This hotel is an absolute must-stay when visiting Chengdu! The ambiance is elegant, and the service is outstanding. I chose it based on the reviews, and it truly lived up to the hype – it's fantastic! Not only is the service attitude excellent, but everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. On 5/20, they even prepared chocolates as a special treat, and my heart melted with the sweet gesture. The room hygiene is impeccable; the cleaning staff did a very thorough job. When we extended our stay, they asked if we needed the kitchen cleaned, more bottled water, or a change of sheets and duvet covers. They really do change the bedding for every new guest, which is a big plus for cleanliness. I'm extremely satisfied! 👍

The room was spotless and bright, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and projector. The owner was also incredibly accommodating; they happily agreed to my request for a late checkout due to my exams.

We flew from Lanzhou to Chengdu to eat hotpot and see the Prime Minister. The flight was delayed, but the hotel called us to inquire. The hotel is clean, the facilities are relatively new, and the location is good. It is only a 10-minute ride from Wuhou Temple and Provincial Museum by bike, and Chunxi Road is only a dozen minutes away. There are many good restaurants nearby, and the price is right. The girl at the front desk was enthusiastic.

The hotel courtyard is also a parking lot, which is much more convenient than many other hotels. While I was there, I saw students singing on the third floor. The staff told me they were students practicing in their meeting room for a competition. It was a very nice stay, and I recommend it to everyone.

From check-in to check-out, every staff member was smiling, warm, and polite. When I encountered any problems, they answered my questions patiently and meticulously, proactively offering assistance, making me feel like I was with family. I needed an extra set of toiletries, and they were delivered quickly after I called; the response time was incredibly fast, and the service was truly thoughtful. 4. Room Amenities: The room was fully equipped, completely meeting my travel needs. The air conditioning worked very well, the TV signal was clear, and the shower had ample and stable water pressure, washing away all my fatigue. Most importantly, the mattress was perfectly firm, providing a very comfortable night's sleep. Although the decor wasn't luxurious, it was well-maintained, and all the amenities were practical and convenient, making for a very pleasant stay. 5. Transportation: The location is incredibly convenient! The hotel is right next to the main road, with a prominent sign that's easy to find. There are several bus stops nearby, and taxis are readily available. It's not far from popular attractions like Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street, and there are many places to eat and shop nearby, with a wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants. Whether driving or using public transportation, getting around is very convenient, saving me a lot of time.

Advantages: 1. The location is very good, opposite Chengdu Vocational and Technical College and the Caotang Campus of the Provincial Hospital; 2. The service is very good, I asked for 5 more bottles of mineral water after one night's stay, and the front desk was always very patient. Disadvantages: 1. The room is too small, the bed is just far enough away from the TV wall for two people to pass sideways, and the sides are also very narrow, leaving no room to put the suitcase; 2. The glass window in the room cannot be closed, and there is only a fist distance left. It's stuck, and the cars on the street outside the house are quite noisy; 3. There are only two floors, and there are rooms on the first floor and the lobby on the second floor, so there is no elevator or restaurant, but there are restaurants around and it is convenient to eat by yourself.

外地來華西檢查排明天的，家又遠，晚上想着隨便找個私人公寓過度一下，沒想到房間還挺好的，衞生這些挺乾淨，老闆娘讓加的微信，讓我有事或者哪裡不滿意的地方就聯繫她，沒想到看到她朋友圈很多都是轉發的水滴籌💧，為了熟悉一哈醫院的環境，稍微聊了幾句才知道，這些水滴籌都是她的房客的，她有些時候也在跟捐一點小零錢，現在這個社會大家都是嘴上好聽，真做到她這樣的，也是十分不錯了，老闆娘真的讓我這個外地人有一點感動到了，而且也是一個特別有耐心的人，因為肩周炎的原因，我覺得吹風機太重了，拿着有些吃力，給老闆娘打電話，馬上就給我換了個輕巧的，希望老闆娘一直保持下去，祝老闆娘生意興隆哇˶╹ꇴ╹˶！ 設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：還行，華西附近很多藏族人，這個程度挺好的啦
