GGazze AzriThe owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags.
What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

GGuest User1. This newly opened hotel has a slightly inaccurate location; navigation doesn't lead directly to the lobby.
2. The front desk staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic.
3. The hotel generally uses high-end materials, and the cleanliness is excellent.
4. It's pet-friendly, and there's an eye-catching Westie at the front desk.
It's a great hotel. I initially booked for one night but ended up extending for two more. Definitely worth a second visit!

LLalala，This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's a three-minute walk from the subway station, surrounded by bubble tea shops and convenience stores, making it super easy to grab a bite at night. The room, though not large, is cleverly designed; the full-length mirror makes the space feel bigger. The bedding is made of brushed fabric, which feels wonderfully warm in winter. The bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation, and the heated intelligent toilet seat is a thoughtful touch. Hot water comes on in ten seconds, and the water pressure is so strong it feels like a massage!
The breakfast selection isn't huge but it's refined. The freshly made egg pancakes with crispy fried dough sticks are incredibly fragrant, and the coffee is freshly ground. The auntie was very diligent about refilling the congee. The front desk lady was very efficient; check-in was done in 30 seconds, and she even proactively gave me a map of nearby attractions. The soundproofing is great too; I barely heard any noise from next door. The value for money is exceptional; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserMy friends and I recently stayed at the Chengdu Ocean Spring Bay MGallery by Sofitel, and it truly exceeded our expectations! Even before we arrived, a butler proactively reached out via WeChat to assist us throughout our stay. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed – their attention to detail was exceptional. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with billiards, table tennis, and badminton, ensuring everyone, from adults to children, has a great time. The resort atmosphere is fantastic. Our villa was spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, and the facilities were impeccably maintained. The bedding was comfortable, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. Overall, the environment is beautiful, and the service is warm and inviting. It’s perfect for gatherings with friends or a relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserI don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel truly impressed me. I had requested an early check-in due to our early flight, and not only was that accommodated, but we were also upgraded to a family room.
The service was outstanding. The room featured voice command controls, and the hotel even uses a robot to deliver food directly to your door, which was a unique and convenient touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to our needs.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The service was meticulous, and I especially appreciated the alcohol-based sanitizers provided, which made me feel very secure. Although there seemed to be a minor issue with the fresh air system, the overall environment was still comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped, completely meeting my needs. I will choose this hotel again next time and look forward to an even more perfect experience once the fresh air system is improved. It's also very convenient to get to other places, including Kuanzhai Alley.

BBingjiyuguyangyuhuanThe hotel boasts excellent transportation links. It's a mere five-minute walk from Tianfu Square Station (Line 2, Exit A) and Jinjiang Hotel Station (Line 1, Exit A). Chengdu Museum is also less than a ten-minute walk away. For shopping and entertainment, Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and Taikoo Li are just one subway stop away. The city's CBD is conveniently located directly opposite the hotel.
While bathrobes weren't provided in the room initially, a quick call to the front desk resulted in two bathrobes being delivered promptly.
The hotel's breakfast was decent, but nothing extraordinary. I was a bit disappointed there was no beef noodle soup, but the beef 'guokui' (a type of flatbread) was quite good.

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
