"Stayed one night and got bitten by bugs, which were incredibly itchy. After checking, it seems I was bitten by bed bugs. This is the first time I've been bitten by bed bugs after staying in so many hotels. Also, the bathroom was unbearably hot."

The hotel smell bad and all are smoking smell, very noisy as there is no noice reduction inside the hotel. The receptionist attitude is very rude. Not very welcoming for overseas tourists. Even for hotel pick up service, the drive is very rude too. When we check in the room is not even clean up yet. We request for room changing then. Not recommended for stay here. Hope trip.com aware this the photos is not the same as advertisement. Thanks"

"The MGallery Chengdu World Garden Waterfall is definitely a hidden gem for family vacations and weekend getaways near Chengdu. As a high-end brand under Accor, it perfectly blends natural landscapes, luxurious experiences, and thoughtful service. My entire stay was incredibly healing and exceeded my expectations! The waterfall view room was an excellent experience. It was spacious and airy, with a warm and upscale wooden design. The layout was well-planned, and the details were exquisite, with a dry-wet separation bathroom, smart facilities, and custom bedding all readily available – comfort level: perfect. The rooms come standard with a private balcony or courtyard, and some room types even have private hot spring pools. Soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the view in the evening creates an incredible ambiance. The first round of the minibar is free, and it's also thoughtfully stocked with local specialty drinks and snacks – a detail-oriented person's dream come true. I always bring my children from Chongqing to vacation here. I think it's very suitable for a short trip."

"There is a lot to write about, just the food and beverage. Afternoon tea is continuously provided, coffee and snacks are good. Late night snacks are stewed dishes and beer, which are good. Fruits are free, apples and oranges are of good quality, and children like them very much. Barbecue needs to be booked two hours in advance, and I didn't go because I didn't have a reservation. I booked a homemade focaccia set meal and experienced it with the children. The fruits of my own labor tasted quite good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality of each one is very good, thumbs up. The design and facilities of other rooms are up to a considerable standard. In particular, the scooter drivers are very responsible and keep shuttling between the room and the parking lot. I chose the first floor this time, and I hope to try a high floor next time."

The service was very thoughtful. The only downside was the strong smell in the room, a strong odor from the renovations."

My mother is 74 years old, and whether it was airport pickup, check-in, adjusting the air conditioning, or turning the TV on and off, if she didn't understand something, they promptly arranged for someone to come and help. The hotel's service was excellent – not only did they not mistreat the elderly, but they also provided excellent care."

"Used it for stopover and the facilities of the hotel is new. Just that there is absolutely nothing around the location except a high speed station (which creates a lot of noise) and a construction site. There are a few restaurants and some food cart places at night just outside the hotel. I had a good night sleep and woke up to catch the 5am shuttle to the airport."

It's definitely not worth 300 yuan a night. The room type was also very basic; it was in a corner room. When I opened the sheets, there was hair, making me suspect they hadn't even changed them. I won't go there again."

Free airport transfer is shared by all the hotels in the vicinity so takes some time to reach the airport. It took about 40 mins this morning to reach the airport."
