"This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! I mean- from the front desk to the cleaning staff- absolutely unmatched service! Professional and seamless!. Talk about the AMENITIES- I’ve travelled in China- and I must say this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been in- the attention to detail is incredible- the room equipment and SMART functions- are what I need in 2026. The water system 💯- I could choose the temperature I want from simple room temperature to warm to hot- I mean wow 🤩! The bathroom- shower- the best! Water pressure and temperature- awesome! The toilet- a bidet- comfort on another level! The free VC juice at the reception/ dining area- so refreshing (I didn’t buy any juice during my stay 😀). The location is very convenient- near the malls- restaurants and tourist attraction areas. There is also a rooftop for some fresh air and chilled vibes (solo or with friends)!Bottom line is - I really enjoyed my stay and most importantly- it’s a very budget friendly hotel. EXTRA value for your money. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Chengdu❤️."

"First time visiting Chengdu, and my first stay at a St. Regis – the experience was simply wonderful! The location is great, very close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and IFS, all just a few hundred meters walk away. As for the hardware, the overall decor and ambiance are exactly my style – soft, understated luxury. The room was very cozy, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully arranged. Now, onto the service – it was beyond amazing. All the staff were incredibly humble and polite, and their service language clearly indicated rigorous professional training. They promptly and efficiently addressed every request we had, providing quick follow-ups. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel with tired feet, opening the door always felt like coming home. Not only was the room impeccably clean, but the way items were laid out seemed to anticipate and cater to guests' habits and preferences. You could genuinely feel the effort and care the staff put into understanding guests when tidying the room. The most delightful surprise was that the hotel noticed my birthday and promptly sent a cake – it was such a warm gesture. My favorite hotel used to be the Ritz, but this stay has made the St. Regis my priority for all future travels. I believe this doesn't just reflect the high standards of the St. Regis Chengdu, but rather exemplifies the service standards and philosophy of the entire St. Regis Hotel Management Group. "My stay at the Chengdu SFEEL Taikoo Li Memorial Store was absolutely fantastic! The location is incredible, super close to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the decor has a great sense of style, really setting a lovely atmosphere. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The hygiene was particularly meticulous, making for a very reassuring stay. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Any requests I had were also addressed quickly. The value for money is outstanding. This will be my top choice when visiting Chengdu, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!"

"Choosing this apartment exceeded my expectations. My elderly parents have mobility issues, so the butler came directly to the garage to pick us up. The elevator goes straight to the room, which was incredibly convenient. It's on a high floor with great views, and the elevator is fast. The room itself is well-equipped, making it easy to cook and do laundry. While there are other apartments nearby, this one offers the best value for money."

"This time I stayed at Qing'an Rice Field Hotel alone. I wanted to relax. I just arrived at the hotel door and the housekeeper came to greet me. I was very enthusiastic and helped to take my luggage to the room. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find the texture and details of the room. The bathroom is spacious, the double basin design is practical and advanced, the black countertop is matched with soft lighting, and the atmosphere is elegant. The bedroom is more comfortable, the bed is soft, the lighting is warm, the carpet is delicate, the whole space is simple and atmospheric, and the quality is everywhere. The service is intimate and thoughtful, not disturbed and responsive to needs at any time. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the morning sun and the evening sunset are intoxicating. The hotel's breakfast is fresh and delicious, the top floor observation deck has a wide view and an infinity pool, which is very suitable for a person to enjoy quietly.
