GGuest UserI was incredibly satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Chengdu! The environment is fantastic, a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. Every evening, there's even live classical music to enjoy. The room is very spacious, exactly like the pictures, and comfortably accommodated my family. It was exceptionally clean, which as a germaphobe, I really appreciated! Every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. Even my child said we have to stay at Pushi Hotel again next time we're in Chengdu!

QQuanquanyuanyuanquanquan520I have to give this hotel a five-star review! After booking, the butler contacted me right away. Check-in was incredibly attentive, with friendly and efficient front desk staff, and a very chatty concierge who recommended lots of great places to eat, drink, and explore. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy and elegant Japanese design. The highlight was definitely the outdoor hot spring baths at the spa center; soaking in the natural springs, all my fatigue melted away – it was a truly amazing experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, including exquisite à la carte set meals, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The hotel's location is a bit out of the city, in a quiet and secluded area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-maintained, and the split-level suite was a hit with the kids. It's super convenient for all the attractions. You can walk to popular photo spots and even see the 'blue tears' phenomenon. Plus, it's really close to the Dujiangyan scenic area. The best part was the owner; she was incredibly warm and gave us excellent tips for exploring the area.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a fantastic experience! It's located in a quiet spot but still close enough to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around without the noise. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in, very friendly, and even offered some local sightseeing tips.
The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a really refreshing night's sleep. Hot water in the bathroom came quickly, and the toiletries were branded mini-bottles, which was a nice touch.
Breakfast offered both Chinese congee and Western pastries, catering to different preferences. Check-out was smooth as well. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe family room was quite spacious (I only took a picture of half of it after the kids messed it up). The cleanliness was great, and they even had robots to deliver items. Breakfast was good too, and the staff were all very kind. Right in front of the hotel, there are two snack streets with lots of delicious food. It's also very close to Kuanzhai Alley, just a 10-minute walk away.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude is super good. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is super good. I like the bar environment very much. I go there almost every night. The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

The hotel staff are all very welcoming and hospitable, making guests feel safe and at ease while traveling. Room cleaning is thorough and meticulous; even in dorm rooms, beds are made daily. It's the best hotel to stay at when visiting Chengdu.

1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care.
The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort.
The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us.
The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service!
I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
