GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. I was really happy with my stay; the room was quite spacious. It was also convenient that the front desk could receive packages for me, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. Great service overall!

JJunemoonReally convenient stay. I choose this hotel cuz of my midnight arrival. Upon booking straight away i got contacted to arrange my pick up from the airport. Instructions were really clear and was picked up very smoothly. They gave me a really nice clean room, with all amenities, a comfy couch, soundproof, plenty of natural light and next offered me a ride to the subway. Its located very conveniently, plenty of food options around and clean. I had a comfy stay and am happy i booked this place :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport. I received a text message from the front desk, and after arriving at the airport, I contacted the driver. The shuttle driver was very personable and provided great service. The room was clean, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. This hotel is very convenient for anyone staying near the airport, definitely a good choice. I've saved it and will stay here again next time.
**Facilities:** Quite complete, with an elevator, and very new.
**Hygiene:** You can rest assured, it's quite clean.
**Environment:** Lots of food options nearby, and the room has good soundproofing, very quiet.
**Service:** Warm, thoughtful, and friendly.

MM43117****Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was a fantastic experience! 🌟 The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the South High-Speed Rail Station. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I never wanted to get out of bed. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even thoughtfully recommended some local delicacies. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

GGuest UserThe hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

The service was attentive and polite, the environment was spotless, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel itself was tidy and quiet, the room was spacious, bright, and free of any strange odors, and the bedding was soft and cozy. The staff were warm and thoughtful, and the location was excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. Outstanding value for money, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back!

PpeitatoThe room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service.
I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way.
I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive
AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi.
On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time.
I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

何何丽霞Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station.
The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room.
There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful.
This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi.
But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
