I was immediately captivated by the hotel's blend of modern and classic design upon arrival. Sichuan embroidery is seamlessly integrated into every corner of the hotel – it's simply beautiful! The staff were very welcoming; they called ahead to confirm our arrival time, ensuring a smooth check-in. They even upgraded our room! Our butler provided a thorough introduction to the hotel's dining, amenities, and local attractions while escorting us to our room. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a wonderful array of Sichuan specialties like Dandan noodles, 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), 'boboji' (skewers in chili sauce), and 'tianshuimian' (sweet water noodles). The hotel is also pet-friendly, with a designated area for pet waste! It's conveniently located near Du Fu Thatched Cottage and the Sichuan Embroidery Museum, with plenty of restaurants nearby. A truly wonderful stay!

While the hotel's decor might not be the most modern or trendy, it's still a pretty good choice overall. What impressed me most was the butler's thoughtfulness – they saw my clothes drying nearby and brought me a hanger. The breakfast was quite extensive; I especially loved the chicken offal noodles. The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the N99 Yintai area with lots of great food options on the 7th floor. It's a short bike ride to places like Global Center and SKP, and with a subway station right next door, getting to all the attractions is a breeze.

An excellent choice for a stay in Chengdu! This CBD high-rise luxury apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city's southern district. The facilities are new, the layout is open and airy, and it truly feels like a home away from home. A huge thank you to Mina at the front desk for her warm and attentive service, especially for the thoughtful upgrade she provided. The transportation is very convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both short and long stays. This is a high-quality accommodation in Chengdu that's definitely worth revisiting many times!

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. We had a suite, so the living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all very spacious, which was a huge plus during our trip. If you're traveling with a pet, the sky garden on the 12th floor is perfect for a quick walk – that's a definite bonus!

AviourThe room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

Guest UserThe room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent amenities. Since I was traveling with a baby, the concierge reached out to me before my arrival to check if I had any special requests, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location near Tianfu Square is incredibly convenient for getting around. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The coziest of hotels located very well within Chengdu. We had the pleasure of receiving the most wonderful service, as well as tips and recommendations from Arnold and the rest of the lovely staff at Grey Parrot. Without all of this, our trip to Chengdu would not have been nearly as nice. Thank you so much!🤠
The café/bar adjacent to the hotel serves great coffee, drinks and cake! And we also got the loveliest little farewell gifts. If you are ever in Chengdu, you should really consider staying at Grey Parrot.🐼

927YangI came to Chengdu with my classmate this time. Since we're not yet adults, I was a bit worried about checking in, but it turns out I was completely overthinking it. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Instead of being dismissive because of our age, they were very considerate of our feelings throughout, and it felt really good to be treated with such respect.
The city view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a super wide vista. Looking out the window at night, the city's splendor was laid out before us. Every picture we took was like a professional shot, and we spent ages taking photos by the window.
Of course, as a well-established five-star hotel that's been open for some years, some of the facilities do feel a little dated compared to those trendy new hotels that just opened. However, this didn't affect the overall stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The minor flaws don't detract from the overall quality.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly felt the expected standards and warmth of the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you to all the Ritz-Carlton staff! (。・ω・。)つ🌷

Guest UserThe room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was good. The bathroom was large, and I could watch variety shows on the TV. The hot water was excellent, making it easy to wash up. It's right across the street from the East Station. The only downsides were that only one of the four charging ports by the bed worked, and the bathroom fan button was broken, so it wouldn't turn off and I had to listen to it hum all night. The window also got stuck after I opened it for ventilation, but a staff member helped me close it, and they were very kind. You could see the railway tracks outside the window. At night, I could hear the train announcements, but it was tolerable, just a few occasional sounds. Overall, it offered good value for money, especially being so close to the train station, which saved a lot of time and effort. It's convenient for traveling as you don't have to bother with luggage, since the hotel is right next to the train station.
