Service 10/10: The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, pleasant, patient, and responsible.
Environment 10/10: Clean.
Facilities 10/10: Comprehensive.
Convenience 10/10: Right outside the hotel, you'll find a subway station and a bus stop, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere you want to go.
Facilities: This was the most comfortable room of our trip. Despite facing Wuhouci Street, the soundproofing was excellent, and it was very quiet. All the automatic sensor lights were cleverly designed. The controls for the lights and exhaust in the room, shower, and toilet were simple and intuitive. All the in-room amenities were very convenient to use.
Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic.
Environment: A Zen-like atmosphere, just like the hotel's name. There was a subtle, pleasant aroma throughout the room. We also tried the hotel's vegetarian restaurant, which was delicious. Dining semi-alfresco by the landscaped pond created a wonderful ambiance.
Service: The service was great. Overall, the service across various industries in Chengdu is excellent and quite genuine.
The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Wuhou Shrine and Jinli Ancient Street. It's also just a 10-yuan taxi ride to Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Yulin Road. If you're interested in ******* culture, the largest ******* cultural street in Chengdu, Wuhouci Hengjie, is right nearby.
I was very satisfied with this stay, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again if I visit Chengdu in the future. Originally, I only planned to stay one night, but the hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, there's a bustling food street with all sorts of local specialties that were too tempting to resist, so I ended up extending my stay for another night.
After enjoying a lot of rich, flavorful local snacks the previous evening, my stomach was feeling a bit off. The next morning, the breakfast thoughtfully included a mung bean porridge, which is great for cooling down and cutting through grease, along with several refreshing side dishes. It was light and easy on the stomach, and really helped to soothe my discomfort.
This hotel truly understands guests' daily needs, showing meticulous care in every detail. My overall stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure.
Fantastic! The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. 😊😊😊
The subway station right outside the door is super convenient, making it quick to get anywhere. There's also a Walmart downstairs with lots of great food options.
It's just one stop from Wuhou Temple and two stops from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li.
The room was very clean, and I had a really comfortable stay. The TV screen was huge, and there was even a coffee machine. The bathroom and shower were also very clean.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
Staying here was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is super close to Yulin Night Market, just a short walk away. On weekends, you can also pop over to the incredibly atmospheric Yulin Ghost Market, making it a one-stop shop for food, fun, and shopping.
The night market has an endless array of delicious food, from egg-filled pancakes and 'boboji' (skewered dishes) to roasted rabbit and 'bingfen' (iced jelly) – all the authentic local snacks are covered, and there are plenty of drink shops too. The Ghost Market is packed with vintage treasures and handmade creative goods; it's really fun to browse around and hunt for little trinkets, and the photo opportunities are fantastic. If you're looking for a convenient and hassle-free way to enjoy Chengdu's nightlife, I highly recommend staying here. It makes exploring the night market so easy and stress-free!
Everything was pretty good. It's very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get around by car or metro. From the hotel, you just cross the street to reach the Wuhou Shrine, and Jinli Street is also very close by.
Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a truly elegant and comfortable ambiance. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The room decor was tasteful, and the toiletries had a luxurious scent – definitely not those cheap bulk dispensers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though unfortunately, I was in a hurry and couldn't try everything I wanted. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient; check-in and check-out were a breeze. Plus, its close proximity to the metro station made getting around super convenient.
Traveling to Chengdu with my two kids during the May Day holiday, I was looking for a relatively quiet, chain hotel near the scenic spots, so I chose Orange Hotel. I initially thought there might be a strong renovation smell since it was just refurbished in June 2025, but to my pleasant surprise, there was no smell at all. The hotel is very new, the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a great variety. It's only about 20 meters walk to Metro Line 10. In the evening, it's a short walk across the street to Wuhou Temple and Jinli, which are beautiful and very photogenic at night, even better than during the day. There are many restaurants nearby, and I recommend Taozhen Hotel.

TtibasaWe had a really nice experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the staff were kind and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. It was a relaxing stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be happy to come back again!
GGuest UserWe flew from Lanzhou to Chengdu to eat hotpot and see the Prime Minister. The flight was delayed, but the hotel called us to inquire. The hotel is clean, the facilities are relatively new, and the location is good. It is only a 10-minute ride from Wuhou Temple and Provincial Museum by bike, and Chunxi Road is only a dozen minutes away. There are many good restaurants nearby, and the price is right. The girl at the front desk was enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and good value for money. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the front desk offers complimentary coffee and tea. The service is excellent. I received points for my first stay, which the front desk redeemed for breakfast. The buffet style was quite nice, with a good variety of dishes. The hotel courtyard is also a parking lot, which is much more convenient than many other hotels. While I was there, I saw students singing on the third floor. The staff told me they were students practicing in their meeting room for a competition. It was a very nice stay, and I recommend it to everyone.
GGuest UserThe room was spotless and bright, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and projector. The owner was also incredibly accommodating; they happily agreed to my request for a late checkout due to my exams.
PPangdianThe room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were very friendly, there were many restaurants nearby, and the surrounding area was mostly residential buildings, making the prices very reasonable. I also signed up for a membership at this place, which made the prices even more affordable.
GGuest UserVery good! I have booked online. When I went to the front desk to verify, the waiter reminded me that I could order it day by day. It is more economical to order in the afternoon of the same day. Such warm and practical reminders are rare. The room is also very large, and the front desk waiter also sent a breakfast. I have to say that this breakfast is really very rich, from staple food to dishes to fruits to drinks, there are more than 30 kinds. The attitudes of the people I met in the hotel, whether it is the front desk, the restaurant or other staff, are very good!
GGuest UserAdvantages: 1. The location is very good, opposite Chengdu Vocational and Technical College and the Caotang Campus of the Provincial Hospital; 2. The service is very good, I asked for 5 more bottles of mineral water after one night's stay, and the front desk was always very patient.
Disadvantages: 1. The room is too small, the bed is just far enough away from the TV wall for two people to pass sideways, and the sides are also very narrow, leaving no room to put the suitcase; 2. The glass window in the room cannot be closed, and there is only a fist distance left. It's stuck, and the cars on the street outside the house are quite noisy; 3. There are only two floors, and there are rooms on the first floor and the lobby on the second floor, so there is no elevator or restaurant, but there are restaurants around and it is convenient to eat by yourself.
