The hotel has an elegant courtyard, and the environment is quiet and serene. Although it's close to the airport, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making it very quiet at night. The rooms are newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, providing a very relaxing sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the hot water is stable and plentiful, and it even features a smart toilet. The facilities are very thoughtfully equipped. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They were also prompt in responding to any requests. The hotel also has a free laundry room and parking, which is very convenient for washing clothes during long trips. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it suitable for business layovers or late-night arrivals. I will choose this hotel again next time I have a layover in Chengdu.

Let's start with the downsides: the facilities are a bit dated compared to modern hotels, and the decor is that opulent, dark, heavy, golden style, definitely showing its age. Pros: The service is great, and responses are quite prompt. The family activities are good, especially the vegetable picking. The front desk service is also very thoughtful (e.g., complimentary breakfast and late check-out). The room is huge! It's practically the size of a suite, very luxurious. The swimming pool is excellent, and the gym is fantastic, large, professional, and even has a steam room.

In the morning, when we checked out, it was raining outside, and one of the front desk ladies even ran out to give us an umbrella – we're so grateful! I particularly want to commend LRIS, the butler who handled our check-in, for being so attentive and caring. There were so many thoughtful small touches: they even upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The room's color scheme was very pleasant. They informed us about breakfast times and hotel facilities, the placement of items in the room, and the surrounding scenery – truly commendable! I also really loved the little wooden horse in the lobby, and even the carpets were beautiful.
