GGuest UserThis is the most satisfying hotel service I've ever experienced. The room was neat, organized, and clean, and the bathroom was spotless with no drainage issues. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and originally our room only included one breakfast, but the front desk staff, especially Candy Tan (🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍), kindly provided an extra breakfast every day. We're very grateful! She also showed me how to use their washing machine and dryer. What's more, after I put my clothes in for a 30-minute wash and went to grab something across the street, a staff member had already moved them to the dryer by the time I returned. Very thoughtful. The location is also excellent, and getting a taxi is very convenient. This hotel truly cares about and is very attentive to its guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel's lush greenery creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Check-in was very smooth, and the staff were all smiles and incredibly polite. The butler service was outstanding – they paid attention to every detail, making our stay truly satisfying. No matter what we needed after checking in, their response was incredibly prompt, and their service was just right – attentive without being intrusive. Because there weren't many guests, they thoughtfully offered in-room breakfast service. We didn't have to rush to the restaurant early; instead, we could leisurely enjoy a lavish breakfast in our villa, chatting with friends – it was truly wonderful! The hot springs were also incredibly relaxing. After a day of traveling, soaking in them made me feel so much lighter. If I get the chance again, I'd definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.

GGazze AzriThe owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags. What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

Transportation is incredibly convenient, with Dongda Road Metro Station just 50 meters away, connecting to Metro Lines 2 and 8. It's only two stops to Chengdu East Railway Station and four stops directly to Chunxi Road, making it super easy to visit Taikoo Li and IFS for sightseeing. The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms and even has an adorable mascot dog named 'Xigua Di' (Watermelon Patch) who 'works' every day. There's also a 24-hour fitness center on the 36th floor, where you can work out while enjoying city views. From the moment I arrived, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave me a baggage tag. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the operator, Mila, even contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs, which was very thoughtful. Whenever I had any issues, the staff were quick to help resolve them, making guests feel valued and cared for!!!

I had requested an early check-in due to our early flight, and not only was that accommodated, but we were also upgraded to a family room. The service was outstanding. The room featured voice command controls, and the hotel even uses a robot to deliver food directly to your door, which was a unique and convenient touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and it’s super convenient for taxis and the subway. The area downstairs is very lively, and there are even street food stalls at night. The room was clean and had no strange odors, which I really appreciated. I honestly can't stand rooms where the bedding, pillows, and curtains reek of smoke, but this hotel was perfect – not a hint of any smell! When I arrived, the staff in the lobby helped me with my luggage and offered me water. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the front desk staff were all so good-looking and had excellent service attitudes! I started feeling unwell with a cold and sore throat after arriving, so I casually asked if they had a humidifier. Within a minute, a staff member brought one to my room! It was so touching; many hotels don't even have humidifiers. This is the only hotel I've stayed in recently that did, and it honestly saved my life, haha. The biggest surprise, though, was the laundry service. Staff came to collect my clothes for washing, and after they were washed, dried, ironed, and neatly folded in a bag, they were delivered back to me. The clothes were soft, fragrant, and still warm – simply amazing! 👍🏻 Breakfast is on the 30th floor with a great variety of options, and the restaurant environment is lovely. I particularly enjoyed the noodles! They also have freshly squeezed juice, like that sweet and tangy orange juice that isn't watered down or thickened. Every single staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, room service, and even the laundry lady, always had a smile on their face and was incredibly friendly. You could tell that even though their work might be busy and trivial, every single person radiated a positive, lively energy! They truly seemed to genuinely enjoy serving guests from the heart; you could feel their sincere work ethic, not just a perfunctory attitude. This was a stark contrast to a hotel I stayed at in Guanghan, so I absolutely have to praise this hotel and share some real photos. My fellow travelers, you can book with confidence! Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The service was meticulous, and I especially appreciated the alcohol-based sanitizers provided, which made me feel very secure. Although there seemed to be a minor issue with the fresh air system, the overall environment was still comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped, completely meeting my needs. I will choose this hotel again next time and look forward to an even more perfect experience once the fresh air system is improved. It's also very convenient to get to other places, including Kuanzhai Alley.

It's not too far from Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They have a parking lot, and the staff were very helpful with directing parking. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with complete facilities, and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff provides warm and welcoming service, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied.

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it. In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful. Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
