I especially want to commend duty manager Evan. His service was professional and attentive throughout. He patiently answered all my questions about nearby attractions and restaurants, and even thoughtfully recommended fantastic local routes. His attention to detail was truly commendable. Very satisfied. The customer service upgraded our room because they saw we had elderly guests with children. They were always warm and friendly. The housekeeping staff always asked if we needed water or anything else. The room was very clean. Most importantly, it's very close to the subway station – just a short walk downstairs, which is extremely convenient.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and am happy with everything. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and the girls at the reception let us check in without any fuss.
