Joyhub Air Hotel

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. We checked in during the afternoon. After dropping off our luggage, I took the kids out for dinner. Once we were back at the hotel, the kids got ready for bed and went to sleep. The room was a bit warm at the time, and we thought it would cool down eventually. However, no matter what I tried, the air conditioning only blew fresh air all night. Since we had an early morning flight, I didn't want to wake the children to call hotel maintenance.

It's decent. Being right in the airport makes it super convenient for early morning or late-night flights. The service is pretty good too, so I guess the high price is somewhat acceptable.

Facilities: Pretty good overall, but the shower broke after I used it upon check-in, which really affected my stay. Hygiene: Generally pretty good. Environment: The room wasn't very big, and the smart features weren't very responsive. Service: I'd give it about a 3.5 out of 5 overall.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It's my top choice when transferring between flights and high-speed trains.

I chose this hotel because I had an early morning international flight to catch. The hotel was great, very convenient, and I'd definitely stay here again. It was also very quiet, I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all.

This hotel offers incredibly thoughtful service. I was able to check in even though I arrived in the morning! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the front desk and room service staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved that I could check my luggage directly at the hotel, which made security and boarding a breeze. This is definitely my top choice when flying out of Tianfu Airport!
