MM363162****Facilities: All the facilities are brand new. I usually bring my own showerhead when I travel, but the one here was new and very clean, as was the toilet – no yellowing at all. After looking at many hotels, I chose this one.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean, absolutely no complaints.
Environment: Very good.
Service: I called the hotel in advance to inquire, and they proactively asked about my check-in time, which many hotels don't do until you arrive on the day.
The duvet was lightweight; I'm not sure if it was down or something else, but it was quite nice.

2205901****The location is extremely convenient, just about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and there's a shuttle service available, which is perfect for travelers catching early flights or arriving late at night. The hotel surroundings are quiet, and the building insulation is excellent; you can barely hear any airport or road noise in the room, ensuring a comfortable sleep environment. The room facilities are practical and comprehensive, with a mattress that's neither too soft nor too firm and offers good support. The water heater provides hot water quickly with stable pressure. Overall cleanliness is very high, with no dust or odd smells in the room. The bedding and towels are pristine white and feel fresh. The bathroom drain works perfectly, the vanity mirror is bright, and the floor is sparkling clean, showing that daily housekeeping is very thorough and meticulous.

- Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport
- Breakfast was amazing (11/10)
- There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket
- The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy.
Negative
- Difficult communication with hotel people.
1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol).
2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally
3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…)
4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all.
5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out.
- Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

GGuest UserWhen flying from Moscow to Nha Trang, I had a transfer to Chengdu. I was sure that the airline had booked a room for me at the time of the transfer. But no one met me and couldn't help me find a representative and literally by mistake I got to this Derunda hotel in Chengdu. The hotel staff tried very hard to help me, explaining that I do not have a reservation from the air carrier and if I want to stay, I have to pay. I didn't have enough cash, and the card doesn't work in China, I was confused. But one girl working in a hotel showed special kindness to me and great patience to help. I used the translation app and my kind heart. She helped me calm down and find the right solution. My daughter booked a room online at this hotel and paid for it with a card also online. Thus, I was able to spend time comfortably in this hotel, very beautiful and cozy, a beautiful room, and an incredibly large and comfortable bed allowed me to sleep after a long flight. I was also provided with a transfer to the airport from the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel and, especially, Pan Jing. This is my savior's girlfriend ❤️

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
