The room was very comfortable, and I stayed for two nights. The first night, I was sleeping soundly until I was woken up by someone exercising late upstairs. I reported this to the front desk, and the lovely Miss Xiao Dao helped me switch to another very quiet room. Everything was excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Booked for my parents to see a doctor at West China Hospital. The location is very convenient, just a few hundred meters from the hospital. The view is great, it's clean and hygienic, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent and very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

I've always wanted to try the first Hotel Nikko in Southwest China, especially after a great experience at one in Nara. This Qingming Festival long weekend, coupled with a discounted Chengdu accommodation voucher, made it excellent value for money. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the executive lounge was open, so I booked an executive lake-view room. After exiting South Lake Interchange Station (Line 5, Exit B), I hopped on a shared e-bike and easily reached the hotel's main entrance. A welcoming staff member greeted us with a warm bow. The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in. They proactively explained the lounge, various restaurants, the gym, and the kids' club locations, and offered a 3 PM late checkout for the following day. Our room was on the 25th floor, just below the top floor where the executive lounge is located, which was very convenient. However, the elevators were quite slow; it felt like it took at least over a minute to go from the 1st to the 25th floor. The room featured a minimalist Japanese light wood design, which was very aesthetically pleasing and won't easily look dated like a 'senior official' style. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the lounge. It wasn't crowded. Afternoon tea came with a charge, but coffee and soft drinks were complimentary. I ordered an iced Americano, which was decent. Afterwards, we took our child to the kids' club, where we had the place to ourselves for over an hour, giving us some free time. For dinner, I originally planned to have Cantonese dim sum at the Chinese restaurant, but was told that reservations were required a day in advance for holidays. I tried the Japanese and Western restaurants, but both were fully booked with a waiting list. In the end, we had to check out the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour. Similar to overseas lounges, their Happy Hour didn't offer a full meal, just drinks and some snacks – barely enough to fill us up. There was almost nothing suitable for kids, so I ended up ordering two pastries from the lobby bar to keep them happy, haha. After dinner, we experienced the 'starry sky' swimming pool, which was quite unique and our child absolutely loved it. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Besides the usual Western and Chinese options, there were also Japanese ramen, ochazuke, and natto. Overall, it's a perfect place for a staycation and truly embodies 'omotenashi' (Japanese hospitality). I'll definitely consider coming back again!

Arriving late at night, the front desk attendant saw me with my luggage and immediately rushed over to help carry it. She also offered a warm cup of longan and red date tea, saying, ”You must have had a tiring journey.” In that instant, most of my travel fatigue melted away. While checking in, she proactively asked about my room preferences – quiet, high floor, away from the elevator. She even remembered that I preferred a buckwheat pillow from my previous stay and had housekeeping prepare one in advance. The room details were also thoughtful in every way. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, the kind that makes you want to find out the brand and buy it for home. On the desk, there was a handwritten card and a small plate of cookies. The card mentioned the day's weather in Chengdu and recommended nearby breakfast spots. The toiletries were from SAHO, smelling like a post-rain forest, and the hairdryer was a Dyson – these little touches are a godsend for women with long hair. The most touching moment was a small incident during check-out. I casually mentioned I was rushing for my high-speed train and wouldn't have time for breakfast. The front desk immediately packed a sandwich and yogurt, and even tucked in two oranges, saying, ”Have these on the way.” This feeling of being remembered and cared for is something programmatic service can never provide. Atour's service isn't the kind of forced, ”standardized smile.” It's like an old friend who understands your needs and subtly anticipates them when you least expect it. The view is absolutely stunning once you open the curtains, truly breathtaking. When I checked in, I was told there's a late-night snack service on the 14th floor. Coincidentally, a male manager in a suit walked in and even arranged an upgrade for me through the front desk staff, which made the experience even better! The next morning, I went to the restaurant for breakfast; there was a wide variety of options, and the Dandan noodles were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Wishing the hotel great success! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Luxu for a business trip.

Staying at the Yixin Lake Hotel was a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very comprehensive. The location is super convenient, right outside the subway exit. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay very comfortable and warm. It's perfect for both short trips and longer stays. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

Superb, exceptionally good, absolutely amazing! I'm a homeowner in Luxelakes, and I wish I had stayed at this fantastic hotel when I was renovating my house a couple of years ago. Luxelakes has been missing a hotel like this! My flight was delayed, and I arrived at 3 AM. All the nearby restaurants were closed, so I bought instant noodles. The staff member on duty, Li Xi, was incredibly kind and helpful, boiling water for us and preparing our meal. Her thoughtful and attentive service was truly touching. The hotel itself is also very beautiful, the price is incredibly cheap, the rooms are huge, and the surrounding area is extremely convenient. I love it! I'll definitely book this hotel for all my friends next time they visit. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city skyline into a flowing painting, watching the clouds during the day and watching the lights at night. The lazy sofa by the window is too suitable for a daze. Order a cup of coffee to see the traffic downstairs and cure all fatigue. The details of this hotel are really attentive! The front desk Xiaosi service is good. The room is clean to no smell, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The butler service is very intimate, from the downstairs to greet, help with luggage, to send laundry are arranged clearly.
