Stayed for one night during a layover in Chengdu.
**Facilities:** It's a very new hotel, equipped with an elevator and a restaurant.
**Hygiene:** Very clean, the hot water was great, and it was quiet for sleeping.
**Environment:** Surrounded by greenery. The small path from where you get dropped off to the hotel had so many butterflies, it was really beautiful!
**Service:** Very warm and attentive. The shuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and punctual.
Overall, it's a very suitable hotel for a one-night transit stay! The only downside is that ordering takeout isn't very convenient; there aren't many options around, and no bubble tea either.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride to the airport, and ride-hailing services can get you to Jianyang City in around 10 minutes. Plus, it's located in an area with a variety of dining, accommodation, and entertainment options. The room facilities are complete, tidy, and clean. The desk, lounge chair, and sofa are all well-arranged, and reminders, warnings, and reservation information are all meticulously provided. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a Jinjiang member of Vienna Hotels, I have two small suggestions:
1. When closing the sliding bathroom door, the hand groove can easily overshoot due to inertia, potentially pinching one's hand. Perhaps a stopper could be installed on the upper slide rail, or a decorative barrier board could be added to the right wall.
2. Possibly because it's a new hotel, there was still a strong formaldehyde smell when exiting the elevator on the 11th floor. I recommend having a professional company perform formaldehyde reduction treatments several times.

Just to be factual, this hotel is in jianyang, so it's quite out of the way from Chengdu city center, not close to any attractions whatsoever, hence the 3 star rating for location (relative to Chengdu city). So start getting busy on your bicycle!
Breakfast is really simple, just buns, porridge and small local side dishes. One would probably spend at most 20mins.
A bit of a smoky smell when I entered my room, but I'm a single male traveller - can't be bothered.
I chose jianyang because I was stopping over for 1 night and wanted to see something a bit different from the usual Chengdu when I last visited Chengdu almost 25yrs ago!
So this hotel is right on the bank of the tuo river, plenty of activities to observe the local residents and also to relax in the evening if you want to. Food is not a problem, plenty of restaurants left and right.
Would recommend visiting the public museum at 人民路 to understand more about the history of jianyang, then stopover at the nearby shop selling lamb soup - I thought it was pretty darn good.
Apparently this is the origin city of 海底捞?don't expect anything fantastic, just a nice place (seems like a residential estate) to wind down.
I think jianyang is good for a one day stay and walkabout, this hotel fits the bill well. Not expensive too.
Also remember to use the free pickup/dropoff after booking!
Cheers

AjidaoreyoulushengchanchangjiaThis hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! What impressed me the most was how clean and tidy the room was, and the incredibly attentive service. When I checked in, the front desk staff proactively helped me with my luggage and even gave me a detailed rundown of the best local restaurants. The room itself was cozy and inviting, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk was super quick to respond to any requests. This stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place first next time I'm in town!

This was my fifth stay at Tianfu International Hotel, and my first time driving here. The check-in process was very smooth, from arrival to being guided to my room's building by staff. It would be even better if there were staff on the ground floor of each building to direct guests to their specific room number.
There was an exhibition for a Sichuan gas system being set up on the day I arrived, so the main building entrance was a bit chaotic. The hotel grounds are huge, with a great environment, lush greenery, and comfortable small gardens. The rooms are spacious and bright, with pleasant floor-to-ceiling windows and very cool air conditioning. The bathroom functional areas are well laid out.
The hotel breakfast was very close to my building. The breakfast selection was rich enough and tasted pretty good, satisfying my needs. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
The only minor drawbacks were that the hotel has been open for three years, and some in-room facilities showed signs of wear and tear, such as the showerhead, the vanity countertop, and rust on the bedside lamps. I recommend the hotel carry out repairs.

The hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

Guest UserI usually don't leave reviews, but I had to for this one. What impressed me most was that the hotel provides a door stopper – it really makes a solo female traveler feel safe. The hygiene was also great, I'm very satisfied. As for the location, you just walk a couple of steps outside and there are plenty of shops to buy food. The hotel also has an elevator, which is super convenient when you have luggage. I called them after I arrived at the airport, and they picked me up right away, which was excellent! I'll just add a few random photos, hehehe.

peitatoThe room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service.
I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way.
I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive
AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi.
On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time.
I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

E_S_AThe hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good.
24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning.
It was much more than my expectation for the price.
The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city.
I really enjoyed my stay.
