"English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. "We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, especially considering the very affordable price. The room was essentially a studio-type unit, providing plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. It also came with a washing machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient during our trip. Although the building is a bit old, everything was well-maintained and functioning properly, including the air conditioning. The receptionists were very helpful during both check-in and check-out. Feel free to approach them if you need any assistance. In our case, the laundry detergent had run out, and after informing the staff, they promptly refilled it for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. It offers excellent value for money, spacious accommodation, and friendly, helpful staff."

"We really loved this hotel! Located in a beautiful pedestrian area with a temple with easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. Short walk to metro station so easy access to the restaurants of the city. Our deluxe room was beautiful with a separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom and even had 2 balconies although too cold to sit out while we were there. Breakfast was good and tasty and best of all, the staff were wonderful. My wife had a reaction to a bite and 2 staff members took us to hospital and stayed with to help with translation etc. they even called back to the hotel as we’d missed breakfast - way above and beyond what they needed to do!"

It's right opposite Wuhou Temple and Jinli, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of a bustling area."

"I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!"

"Wow, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spotlessly clean and odor-free, and the bedding feels brand new. What I really loved were the in-room amenities – the furniture has this cozy, comfortable vibe with a lovely natural wood aesthetic. The breakfast is a steal at just 10 RMB per person, buffet style, which is great value. The hotel staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. My only minor gripe is that the front desk and guest rooms are in completely separate areas. However, the hotel is very thoughtful; they've placed complimentary disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste at every elevator entrance. Plus, there's a free self-service laundry room on the 10th floor. Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially during the off-peak season."

"From the first moment I saw pictures of this hotel, I fell in love with its elegant, antique, and charming vibe. My stay only deepened that affection. The street outside is lined with ancient trees, quiet and clean. The hotel's entrance gate is classically grand, and even more beautiful when lit up at night. To find such a tranquil, almost time-travel-like retreat amidst the bustling streets, I truly felt lucky to have chosen the right place. What's more, the hotel is only about 200 meters from Tonghuimen Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Kuanzhai Alley is within walking distance, and it's not far to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with ride-sharing services being super convenient and affordable. The courtyard itself is dotted with various cozy seating areas, with lush greenery and vibrant flowers everywhere, creating a fresh, elegant, and very comfortable atmosphere. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were all warm and attentive, and there were even greeters at the entrance to help with luggage and escort us upstairs – every aspect of the service was incredibly thoughtful. The room offered great value for money. We stayed in a twin room, which was clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a smart toilet, and a hairdryer, with hot water readily available for showering. Each day, they thoughtfully provided complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. Having stayed for 7 days, this was by far the most comfortable and satisfying travel experience I've had. If only I had more time, I would have loved to extend my stay for a few more days, as I didn't get a chance to sit in the courtyard, sip tea, and sample the hotel's cuisine. I'll definitely make up for that small regret on my next visit! 🥰🥰"

"The location is fantastic, right next to Wenshu Monastery, and within 500 meters of Wenshu Square, there are renowned shops and delicious eateries everywhere. Gongting Taosu always has a queue, and there are century-old establishments like Zhong Shui Jiao and Rong Leyuan, as well as trendy restaurants like Wuyue Palace. The hotel's own Chengdu Courtyard Theater offers inexpensive performances with good quality. The room was comfortable; I thought it would be noisy since it faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Even the complimentary cocktail at Lanyuan Bar was served with great service."

"Had a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!"
