The service was also very satisfying; the butler service was attentive, and any requests were promptly addressed. Before arriving, I was a bit worried the hotel facilities might be outdated, but after checking in, I realized my worries were unfounded – everything is well-maintained, and the room is very spacious. The hotel breakfast also offers a rich variety, including all the Chengdu specialty snacks, though there were quite a few kids due to the summer holiday. Next time I visit Chengdu, I'll definitely prioritize staying at The St. Regis again!"

The only downside was that the room ventilation was a bit poor, making it feel a little stuffy. The front desk lady provided excellent service; she was very kind.
