I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical.
The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive.
Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers.
What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness.
They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful.
From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, patiently assisting us even when we arrived late at night and answering all our questions. The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and the large bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The airport transfer was punctual and hassle-free, making getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and reassuring experience – highly recommended!

Environment: The most cost-effective hotel near the subway station closest to the airport. The environment is very good and the sound insulation is good. It is very suitable for a good sleep before flying the next day.
Service: The service attitude of the young lady and the boy responsible for picking up and dropping off is very good.
One-time pick-up and drop-off by subway: It is a little far from the subway station, so the hotel can pick you up and drop-off once, which is very considerate.

Llee pi lanI presented my passport for registration, but the front desk only processed one room. It was only after I'd already bought breakfast that I realized I had booked two rooms and then had to deal with a refund. Was this an oversight by the front desk or a system error?
The room itself was great and well-equipped, though the sink leaked, making the bathroom floor quite wet. The breakfast staff member kept encouraging us to eat more and even suggested additions to enhance the flavor. While not extravagant, the breakfast was certainly sufficient.
The front desk kept in touch with me about how to arrange the shuttle, which was excellent. The shuttle to the airport arrived very early, but many passengers were not punctual, which made me anxious about missing my airport check-in time.
Finally, I must mention that the shuttle ride from the hotel to the airport was incredibly concerning. The driver was on the phone and using their mobile device the entire way. I was tempted to report them; it was quite frightening.

GGuest UserThe hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious. It was very clean and put together. The staff was very friendly. The issues we had with this place was that there were roosters in the morning all the way until the evening that did not stop. If you need a good alarm clock maybe this would be a good place to stay🤣. The hotel was also not as close to the airport as it may seem. The drive was about 20 minutes, but they did offer shuttle service. I would recommend staying closer to the city unless you were trying to leave the next day at the airport.

何何丽霞Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station.
The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room.
There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful.
This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi.
But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended
