"We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent and central located, the service was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and made a great effort to communicate with us in English. The apartment was clean, and it was well-stocked with fresh towels and all necessary amenities every day. The washing machine worked perfectly as well. The space was ideal for our group of four, offering plenty of room and enough bathrooms for everyone. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a fantastic ambiance with lots of greenery, making it perfect for families with dogs. Upon check-in, they provide a pet-friendly goodie bag, but what really impressed me was the pet breakfast available in the mornings – my little one was absolutely thrilled! The staff genuinely love animals; you can tell they're kind people who are truly pet-friendly. Besides humans, the hotel is also home to two parrots and a little swallow. Qiuqiu (the parrot) has a lot of character, Lele (the other parrot) is very affectionate, and the little swallow's nest is right above the elevator entrance in Building 1. The air conditioning in the rooms is super powerful, which is great for summer, just don't blast it too high or you'll get cold in the middle of the night. The drinks in the lobby are also delicious, with a different one every day – definitely worth trying!

GGuest UserEmily, the hotel's customer service representative, was very thoughtful. She pre-arranged the room and fruit basket for me, making check-in quick and easy. The exterior views were also beautiful. The cleanliness and room conditions were up to Marriott's usual high standards. The executive lounge's happy hour service was also good. The only minor complaint would be the breakfast seating arrangement, which could be better coordinated.

GGuest UserMy stay at Poly Frasers Place International Apartment was absolutely perfect, and I'm extremely satisfied overall! The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable layout and exquisite, clean furnishings, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, tasted great, and had enough choices to satisfy everyday dining needs. The apartment's high-rise location provided an amazing view, and the city nightscape at dusk was absolutely stunning, perfect for photos and enjoying the scenery – truly relaxing and therapeutic. My only slight regret is that my schedule was tight and time was limited, so I couldn't experience the special pool facilities, which was a bit of a shame. Allen and Glitter at the front desk provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my entire check-in process pleasant and hassle-free. It offers excellent value for money. My overall stay was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend it! Next time I visit, I'll definitely set aside time to fully enjoy the pool and choose to stay here again.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserThe Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang Hot Spring is such a great deal! The location is convenient, whether you're taking the subway or driving. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in incredibly smooth. The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight, with over 40 unique pools to choose from. After a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. You can even enjoy river views in the morning. The buffet breakfast offers a full range of Western and Chinese options, and the freshly prepared noodles are especially delicious. The staff were attentive throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for both couples on a getaway and families traveling together. Highly recommended!

The minimalist black and white design with copper and gold accents, along with the artistic walls in the common areas, the spiral staircase, and the heated pool, all make for perfect Instagram-worthy shots. The room is exquisite, featuring a comfortable KingKoil mattress and Carnation bedding for a great night's sleep. Details like the TOTO smart toilet and custom-scented toiletries are a nice touch. The service is warm and attentive, with a welcome gift upon check-in and a complimentary sweet soup before bed. Both the Dandan noodles and the Western brunch for breakfast are delicious, and they even provide a thoughtful map of local eateries. It's only a 3-minute walk to the subway, which takes you directly to Kuanzhai Alley and Taikoo Li, making getting around incredibly convenient.

SSeasons in th sunThe Luxe-Eastern in Chengdu is in an older part of the CBD. Lots of local eateries around the apartments, making it a noisy and littered area. The apartment entrance is on the 3rd floor, accessible only by an unlit escalator. The 3-bedroom apartment is ok, nothing special. It's broom sweep clean. Some walls are scratched. Furnishings are there, with no thought to user-friendliness. Cookware and washer are available. No dryer so you have to hang dry your clothes. Service is average. They will give you what you ask for, but won't take any initiatives. There was no flushing water the first night of our stay, and the staff didn't give us buckets. They said they don't have buckets. We had to ask for other water containers. The worst thing about the place is that the hallway reeks of dead rats. It smells like a garbage dump every time you open the apartment door. We definitely will not stay here again.

AAilvxingdeyinzheThis hotel is located by the river, directly across from Jinjiang Hotel, and about 600 meters from Jinjiang Metro Station, making its location quite good. The lobby is rather simple, and the rooms are under 30 square meters. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The separate bathtub and shower with excellent water pressure were a huge plus. The bed was on the softer side, which I personally found comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. They even offer buckwheat pillows, which I appreciate. This particular room type offers a partial river view, but it's quite close to the adjacent office building, so privacy needs to be considered during the day. If you remove the chargeable snacks from the room, you don't need to pay a deposit, and they provide plenty of complimentary bottled water. For just over 300 at the moment, it's definitely excellent value for money.

YYunguThis is a business hotel that's been open for many years. I used to stay here often for business trips years ago and always had a good experience. This time, I brought my child to Chengdu for a trip and decided to stay here again. I was surprised to see that even after all these years, the hotel still has a high occupancy rate. Although the facilities are older, they're well-maintained. The price is also very reasonable, and the key is its excellent location. The subway station right outside the entrance makes it easy to get to all the scenic spots, which is super convenient for getting around. It's a hotel with great value for money.
