Excellent, absolutely excellent! I stayed at this hotel last year and chose it again this year. The service is incredibly warm and friendly. From the moment the driver picked me up until I checked into my room, someone was there to help with my luggage every step of the way. They also offer convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services.

The airport transfer service was convenient. The facilities are new, and the hygiene is excellent. The surroundings are great, with plenty of food options downstairs, making it highly recommended. It takes about half an hour to get to the airport. The hotel's location is superb, with high floors offering beautiful views. The hotel's service and facilities are also very thoughtful and complete, and the staff are very professional, making us feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel's facilities are luxurious and comfortable, especially the rooms and bedding.

My overall experience at the Xi'an Hotel was fantastic this time. I felt very secure and well-rested. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick, and they thoughtfully reminded me about airport transfer details. The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.
