MMisifandeluo77The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional. The hotel's tea tasting and incense making activities are quite enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially the young lady with the lotus brooch, was attentive and polite. Our guide to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage was also very lovely. The room has good natural light and excellent soundproofing. Highly recommended!

ZZoey Tan 88Stayed one night at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu and left genuinely impressed. The hotel strikes a nice balance between modern design and warmth and the room was well-appointed, clean.
What stood out most was the staff. Yuki in particular was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, offered thoughtful local recommendations, and did so with genuine warmth rather than rehearsed hospitality. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made a real difference to the experience.
There is also a schnauzer called Lucky, and is a residnet dog at the hotel. Super cute!
Breakfast was great, lots of Chengdu delicacy as options and great western choices too.
This is definitely my top choice for a Chengdu stay!

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserA rare artistic designer hotel in Chengdu, this three-story standalone building is tucked away in the city center, offering a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle. The minimalist black and white design with copper and gold accents, along with the artistic walls in the common areas, the spiral staircase, and the heated pool, all make for perfect Instagram-worthy shots. The room is exquisite, featuring a comfortable KingKoil mattress and Carnation bedding for a great night's sleep. Details like the TOTO smart toilet and custom-scented toiletries are a nice touch. The service is warm and attentive, with a welcome gift upon check-in and a complimentary sweet soup before bed. Both the Dandan noodles and the Western brunch for breakfast are delicious, and they even provide a thoughtful map of local eateries. It's only a 3-minute walk to the subway, which takes you directly to Kuanzhai Alley and Taikoo Li, making getting around incredibly convenient.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a real pleasant surprise! I'm a big fan of night running and wasn't sure where to go nearby, so I asked the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was super enthusiastic and even prepared some bottled water for me to take with me. She also told me that the Jinjiang River was close by and had great scenery. The hotel's facilities are excellent, with a gym and laundry room. The room was also very clean, and I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. I'm 100% satisfied with this trip!

It's very close to Chunxi Road with convenient transportation. The breakfast was also great, offering authentic Chengdu specialties. It offers great facilities with choices of both dorms and private rooms. The location is unbeatable—close to tons of restaurants, the metro, and the airport bus. Plus, the staff speak excellent English. Perfect stay!

GGuest UserThe location on Wangping Street is super convenient! There are many cafes and bars along the river, and you can walk to IFS and Taikoo Li, but I opted for a Didi instead. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a 24-hour laundry room and gym. They offer unlimited free boiled water, and there's even a robot for room service. Inside the room, there's a Xiao Du smart assistant, a smart bed (with adjustable height and massage modes), and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly – I give 100 points to the ladies at counter #1 and #5 for their excellent service! I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Chengdu. The only minor drawback might be that the bathroom and toilet are a bit small and lack hooks, which was a bit inconvenient 🥹
