My stay in Chengdu was truly excellent this time; I absolutely have to give Chengdu Ben Hotel a five-star rating! ❤️ 📍 **Location is incredibly convenient** The hotel is right in the Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road area, making it super easy to go out for food, shopping, and buying things. For first-time visitors to Chengdu, this location is a huge plus. You barely spend any time traveling, and it's very convenient to go out for a stroll in the evening and come back. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; it's easy to find Chengdu hotpot, 'chuanchuan' (skewers), and various snacks. 🛎️ **Service is warm and thoughtful** From the moment I checked in, I felt the staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They were proactive in helping resolve any issues, not with a cold, 'standardized service,' but truly making you feel taken care of. For a hotel stay during travel, this is actually very important. The cleaning staff's service and attitude were much better than the front desk's. Highly commendable. 🛏️ **Comfortable room with complete facilities** The room was generally clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than I expected. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept very well at night. The in-room facilities seemed to anticipate guests' needs and were very convenient to use. The hygiene was also well-maintained, making for a comfortable overall experience during my stay. ✨ **Really liked the hotel's overall ambiance** This isn't one of those generic, uninspired hotel experiences. The overall design and details are quite thoughtful and have their own distinct style. Many small details show that the hotel genuinely considers the guest experience, rather than just getting the rooms done and calling it a day. ❤️ **Had a very comfortable stay on this Chengdu trip** For anyone visiting Chengdu, especially those who enjoy exploring Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, I think this place is definitely worth considering. Small and cosy room. My butler is Dandan. She is always on top of everything making sure all is smooth and full of smiles. Wechat conversations are smooth for both English and Chinese! Love her cheerful personality! Concierge girls 茄子 and xinxin (if I remembered her name right) are also both awesome! I had issues with my taobao parcels, the team called the delivery guy and explained the situation. The whole SEYA team is collaborative, patient and always smiley! Thank you Dandan and team!

To Ye-Mood Hotel, We had a marvelous 3-day stay with you — truly wonderful from start to finish! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with great air-conditioning and heater, thoughtfully equipped with smart gadgets that made our stay so convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly — we especially appreciate the lovely aunty who went above and beyond to help us carry our heavy luggage and prepare delicious breakfast each day. The food was simple, tasty and generous — absolutely wonderful! We loved the location — surrounded by many eateries and all within walking distance. It’s easy to get around by Didi or taxi, and just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Service like this is truly excellent. The hotel's biggest plus is its fantastic location, right next to the subway station, making it super easy to get around. The high-floor rooms offer amazing views, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and elegant. The room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The lack of breakfast wasn't an issue at all since there are tons of great restaurants nearby, so dining out was a breeze. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling.

The two sinks were very convenient, and my stay was excellent. I had a good rest, and the soundproofing was quite good. The room was very clean, which made me feel at ease staying with my child. It's also very close to the panda base. Eating breakfast, lunch, hotpot, skewers, and shopping at the supermarket are all very convenient here. The in-room amenities are complete and functional, including a hairdryer, disposable toilet covers, a mini-fridge, and even a projector for watching TV. The front desk service was great, very efficient, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel environment is also very good; it's a beautiful family-friendly hotel. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

I chose this Hilton for a business trip nearby. The location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road and other attractions. Chengdu can be quite congested, so being close makes managing travel time much easier. The overall decor is quite new, and the room was very comfortable. They offer turndown service and other amenities. They noticed I was drinking water quickly and provided plenty of bottled water. The gym is a bit small, with only a Smith machine, but the dumbbells go up to 30kg, which is generally sufficient. Although food delivery isn't allowed directly into the lobby, they have a robot delivery service. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This was my third time staying at the hotel, and I chose to return because of its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I would like to give special recognition to 藏心 at the front desk for his exceptional hospitality. He kindly assisted me in arranging a courier service and was always eager to share useful recommendations on local attractions (ie night market) His thoughtful suggestion to alight at the North Gate of Chengdu East Railway Station helped me avoid unnecessary walking with my luggage, which I greatly appreciated. The warm and attentive service truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

This Atour Light Hotel experience was great! The front desk service was attentive, and the cleaning ladies on the 3rd floor (especially Huahua) were warm and friendly, doing a meticulous job. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was good for sleeping, and the facilities were complete. The location is convenient. I'll definitely extend my stay! 👍🏻

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and its location is absolutely excellent. It's very close to Dongjiao Memory, making it convenient for both getting around and dining. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing a great overall check-in experience. After a trip to western Sichuan, I decided to take a break in Chengdu before heading back. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Chenghua, which is conveniently located in a bustling area, not far from Tianjie and MixC. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, so you'll find plenty of food and drinks. The hotel has an underground parking garage with free parking (you need to scan a QR code at the front desk and enter your license plate number when leaving). We booked a family room with breakfast. The room was bright and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff were very friendly and promptly refilled our toiletries and water. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and items were replenished quickly. Wait staff also cleared tables promptly after guests finished eating. It rained during our two-day stay in Chengdu, and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the front desk, which was a big plus! 👍
