KKingberlyThis hotel is easy to find and conveniently located near Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Sichuan Museum, both within a 10-minute walk. The young man with glasses at the front desk was very attentive and efficient with the check-in process. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserEmily, the hotel's customer service representative, was very thoughtful. She pre-arranged the room and fruit basket for me, making check-in quick and easy. The exterior views were also beautiful. The cleanliness and room conditions were up to Marriott's usual high standards. The executive lounge's happy hour service was also good. The only minor complaint would be the breakfast seating arrangement, which could be better coordinated.

GGuest UserMy stay at Poly Frasers Place International Apartment was absolutely perfect, and I'm extremely satisfied overall! The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable layout and exquisite, clean furnishings, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, tasted great, and had enough choices to satisfy everyday dining needs. The apartment's high-rise location provided an amazing view, and the city nightscape at dusk was absolutely stunning, perfect for photos and enjoying the scenery – truly relaxing and therapeutic. My only slight regret is that my schedule was tight and time was limited, so I couldn't experience the special pool facilities, which was a bit of a shame. Allen and Glitter at the front desk provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my entire check-in process pleasant and hassle-free. It offers excellent value for money. My overall stay was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend it! Next time I visit, I'll definitely set aside time to fully enjoy the pool and choose to stay here again.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

SSchimbaService gave wrong information regarding already booked / included spa services - complimentary fruit basked only arrived after complaints A singular butler robot is taking care of all the food deliveries for a huge hotel with 6 elevators. After the food arrived in the hotel lobby, it took from 30 minutes up to 3 hours to get delivered to the room. Why don’t they send a person to deliver food? Or at least call the room to inform that food was brought, so we could have picked it up ourselves? I am severely disappointed with the level of service for a 5 star hotel.

GGuest UserA rare artistic designer hotel in Chengdu, this three-story standalone building is tucked away in the city center, offering a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle. The minimalist black and white design with copper and gold accents, along with the artistic walls in the common areas, the spiral staircase, and the heated pool, all make for perfect Instagram-worthy shots. The room is exquisite, featuring a comfortable KingKoil mattress and Carnation bedding for a great night's sleep. Details like the TOTO smart toilet and custom-scented toiletries are a nice touch. The service is warm and attentive, with a welcome gift upon check-in and a complimentary sweet soup before bed. Both the Dandan noodles and the Western brunch for breakfast are delicious, and they even provide a thoughtful map of local eateries. It's only a 3-minute walk to the subway, which takes you directly to Kuanzhai Alley and Taikoo Li, making getting around incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserService: Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I communicated that I was traveling with a child and hoped for some kid-friendly arrangements. The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍 Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍

GGuest UserI stayed in three rooms here, each of which was a large house with about six beds. Two of the rooms were very, very satisfying, while one was relatively older than the other two and had a sewer smell. I was very satisfied with the service, as butler service was available at all times, and check-in and check-out were very simple. Any issues could be resolved immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this, especially if many people are staying together. We had three adults and four children this time, and a house like this was much more convenient than a hotel. What I found particularly good was that each of these large houses had at least three bathrooms, so even with many people, there was no need to queue in the morning. The view from the window was also very nice.

AAilvxingdeyinzheThis hotel is located by the river, directly across from Jinjiang Hotel, and about 600 meters from Jinjiang Metro Station, making its location quite good. The lobby is rather simple, and the rooms are under 30 square meters. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The separate bathtub and shower with excellent water pressure were a huge plus. The bed was on the softer side, which I personally found comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. They even offer buckwheat pillows, which I appreciate. This particular room type offers a partial river view, but it's quite close to the adjacent office building, so privacy needs to be considered during the day. If you remove the chargeable snacks from the room, you don't need to pay a deposit, and they provide plenty of complimentary bottled water. For just over 300 at the moment, it's definitely excellent value for money.
