked, which was a two bedroom suite with king beds in both rooms, they told me upon checking in that they no longer had that room, but they upgraded me to a better room. However, the room that they put us in, the living room was much much smaller like the size of a postage stamp and was not comfortable to hang out, and there was more room in the entryway in hallway then there was in the rest of the room. The waitresses we had at the pool were not friendly nor accommodating so overall I would say that this day was not that great and I would probably not come back for the price tag. I spent $1100 with Florida discount to stay one night it was not worth it

There is no reception onsite. You have to call the number indicated on the front door. The room and guest house were clean and as described but you feel the lack of interest in refurbishing. The windows are not sound-proof and therefore you hear everything if your room is street oriented. The Irish pub on the other side played live music until 3am and the (drunk) bar guests were talking lively until 4am. Quite good breakfast place just next to the guest house.

Hotel location is good, the most direct close to the sea, just on the edge of the white beach (there are two or three houses in front) the room layout is very good. If the floor is higher than the 4th floor, it will be better. Very quiet and sleep well! If you like to swim at the beach, you can consider it. From the sea view suite you can see the sea and the sunset directly!

The hotel has a bit of history, the service and breakfast are basically normal, the room facilities are average, the bathroom is small, the sound insulation effect of the bathroom is not good, but the room sound insulation is good. The hotel is located on the edge of North Redington Beach. The hotel is located outside the hotel. The beach is not very wide and the sea water does not feel very blue. It is probably because there is too much sand. The beach is indeed a white sand beach. It is suitable for people who like seaside vacations and want to lie quietly on the beach every day. There is no business around, which is suitable for people who consume between the hotel and the beach. After playing in Tampa, it is recommended to choose to stay in Clearwater City. The sand pond there is also a white sand beach, but the beach is large, there are many businesses, and life is convenient. In addition, you can take a boat to chase dolphins and watch the sunset. Finally, manatees are also a must-see project, and the others are not felt.

The photos of the suite on the booking platform were misleading. Instead of fresh, bright and refurbished look, we got dark and old rooms (except for the bathroom, this was really like depicted). All my special request were „not received“. So I ended up on ground floor with direct view to the sunbeds and sofas of the pool. Cancelled my 2nd night there.

Great location good for walking around the town. The hotel is spacious and clean. The bar has good selection of drinks. A little overpriced for the size of rooms and overall for the hotel.

Beautiful hotel one block away from the beach. Nice bathroom with spacious shower. Right next to great restaurants. Definitely a gem!

My husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing. Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return! And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! Gregory & Janel

Checked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready.  I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach.  Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet.  At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave.  She apologized but at this point I was annoyed.  This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!

Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
