Hotels in Business District/The area around the Twin Towers, Chengdu

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was absolutely amazed by its location! It's incredibly close to the Petronas Twin Towers, just a few minutes' walk to catch the stunning night lights without a long journey. The subway station is just a few steps away, making it super convenient for exploring shopping areas and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming. It perfectly met all my travel needs, making it my top choice for visiting this area!

My room was spotless, spacious, and bright, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding that instantly helped me unwind after my journey. The bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, with plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's sleep. The public areas were clean and elegant, contributing to an overall comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The value for money far exceeded my expectations. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or just need a short stopover. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

Another great stay at Crystal Hotel - have yet to be disappointed by this brand! Our room was great, spacious and modern. The air conditioner control is easy to use and there were USB-C outlets on each side of the bed. Laundry is free to use with four washers and four dryers. The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful when we checked-in and collected our parcels. Location of this hotel is great, there were 3-4 shopping malls, an IKEA and a supermarket all within walking distance. And of course, really close to Chengdu South metro and high-speed railway station. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible attention to detail! The lobby is bright and minimalist, and the rooms feature smart home technology plus a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries smell great. The hygiene is impeccable. I accidentally left something behind, and they proactively contacted me to return it, which was both heartwarming and reassuring.

Emily, the hotel's customer service representative, was very thoughtful. She pre-arranged the room and fruit basket for me, making check-in quick and easy. The exterior views were also beautiful. The cleanliness and room conditions were up to Marriott's usual high standards. The executive lounge's happy hour service was also good. The only minor complaint would be the breakfast seating arrangement, which could be better coordinated.

The room was clean and hygienic, and there were many great food options nearby! The facilities were also very complete, though the TV could use an upgrade. Overall, I had a very good experience. It's very close to the Twin Towers, and you can see them from a distance.

It's also very quiet at night, and there's a fantastic Sichuan restaurant called Mawangzi nearby. Facilities: Well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: Being right above a mall and near the Twin Towers shopping district is incredibly convenient. Service: The staff were friendly and provided good service.

The stay experience is a benchmark, all-round five-star praise. The overall decoration is elegant and atmospheric, and the public areas are well maintained. The service staff took the initiative to say hello and responded to the needs in a timely and efficient manner. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the view is good, the hygiene is strict and meticulous, and all kinds of electrical appliances operate smoothly. The bed is full of comfort and the rest experience is excellent. The breakfast ingredients are fresh, the products are exquisite, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. Whether it is a holiday or a business reception, it is suitable, the quality is stable, the experience is excellent, and it is highly recommended to all guests.

The front desk service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. The room was okay – they said it was a complimentary upgrade to an executive room, but it felt pretty much the same as a standard one. Although it faced the elevated highway, the soundproofing was good, and I slept very comfortably, waking up naturally. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and I'm not sure why. It's very close to the subway station, just a 10-minute walk directly to the airport line. Definitely a must-stay hotel if you're catching a flight from Tianfu Airport.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities were fully equipped. We traveled with family during the May Day holiday, and the price wasn't inflated. The sofa bed in the room could even be pulled out to serve as an extra bed, which perfectly met our needs. The front desk lady, Claire, recommended some delicious Sichuan cuisine. Chengdu truly has great food and is so much fun!
