"This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with seniors and children visiting Chengdu! Its location right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li means you can walk to the shopping district in just a few minutes, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient without any unnecessary detours. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; check-in was quick, and they proactively helped with our luggage and recommended family-friendly attractions nearby. Their attitude was gentle and patient. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with excellent natural light. The bedding was clean and soft, ensuring everyone in the family slept comfortably. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water was consistent, and toiletries were well-stocked. It was spotless, without a speck of dust. The hallways and public areas were quiet and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, so our rest wasn't disturbed at night. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, making it easy to find food and buy things, and transportation by taxi or subway is close by. Overall, the value for money is fantastic. With its comfortable environment, attentive service, and excellent location, it's highly suitable for family trips. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come to Chengdu next time. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children."

"Reached the hotel by 3am midnight and still had a seamless check in. After a tired travel and entering the room seeing the clean bathroom allowing for a comfy bath was perfect. Location is near city centre most restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was very friendly answering any queries i had. Only thing to complain was the lack of amenities I guess. Maybe having a spa or onsen something would be great. But i would still rate it very high."

"First off, I have to commend how my booking was handled – they clearly read my notes, and the room arrangement was perfect! I was a bit worried when I booked, seeing some reviews about the hotel being older, fearing it might be dated. But honestly, as soon as I saw the room, all those concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly well-maintained, even better than the photos. As they say, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari! My overall stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The toiletries were top-notch, smelled lovely, and worked wonderfully. Every little detail showed care. The high floor offered fantastic panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and everything was spotless. The location is excellent – quiet yet central. The butler service was outstanding, available 24/7, with quick and friendly responses. The 24-hour complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch and of good quality. The housekeeping staff noticed we were drinking tea and proactively left extra bottles of water during cleaning, which was very thorough – thumbs up! There are plenty of great dining options nearby. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that the shampoo and other bottles in the shower were a bit too close together, making them hard to press, but that's a minor point. The 6:30 PM sabrage champagne ritual added a nice touch of ceremony. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and for more than just one night!"

"Had a fantastic stay! This classic hotel offers excellent service. They really helped me out with the challenge of traveling with two kids. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. After a day of sightseeing, we'd come back to complimentary tremella and lotus seed soup, which the kids absolutely loved – they couldn't wait to get back to the hotel. The location is super convenient, just a three-minute walk to the subway station. Getting to Dujiangyan was a breeze, just a subway ride followed by a high-speed train. For Sanxingdui and the Panda Base, I opted for taxis. The cost wasn't much more than two bus tickets, making taxis a much more convenient option. The hotel's buffet breakfast was a huge hit with the kids, especially since they're not big on spicy food – it was their most satisfying meal in Chengdu! We even bumped into an adorable and polite panda robot in the elevator! If I ever come back to Chengdu, I'll definitely choose Minshan Hotel again!"

"Great, just a great time. The service through out the time was always nice and the staff always friendly and the support was faster and helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaning every day was done likely by high professional. The ambient give you very relaxing and chilled vibe. A large space in the front is like a courtyard, a place to get a coffee. And the pool on the back makes it feel great all together. (The pool is not deep, but good for children and getting your feet wett it is perfect.) The location is also great, close to a bus stop on the way to the Panda research base. And some very nice restaurants are close by too. Overall a very good palace for a vacation. Will recommend it too my friends."

"The hotel is just across the road from the Natural History Museum, surrounded by tons of great food and snacks. Plus, Line 8 of the subway is right to the left of the hotel, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are complete, and everything is spotless. The cleaning staff are especially warm and friendly and clean up promptly. The atmosphere is cozy, really giving you that home-away-from-home feeling. The front desk service is incredibly thoughtful! And the breakfast is amazing! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu!"

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. The butler service is a major highlight; our butler, Diana, called us in advance to inquire about our room preferences and followed up on various services throughout our stay. This made the experience much smoother than blindly checking in ourselves. The themed room was fantastic [strong emoji], with bunk beds perfect for families with children. Overall, it was a great experience."

Its location right by Huanhua Creek is perfect – just a few minutes' walk to Du Fu Thatched Cottage, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. The ambiance is elegant and poetic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and opening the window reveals a charming bamboo courtyard, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The receptionist, a sweet young lady with glasses, provided incredibly thoughtful service. She handled our check-in efficiently and gently, and proactively told us about the hotel's special activities. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel's 'Blossom Days' activities, like the floral scent workshops and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, are particularly unique. They offer an immersive and ceremonial way to experience traditional culture. We also got to explore Du Fu Thatched Cottage with a professional guide, gaining a deep understanding of the Sage of Poetry's culture. The red walls, bamboo shadows, and poetic charm of the cottage were all captivating. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the service was attentive and meticulous. Overall, the experience was perfect. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu!"
