感謝管家陳辰橙的全程服務，非常貼心和滿意。提前主動聯繫，並幫忙升級房間安排到了一樓帶花園的房間，提前準備好小童用品，還為我們安排了歡迎水果。入住的時候由於禮賓部工作失誤造成一點不愉快，小陳及時主動聯繫我，併為我們第二天續房升級到了超棒的單卧大套房，老公和孩子都很滿意。酒店雖然有點年代了，但是整體維護得還是非常好，清潔衞生都很乾凈。洲際的早餐水準還是比較穩定的，早餐羊角包特別好吃，這家洲際早餐的和牛金絲麪據説很出名，味道確實不錯。住店客人購買拿破崙85折，走的時候幫朋友帶了好多。這次來主要是想到SKP購物，從酒店和環球中心的門穿出去走路也非常近。希望酒店能夠安排上停車券，下次還會入住，感覺住在這裡帶娃玩耍和逛街都很方便。

沒有達到我們的期望值，房間內陳列是仿古的，但住起來，浪費了不少空間，電視機基本就是擺設，什麼也看不了，餐飲種類很多，質量上但還是要注意細節，價格偏高。

酒店房間很好 一樓的房間帶個花園 很不錯，服務很好，感謝前台小張的安排 ，酒店挨着購物中心用餐很方便 中間還有個遊樂園，現在還沒開 放假帶小朋友來玩應該很不錯 早餐也很棒
