I had an early international flight the next day, so I chose to stay here the night before. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off services—super convenient! A tip for international travelers: use the free call service on Trip.com to get their WeChat contact for easy communication and real-time shuttle info once you land. The hotel is brand new, the front desk team is incredibly nice and provided excellent five-star service, and my room was clean with no odd smells. A very pleasant stay. I'll definitely book again next time I fly through Chengdu!

Stayed for one night during a layover in Chengdu. **Facilities:** It's a very new hotel, equipped with an elevator and a restaurant. **Hygiene:** Very clean, the hot water was great, and it was quiet for sleeping. **Environment:** Surrounded by greenery. The small path from where you get dropped off to the hotel had so many butterflies, it was really beautiful! **Service:** Very warm and attentive. The shuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and punctual. Overall, it's a very suitable hotel for a one-night transit stay! The only downside is that ordering takeout isn't very convenient; there aren't many options around, and no bubble tea either.

I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'm completely won over after staying here! I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers. What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness. They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful. From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

The hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

Stayed for 2 consecutive nights. Booked a 'tech room' and got a free upgrade to a suite. There weren't many photos of the suites in the reviews, so I couldn't get a reference beforehand. It's allergy season (spring pollen), and as someone with allergies, I needed a bathtub, so I decided to experience it upon arrival. First, the positives: 1. The front desk staff was very patient. Knowing I have allergies (to pollen, cigarette smoke, alcohol, etc.), I hoped to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. She patiently explained the company's financial regulations: standard rooms can only be upgraded to standard rooms, and king rooms to king rooms. No 'cross-category' upgrades are allowed, even if it means the room remains vacant. It's a very rigid financial system. Given the intense competition in the hotel industry, I wish the finance department would experience the front desk's difficulties before setting such rules. In an era where check-ins and repeat purchases are king, I'm surprised a hotel is still hampered by financial policies. 2. The suite was comfortable, and the space was well-distributed. The air conditioning unit was not directly over the resting area for guests. The fixtures and bedding were very clean. Water pressure was strong, and the water was hot enough. However, when filling the bathtub, the water temperature fluctuated slightly between hot and cold, though I didn't notice this issue while showering. 3. The breakfast selection was also good, with a comprehensive variety. Replenishment and clearing were timely. 4. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every hour at 45 minutes past, which is very convenient. Although the bus stops at other hotels, this is the starting point, so seat availability is controllable. 5. The lamb soup at the restaurant next door is excellent, and the second floor connects directly to the hotel, so you can go without even stepping outside. 6. Fruit delivery service is available, and drinking water is plentiful and free. Now for the shortcomings: 1. Facing the street, at a crossroads, next to a gas station... the noise 'buffs' were stacked high. Rooms facing the street were very noisy. However, choosing a room with a window facing the inner corridor was neither ventilated nor less noisy. 2. The laundry room was in an inconvenient location with no clear signs along the way. The laundry room on the 2nd floor only had one washing machine, and there were water stains all over the floor with no staff supervision. It's described as self-service, but it's really a management loophole. The hotel wants to advertise laundry service but doesn't want to take responsibility for it, or even put in a little extra effort. I heard there's another laundry room on the 4th floor, but I couldn't find it due to the lack of clear signs on that floor, so I gave up. 3. There are 'No Smoking' signs, but no enforcement. People were smoking in the hotel lobby, public corridors, and even elevators without anyone stopping them. The security guards simply turned a blind eye, as if it were common practice. Those who are sensitive to smoke should seriously consider this. 4. The hotel's decor extensively uses carpeting. It's widespread in public corridors, individual rooms, and the hotel lobby lounge area. This creates potential dust and mite issues, which can cause respiratory discomfort and coughing. The carpet in the lobby lounge area on the first floor was particularly unsightly. However, overall, it's acceptable due to sufficient cleaning frequency, but there's significant room for improvement. That's all! 😀 Overall, a good review. Worth choosing.

I stayed at the Tianfu International Hotel Business Tower for a day during my layover at Tianfu Airport. Here's my objective review: **Pros and Highlights:** 1. **Excellent Hygiene:** The rooms and public areas were thoroughly cleaned with no noticeable stains or dust, meeting most travelers' basic expectations for cleanliness. 2. **Comfortable Overall Environment, Unique Courtyard Design:** The hotel features a courtyard layout with lush greenery interspersed with buildings, offering a more relaxed feel compared to typical high-rise hotels. The overall environment is quiet and airy, ideal for guests who appreciate traditional garden styles. 3. **Neat and Business-Oriented Rooms:** The room decor leans towards a simple business style, with a well-arranged desk and power outlets. Items were neatly placed, and the bedding, floors, and bathroom were all very tidy, creating a good first impression. **Main Drawbacks and Complaints:** 1. **Breakfast and Light Meals Are Extremely Unfriendly (Especially for Early Morning Flight Passengers):** * The buffet only starts at 6:00 AM. Many flights from Tianfu International Airport depart around 7:00 AM, meaning passengers need to leave by at least 5:30 AM, making it impossible to catch breakfast. * The 'simple breakfast' provided by the hotel consists only of a box of milk, two pieces of bread, and a braised egg. It's low in nutrition and quantity, and the taste is mediocre, completely inconsistent with the 'Business Tower' positioning. * **Suggestion:** If you have to leave early, it's more reliable to prepare your own snacks in advance. 2. **Poor Service Responsiveness, Essentially 'Invisible':** * Aside from checking in at the front desk, it was difficult to find staff at other times. * Service lacked proactiveness and flexibility, giving the impression of a 'self-service' stay. 3. **Rigid Shuttle Bus Schedule, Every Half Hour:** * The shuttle bus departs strictly every half hour. You're lucky if you catch it; otherwise, you have to take a taxi or wait for the next one. * This inflexible arrangement is highly inconvenient for airport travelers on a tight schedule, and there's no emergency coordination mechanism. 4. **Extremely Poor Air Conditioning, Affecting Basic Rest:** * I personally experienced that the air conditioning 'did nothing all night,' whether for cooling or heating. This is a fatal flaw in summer or winter, severely impacting sleep quality. 5. **Prominent Safety Hazard, Elevator Lacks Key Card Access:** * The elevator doesn't require a key card to access any floor, meaning non-guests can freely reach the guest room areas. * For solo business travelers or female guests, this is a very serious security loophole, making it difficult to guarantee property and personal safety.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended
