The value for money is incredible. For such a low price, they offer free pick-up and drop-off, and the service is great. What more could you ask for near the airport at this price? I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again for my next layover in Chengdu. **Facilities:** Very new, and the soundproofing is excellent. **Hygiene:** Clean, and they even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is reassuring. **Environment:** The street is lively, but the room is quiet. Local fruits are very cheap nearby. **Service:** Very enthusiastic, and the free pick-up and drop-off are a huge bonus.

Super lovely hotel and only 15 minutes Didi from the Tianfu airport. It's located in a sports complex which is very quiet and quite unusual to wander around as there are only other airport guests around. The hotel room was clean with a super comfy bed, great shower, minifridge and a tea set to relax and enjoy. The Sichuan restaurant in the middle of the complex is super delicious and well-priced.

The room was big and clean. I have stayed at the airport several times and this room service is the best value for money. Free pick up and delivery is also very fast. The driver also offered to help me carry my luggage. There are also many kinds of snacks around the hotel. The hotel has an elevator for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The most important boss also gave small gifts and afternoon tea. So considerate

I've stayed here twice when traveling to the airport, and even though I've tried other hotels nearby, I'll definitely choose this one again in the future. As a chain hotel, the rooms are clean and odor-free, and the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. All rooms are on the ground floor. They offer breakfast in the mornings. This hotel is a bit further from the town center compared to others, which means it's quiet at night and easy to get a good night's sleep. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport, and even if you're not flying the next day, they'll also take you to the high-speed rail station or subway station.

We stayed at this hotel due to it proximity to the Chengdu Tianfu International Airport. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. This hotel fit the bill, and worked out well for us. They had free movie channels which my daughter enjoyed and a good Chinese restaurant next-door where we had our last Sichuan meal for the trip. The staff upgraded us to two family rooms which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable which helped us get a good nights rest, however, being close to the airport, we appeared to be right under either planes, taking off or landing, as the roar of the engines was very loud. We could also hear noise from the adjacent rooms. It seemed that some of the guests had even earlier morning flights and were making noise at 4 AM which woke my wife and I up. That’s really the only complaint I had about the stay. We had a rental car which we were able to park next to the lobby, which made it quick and convenient to unload the car and repack everything before we headed out the next morning. Breakfast was simple and tasty, but no fresh brewed coffee, something for the hotel to think about adding in the future :)

This hotel offers a free airport shuttle service and complimentary breakfast, including eggs, bread, and milk. Even though it's a basic guesthouse, it has everything you need. The disposable toiletries are well-stocked, and the bed linen and duvet covers are professionally laundered and very clean. The air conditioning works great. For just a few dollars, getting a shuttle service, breakfast, and even help with luggage is incredible value for money. There's really nothing to complain about. I don't understand people who find fault with this place; if you're looking for luxury, you can always choose a four- or five-star hotel, which I'm sure are available near the airport too! Personally, I think it's fantastic. I'll definitely stay at Juyuan Shengshi Hotel again next time I'm here. Supporting Henan!

Overall the hotel is tidy and clean, the front desk service were friendly and polite. Hotel should be honest to their transport service from airport to hotel. It stated the service is 24 hours but I was told it wasn’t available after 2 am. Nevertheless, the hotel did pay for the didi(taxi fare) from airport to hotel.

We tried very much to communicate via translation apps. The staff was very eager to help me, but calling with other people continuously parallel on the phone.  I was a bit confused as I didn't get what I thought I would have booked on Trip.com. There was for example no breakfast buffet, instead I got two breads and a milk package.  and the room was also a different type, as they didn't have the availability. It was my first night in China and I felt like this was a bit a hotel for also doing different things as it's a bit more away from the city center and I had something on my night table, that I didn't expect. 

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

This is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
