以前一直住那個天府國際酒店，價格上差不多，服務是真的一言難盡，維也納管理上比較正規，服務意識非常好，衞生很不錯，又是江景房，很好。

本次酒店服務非常到位，房間乾淨衞生，還有果盤服務，住宿體驗非常好，特別希望感謝24日下午15時左右值班的兩位前台美女，在原定房間無法入住的情況下主動為我升級房型，並且主動提出可以開立發票。以及25日上午9點40左右前台美女（似乎帶着實習生牌子），在我提出開立發票請求後非常迅速響應，給我本次出差帶來了很好的體驗，希望酒店領導能對幾位提出表揚與鼓勵，下次有機會還將入住酒店。

第一天入住就被蟲子咬的滿身是包，前台居然連最起碼的防蟲葯都沒有備，顧客活該被咬嗎？房間隔音超級差，你能清晰聽到床頭有人在説話，隔壁房間打開水龍就會引起整個房間水管的劇烈震動聲音。早餐到九點就結束了，也沒有提前告知一下，58一份的早餐沒趕上吃，第二條去吃早餐的時候必須提供當天的早餐券，沒有早餐券必須讓顧客再跑去前台拿，看續住訂單都不行！國際酒店，沒有一點真實服務，全都是硬生生的面子服務！
