Ttira delThe hotel is very well located.. close enough to everything, yet peaceful, with less than a 1 km walk to nearby attractions. From the moment we arrived, the service made us feel truly welcome. We were warmly greeted by Xiao Gao, who was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, especially in providing amenities for our children. That small gesture made a big difference and really made us feel at home.
The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. I especially appreciated the bidet in the bathroom, that’s not always easy to find. The hotel’s location by the river adds to its charm; the surroundings are calm and serene, making it a lovely place to unwind after a day out. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude is super good. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is super good. I like the bar environment very much. I go there almost every night. The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

MM54628****A healing trip that exceeded all expectations! The Nikko Hotel Yixin Lake is definitely worth recommending.
The most delightful surprise was the 'Daciba' (sticky rice cake) making event in the lobby. The freshly pounded 'ciba' was soft, chewy, and springy, coated with soybean powder and brown sugar syrup – sweet but not cloying. Its warm texture instantly melted away travel fatigue. This down-to-earth, bustling atmosphere contrasted wonderfully with the hotel's luxury, creating a fantastic chemical reaction.
The lake view room we booked was even more stunning! The 180-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows faced Yixin Lake directly. The room's interior was impeccably clean, with wooden elements and soft lighting creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The smart control system allowed for one-touch adjustment of lights, curtains, and air conditioning, making it convenient and sophisticated.
The service was excellent throughout, with staff always smiling and patiently answering all questions. Housekeeping meticulously tidied the room every day. Whether in the restaurant, by the pool, or in the corridors, every staff member we encountered proactively greeted us. Their genuine enthusiasm made us feel incredibly welcome. In particular, Avery's service was exceptionally detailed and thoughtful, and she even upgraded our room.
The hotel's facilities are also impeccable! The indoor heated 'starry sky' swimming pool was amazing; the water temperature is consistently maintained at a comfortable 28℃, and the water quality is crystal clear, making swimming incredibly enjoyable. I swam twice, and each time I was able to enjoy a sense of exclusive tranquility. The gym is open 24 hours, and transportation is very convenient. Yixin Lake Park is just a five-minute walk away, and the surrounding amenities are excellent.

The hotel staff are all very welcoming and hospitable, making guests feel safe and at ease while traveling. Room cleaning is thorough and meticulous; even in dorm rooms, beds are made daily. It's the best hotel to stay at when visiting Chengdu.

CChengzi1225My experience at this hotel was fantastic! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite. We asked about the best way to get to Dujiangyan, and they suggested several transportation options, even telling us which attractions were most worthwhile. Since I don't fully trust online recommendations for Chengdu, I asked the front desk for their personal restaurant suggestions. They recommended places they frequent themselves, and the food was delicious. Plus, they kept in mind our limited time, so the dining spots weren't far from the hotel. Their service truly deserves five stars! The room facilities were excellent too. The lighting control was super convenient, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I even asked the staff if there was a link to buy it, but unfortunately, it's custom-made, so no link available. The entire hotel's decor and design are truly unique and stylish. I'll be back in Chengdu in a few months and will definitely choose this hotel again. A definite five-star experience!

1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care.
The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort.
The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us.
The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service!
I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

MM253152****The hygiene was good! The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows weren't too high, very soft! The service attitude was also good. The breakfast was quite simple, with buns, eggs, soy milk, and coffee. For this price, the surrounding area is quite noisy, and the sound insulation isn't great. The only downside is that there were so many mosquitoes... I got bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and it happened in both rooms, even my child was bitten. There was nothing we could do. We had planned to stay a few more days. I hope the owner will provide mosquito repellents in every room and do a better job with pest control in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very clean, the breakfast was extensive, and the views were great. The bathtub in the room was large and wonderful. There are also many attractions near the hotel. It's right next to Longhu Tianjie and Wanda Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Wenshu Monastery, which the kids loved. [rose emoji] Chengdu is so much fun and has great food too! Thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality; they even shared some excellent tourist recommendations during check-in. I'll definitely stay here again next time! [rose emoji]

LLinalinalinaI really liked the hotel! The staff speaks English, although I know Chinese, they still tried to help me in English, which is good. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops, cafes, shopping centers. The price is very low, the interior is beautiful.
There was a small spider web in the bathroom.
The air conditioner also warms up well, the equipment is very new. It would be nice if the toilet had a heated seat.

CCeeVieAreThis is my first visit to Chengdu and Qionglai city. This hotel or courtyard stay is affiliated to Wyndham Garden along Wenjun Street i.e. big square with various shops for shopping (sports attire brands, yinshion, Miniso), dining and decors perfect for social media posting. Dining options include McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chagee, Naixue, Heytea, Mixue and local brand dining or beverage operators. Outside the square/Wyndham Garden there are Lawson, Family Mart, 7 eleven and local Hongqiao marts(prices lower). Local mini restaurants selling Sichuan food, noodles, dumplings, snacks are also available outside the square/garden, opposite AllAboutLove bakery and Naixue outlet.
Qionglai city is closely associated with a historical female poet called Zhuo Wenjun. Her residence and Wenjun well built during Han Dynasty is located 10-15 mins walk from Wyndham Garden. Look for Bank of China branch and walk across the street to reach China Construction Bank branch
Then walk straight down until you see a public toilet on your right and cross the street. Walk until you see an open space carpark and go in the carpark you will find Wenjun Residence on your left, entry is free.
You may book a car to Qionglai city from Tianfu airport but be prepared to pay RMB400+ equivalent using trip app. Going back to Chengdu city by car is about RMB200. Standby with some cash if you encounter QR code scan problem. There are also buses and trains options to reach here.
1 -0.5 hours drive you can visit famous Tiantai Mountain, Pingle Ancient Town, Bamboo Canyon Scenic Area ( went there and love it❤️❤️❤) , Yuanwozi winery, etc. ️
My stay was very refreshing and Manager Ma was very helpful and accommodating to all my queries. My travelling plans to nearby attractions was fulfilled despite unfavourable weather, drizzling 2 days non stop. I would recommend for atleast 2 night stays to enjoy 1 day outskirt trip + 1 day chill in the room and enjoy backyard outdoor onsen to relax. Breakfast buffet include western (cereal/salad/eggs/sausages/ham/fries/bread), dimsum, soup, cakoi and soya bean, 3x types of porridges and condiments, local breakfast ( starter or salad, fried rice, meat and vegetable dishes), deserts, local fruits and cut fruits. Hotel staff can also help to order takeouts for you.
