The room was very nice. We were traveling with an elderly person and a baby over 1 year old. There was a 1.8m large bed, so the baby could sleep in the same room as two adults. Late night snacks and an extra breakfast were also given. Breakfast for the elderly. Finally, I forgot to bring my clothes and the hotel sent them to me. The service is beyond praise and must be praised! ! !

I had a great stay at the hotel. It’s located right in the bustling IFS, Parkson and Taikoo Li. The young staff was a bit clumsy at first since they did not know which one was my China visa to print out and can’t speak English at all but we used translator, so that didn’t matter. Overall, I still love them for their service. My room is on 5th floor, it was clean, well-equipped, it’s viewed to Parkson and IFS. The cleaners do their jobs well on cleaning the room every day. Oh! The staff will ask us to scan wechat to inform us on their wifi password (it’s on the TV as well) and even asked on message if we need room cleaning. One off thing is that the breakfast and afternoon tea aren’t too varied but I don’t mind since the fried rice is really yummy. The laundry is on the 4th floor, it’s clean and smells nice cause they use fragrance. The hotel also gave us little gifts when checking out. I will definitely book it again for my next visit to Chengdu. 9.5/10 for me ❤️.

Very nice place hidden in a prime location. Excellent interior design made staying there a zen and relaxing experience. Service was really friendly (special thanks to 小何 and 小雷) and they offer free appetisers/desserts/snacks once per day for each room which was a delight! There is also unlimited free ice cream for all guests! Rooms were comfortable and clean but the only thing that could be improved would be the gym to add more equipment as it is quite bare. Overall would highly reccommend!
