MM443731****I had a 12-hour layover at Tianfu Airport at night, so I chose this newly opened hotel. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The driver helped me with my luggage, and even pushed it into the hotel and up to my room during check-in. The service attitude was exceptionally good. The soundproofing was also great; I stayed in a room near the elevator but didn't hear any noise late at night. Overall, the service attitude is the most commendable aspect!

GGuest UserThe hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

GGuest UserI landed at 10 PM, and the hotel's shuttle was already there to pick me up. The driver was incredibly professional. The hotel is a bit far from the airport, but the shuttle service makes it totally fine. There's also delicious food available downstairs even late at night. The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic, and they even gave us a quiet room! Thumbs up to the front desk staff too, their service was excellent. For breakfast, we got warm steamed buns, eggs, and congee delivered. If I ever need a place again, I'd definitely come back!

MM258975****I really loved the decor and atmosphere here; it's very unique. Staying here felt incredibly relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bed was super comfortable too! Plus, the front desk staff was so attentive and even gave me tips on local attractions and the best way to get to Chengdu city center conveniently and quickly. 😃😃😃😃😃😃

GGuest UserLoved it! 😍 I think I got an upgrade, the room was huge. The lady contacted me even before I boarded my flight, she was super responsible. She informed me about an electricity issue beforehand and arranged another hotel for me. She called me as soon as my plane landed, and the driver was great too, even though it was almost 3 AM and I was the last guest. The hygiene was excellent, and the cleaning staff kept the environment very nice! They also offer airport transfers. I had a late check-out at 3 PM, and they even drove me to the subway station personally! I'll definitely be back next time!

GGuest UserWe had to leave to hotel and move to another one, since the room was extremely cold and air conditioning didn’t work at all. As soon as we realized that spending the night with rooms temperature near to outside temperature (11 C degrees) will bring us nothing but cold we called the receptionist. They entered the room but weren’t able to do anything, so we had to leave the hotel. Also keep in mind that the hotel is not in the nice district. There aren’t any shops, or cafe near the hotel.
The receptionist and driver were very helpful anyway. They trying their best to support us with airport transfer, and deliver us to another hotel once we asked about it.

PpeitatoThe room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service.
I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way.
I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive
AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi.
On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time.
I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning.
It was much more than my expectation for the price.
The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. I was really happy with my stay; the room was quite spacious. It was also convenient that the front desk could receive packages for me, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. Great service overall!
