Friendly, polite and helpful staff happy to speak with foreigners. Varied, very healthy Chinese cuisine for breakfast. Restaurant is also a great choice for lunch, inexpensive and tasty. Classic and comfortable James Joyce themed interior design aesthetics. The non-smoking room did smell of cigarette smoke unfortunately. I had trouble working out the room lights. I loved having a smaller tv in the room as I never watch it and hate how large screen tvs dominate hotel rooms. There was a water leak from the shower cubicle into the adjoining toilet cubicle, which I mentioned on leaving. Room linen was refreshed in the afternoon. I loved the very close proximity to the scenic water town, and spent a morning wandering around there. I wasn't able to purchase from the drinks or icecream vending machine in the lobby, because my WeChat identification document is a passport. The washing machine and drier all worked well.

The Mercure Chengdu Longtan Hotel is amazing! The location is incredibly convenient, close to the East Railway Station and the Panda Base. The French-style luxury decor is elegant, the rooms are spacious and smart, and the King Koil mattresses are super comfortable. The service is attentive and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful, and the robot delivery service is very convenient. The hotel is spotless, and the soundproofing ensures a good night's sleep. Perfect for business trips or leisure travel, highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

This hotel was exceptionally clean and ideal for families with kids. **Ambiance**: The hotel boasts a unique style, with every nook and cranny feeling comfortable and inviting. **Service**: Absolutely phenomenal. Our child fell ill with a recurring fever on the night of our check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, constantly assisting us by bringing water and anything else we needed. Their kindness continued even after we checked out; when we returned to pick up our luggage, our child's fever spiked again. We sat in the lobby to let them rest, and the staff thoughtfully brought a clean towel for our child to cover up with. Overall, the service was truly outstanding.

The room is very spacious, the facilities are clean and the supplies are complete, Xiaomi intelligent service, independent hotel and charging piles. The hotel service staff is very intimate and gave an extra breakfast for free! Especially the breakfast is rich and exquisite compared to the five-star hotel (see picture), great value for money, recommend self-guided friends!

After the check-in, the young lady was very considerate, kind and professional. This hotel has a very good environment, convenient transportation, quiet and tidy, and advanced facilities, especially the bath water. The breakfast is also very good. My stay was truly excellent. Right from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the housekeeping team was equally polite. They were always on hand to assist immediately with any requests, which was truly impressive. As a noodle lover, I was delighted to find that the breakfast chef's noodles were absolutely delicious! I asked the front desk if a room with a view was available, and they kindly arranged one overlooking Longtan Water Town. The night view from there was breathtaking. The room even came with some thoughtful complimentary nuts and snacks. I'll certainly be back for another stay.

The hotel is good and OK. There is a subway entrance nearby, the front desk service is very good, there are questions to answer patiently, give a compliment. The hot water in the room is no problem, and the shower room and the bathroom are separated from each other. Disposable toothpaste toothbrushes, combs, slippers are very reassuring. The lights in the room are very bright and the office is convenient. The mattress is soft and comfortable to sleep. There is a lot of food near the hotel. The front desk lady is gentle and welcoming, and the stay is very comfortable.

My room was booked, the boss said that the person in that room did not check out, changed me to another room, and made up the difference. Although the matter is very small, the boss does not say in advance, and will tell me when I check in. In addition, the location is not easy to find

Honestly, I really wanted to leave a bad review! But I'm not someone who likes to give negative feedback! The bathtub was incredibly slippery, I almost fell and injured myself. Also, the mattress was clearly a cheap, unknown brand, with a huge dip in the middle, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like a purely Photoshopped room! And to top it off, no latex mattress or latex pillows, how perfunctory! Having to rely on staff to retrieve takeout food was quite inconvenient. The view outside the window was just so-so, and by midnight, there was no view at all, nothing like the rumored night view. If I hadn't arrived so late and been too lazy to change hotels, I definitely would have looked for another one. There was a noticeable indentation in the middle of the sofa and bed, which made lying down uncomfortable. I truly suggest the owner considers replacing the soft furnishings. The area for toiletries in the bathroom was also very slippery and felt incredibly cheap. The curtains didn't even block out the light! The service was passable, I guess, I just had to make do! In my opinion, this place is worth at most 300 [currency unit].
