"I really love this hotel. The staff are super friendly—especially one of the housekeepers (a tall girl) who was always helpful and welcoming.

• Laundry room is available without limited hours (unlike some hotels)
• Price is reasonable

PPat TanlI had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience.
The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly!
On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed.
After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive.
Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. I would definitely love to come back and stay here ag

You can head downstairs for shopping and dining, making it a one-stop destination for entertainment. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with Dongda Road Metro Station just 50 meters away, connecting to Metro Lines 2 and 8. It's only two stops to Chengdu East Railway Station and four stops directly to Chunxi Road, making it super easy to visit Taikoo Li and IFS for sightseeing.
The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms and even has an adorable mascot dog named 'Xigua Di' (Watermelon Patch) who 'works' every day. There's also a 24-hour fitness center on the 36th floor, where you can work out while enjoying city views.
From the moment I arrived, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave me a baggage tag. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the operator, Mila, even contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs, which was very thoughtful. Whenever I had any issues, the staff were quick to help resolve them, making guests feel valued and cared for!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are very spacious. There's a great selection for breakfast, and they also offer afternoon tea and soup in the evenings. The hotel staff are all very friendly and attentive. I'm especially grateful to one of the female staff members who helped my parents with their luggage; I just wish I'd caught her name.

KKongqixieliuhaiI treated myself to a staycation for the last few days of the Spring Festival, as I've wanted to experience the first Nikko Hotel in Chengdu for a long time. I came alone this time to relax, and I was particularly looking forward to their pool, hot spring bath, Japanese cuisine, and breakfast. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend waking up early on the weekend to try the hotel's breakfast. I personally love the 'chazuke' (rice with tea poured over it) – I'm craving it again just thinking about it! The Japanese ramen was also excellent, and the other options were very diverse, meeting five-star standards with some added Japanese specialties.
I couldn't wait to hit the gym and pool right after checking in. The pool water was constantly circulating, so it was very clean, and the pool itself was beautiful. In the evening, it became a 'starlight pool'. The hot spring bath, though small, was located in the changing room, and there was also a dry sauna, making for a very comfortable and relaxing experience.
My room was upgraded for free. It wasn't huge but had everything I needed, including a bathtub. The overall design was Japanese style. I arrived in the afternoon and immediately made some tea, enjoying the city views and the view of Yixin Lake. Although it lacked a natural landscape feel, it still offered a unique experience, like being in another city.
Special thanks to Luna for her warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service. She was incredibly responsive and made me feel very welcome. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Chengdu, highly recommended!

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserComing down from the snowy mountains was exhausting, so a hot spring soak here in Huashuiwan was absolutely divine. Hoshino Snow Mountain Manor is a very new hotel with fantastic facilities. More importantly, the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and soaking in the hot spring was just pure bliss!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel seems to share a building with other hotels and businesses, as there were many people coming and going. The location is decent; it's a few hundred meters straight ahead from Exit B of Wenshu Monastery.
**Facilities:** Alright.
**Cleanliness:** Clean.
**Environment:** It's close to the subway station with lots of food options, and there are many late-night snack stalls downstairs. The driver even told me there are some 'fly restaurants' (local slang for small, unpretentious eateries with great food) if you turn left at the traffic light ahead.
**Self-service afternoon tea:** A bit disappointing, by 2 or 3 PM, there were only a few plates of fruit left.
**Late-night noodles:** Didn't get to try them; there were just too many delicious options downstairs, and I was already full.

The service was very friendly, the decor was exquisite and clean, very stylish and beautiful, perfect for photos.
The butler at the front desk was very friendly and attentive; when I wasn't feeling well, he helped me change to a better-ventilated room.
The coffee shop was exceptionally good—surprisingly, the best coffee I've had in China.
I hope they maintain this level of quality; I'll definitely stay here again.

MM253152****The hygiene was good! The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows weren't too high, very soft! The service attitude was also good. The breakfast was quite simple, with buns, eggs, soy milk, and coffee. For this price, the surrounding area is quite noisy, and the sound insulation isn't great. The only downside is that there were so many mosquitoes... I got bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and it happened in both rooms, even my child was bitten. There was nothing we could do. We had planned to stay a few more days. I hope the owner will provide mosquito repellents in every room and do a better job with pest control in the future.

YYueqingI apologize, I was having such a great time during my stay that I completely forgot to take photos, haha!
**Facilities:** They have a washing machine, common areas, and my private room came with a toilet and shower, etc.
**Hygiene:** The environment was very clean.
**Location:** Chunxi Road is right downstairs, with tons of snack shops and clothing stores. Taikoo Li is just a short walk away.
**Service:** Patient and friendly! It was a wonderful experience.
