I stayed here with my parents, after looking at many places, we chose this one and stayed for 4 nights. It's a 7-minute walk to People's Park and a 10-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley (Narrow Alley section). **Facilities**: Very thoughtful, with attention to detail. The family room had two double beds, a good size, and even a bathtub. They provided disposable toiletries. **Environment**: The outdoor environment is beautiful; my parents said every step was a scenic view, very charming. **Service**: The service was superb! On my first day, I left my traditional Chinese medicine at the front desk, and they didn't mind me picking it up twice a day. We also happened to be there during the Qixi Festival event, so we made beautiful fans and they even took pictures for us. Oh, and the breakfast each day was served individually – sandwich, rice noodles, noodles, porridge sets – all delicious. Plus, if you have an afternoon flight on your last day, they'll even deliver your luggage to the airport or train station, which was amazing! It's right at the domestic departure level, very convenient. **Hanfu Experience**: We changed into Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) when making the fans; they were very clean and pretty. **Distinguished Guest Chinese Style Afternoon Tea**: We enjoyed the afternoon tea on our last day. We could even have it on the second-floor terrace, which was very pleasant and relaxing.

This place has such a great vibe! The traditional Chinese lanterns in the old courtyard make for amazing photos. Plus, you can even try some hands-on activities. It's super convenient to go out and grab a bite; the spare rib pot is authentic and delicious. It's a peaceful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Staying here for a vacation in Chengdu is really comfortable! 👍

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and comfortable beds. Water was provided every day, and it was also possible to request additional items if needed, such as a shaving kit. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view from the room. We also booked the room with breakfast and were very happy with that choice. The breakfast is buffet-style, with a good mix of Chinese dishes as well as more familiar options such as eggs, vegetables, porridge and yogurt. The location is excellent, with a metro station nearby and easy access to the main central attractions. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. A special mention to Nina and Aurora.

This hotel has an elegant Chinese Zen style, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. Its location is a major plus, right next to a night market with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and clothing stores, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, allowing guests to experience Zen tranquility while still having easy access to everything. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended for travelers.

Hotel cleanliness: Excellent. My mother, who is a clean freak, was even satisfied with the hotel's hygiene. Service: Subtle yet attentive, with great attention to detail. Free cold drinks from the front desk fridge, daily laundry service, and late-night snacks that truly show a dedication to service, not just going through the motions. The ingredients for the late-night cold jelly were generous, and the red bean soup was even better than what you find outside. Hotel location: Great for tourists visiting Chengdu. It's near Line 2, and after stepping out of the hotel and crossing the road, you're at Kuanzhai Alley. You can go for a stroll every evening after dinner. To Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and People's Park, all accessible via Line 2. Plenty of food options around the hotel: Luoguanguan Chaoshou, hotpot, Bai Nian Dou Hua (100-year tofu pudding), and local Sichuan dishes are all nearby. The only drawback of the hotel is that the rooms are a bit small.

The front desk service was attentive and professional; the staff had a great attitude. During our stay, they even helped us handle and ship a package, which was incredibly convenient. These service details really added to our experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel's reading area was cozy with a good selection of books. The location is super convenient, close to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of great food options and shops nearby, making it easy to eat and explore. Overall, our stay was excellent and highly recommended!

For this price, there's almost nothing to complain about. The breakfast selection is very diverse, with freshly cooked rice noodles, regular noodles, and hot and sour noodles, all tasting good. What's rare is that even when I went at 9:30 AM, just half an hour before closing at 10 AM, many dishes were still neatly arranged, showing that the staff are very attentive and prompt with their service. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the coffee machine in the breakfast area is unstable or missing a foot pad; it wobbles every time you press a button, which might startle someone unfamiliar with it. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Both the quality of the bedding itself and the cleanliness of the linens are excellent. The disposable toilet seat covers don't fully cover the toilet seat, but this is because the hotel's toilet seats have a somewhat unique shape, which is probably unavoidable unless custom covers are made. It's a minor issue. They also offer afternoon tea and a late-night snack. If you eat light, the late-night snack could easily serve as dinner. It's impressive that they manage this, especially with so many great food options in Chengdu. The quality of the late-night snack is absolutely not to be trifled with. I didn't get to try the afternoon tea because I was out exploring every afternoon. I have a few small suggestions as well. First, the lobby on the first floor has nowhere to sit and rest. I recommend placing a few stylish benches. Since the main reception isn't on the first floor, this would be very useful when waiting for a taxi or ride-share. Also, while parking is free, entering and exiting the parking lot is a bit of a hassle. I suggest optimizing the process. For example, guests checking in for multiple days could register their vehicle at check-in, so they wouldn't need to send WeChat messages every time they enter or exit. There were several times I wanted to drive out at night but decided to take a taxi instead, thinking it was too late to bother the staff and security. Finally, the 'Elevator No. 2' sign in the first-floor lobby has too much residual glue from where it was attached. The lobby is the hotel's face, and this sign makes the hotel appear less upscale, at least suggesting a lack of attention to detail.

I picked this hotel in Chengdu blindly, and it turned out to be a real gem! The location is super convenient; getting a taxi or finding food is a breeze, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The room was spotlessly clean, and best of all, it's a non-smoking hotel! Absolutely no smell of smoke, which I really appreciated. There weren't any overpriced snacks or drinks in the room, which made it feel neat and tidy. The WiFi required a web login, but once connected, the speed was very stable. The mattress was comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. If you need anything for kids, just ask the front desk; they respond very quickly. The room was quiet at night, and I slept really well. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to friends coming to Chengdu!

I really picked a winner with this hotel in the heart of Chengdu! I have to pat myself on the back, and praise this place! First, you take the elevator to the 6th floor reception area. As soon as you step in, it feels incredibly cozy and upscale. The front desk staff, both male and female, are all super attractive – really high颜值 (good looking). The hotel also has tons of little panda decorations, which really brought out my inner child. There's even a DIY area in the lobby, perfect for families with kids. Once I got into the room, there was a faint, pleasant scent. And the fully smart appliances really blew me away! This is the first time I've seen a hotel room with a water purifier – how fancy is that?! It's absolutely perfect for someone like me who drinks a lot of water and finds the usual two complimentary bottles in a room simply not enough! I stayed in a private onsen room, so I could soak right there. However, I preferred the public area on the rooftop, which was spacious and bright. Every hot spring pool was incredibly clean, with fresh water changed daily. And breakfast? The hours are super long, accommodating everyone from early risers to those who love to sleep in. If I need a hotel in Chengdu again, I'll definitely choose this one!
