There is also a geographical advantage. It takes a few minutes to walk directly to Jiaozi Avenue. The transportation is convenient. All kinds of food downstairs are fully covered. The night view of the high-rise viewing room is a single plus point. Sitting by the window at night to watch the lights of the twin towers, the fatigue dissipates instantly. The sanitary details are particularly well done, the desktop, floor, and bathroom areas are cleaned up, the toiletries are complete, the mattress pillows are moderately soft and hard, and I sleep until dawn. Moreover, the store also supports late check-out, and there is no need to panic in the itinerary. More than 100 prices can have such a complete package and intimate service. The front desk service was excellent. Our family trip was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, located on the side facing the residential area, which was great. This time I booked Sanxia Apartment for my friend again. Why? It's because the location is good and the price-performance ratio is high. I didn't even think about it! Let's talk about the advantages. First of all, the location is really good. It's better than the Howard Johnson next door. As soon as the car stops on the roadside, it's very convenient. The facilities in the room are also real, worthy of the price. It's comfortable and quiet. Not to mention that Ctrip also upgraded our room and welcomed fruits. This service is considerate! Breakfast is the highlight. Although the apartment itself does not provide it, the Howard Johnson breakfast is really good. Although the Howard Johnson brand is not well-known, the breakfast has a wide variety and good quality. The handsome and elegant senior executives and waiters stare at the breakfast like they are staring at a treasure. The concentration is much better than those hotels that only have the name of luxury. When I had breakfast at xx Dofu, it was difficult to find someone to ask, let alone see the management to help. Of course, it is good, but there are also small flaws. The shower head in the bathroom needs to be tightened by myself occasionally, and I have to work as a repairman part-time when taking a shower, haha. I hope the apartment can be more careful when renovating the house. Once these small problems are solved, it will be more perfect. Most of Chengdu's authentic chain restaurants (like Ming Ting, Zuzhi Xiangnan, and Chuanxi Bazi) have branches nearby. You can hit all the popular spots without having to brave the crowded old town. 3. It's very close to the subway station, just about a 3-minute walk. 4. The room environment was excellent, and all the facilities and amenities were well-equipped (though, just in case, I always use the overhead shower 🤭). 5. It offers fantastic value for money. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is my second time. I still stayed here despite the bad review I gave the first time. After all, except for the poor cooling of the air conditioner, everything else is very good. And this time, because of the temperature drop, the air conditioner was not such a big problem. However, when the temperature outside was 20℃, the air conditioner was still only cooling to 26℃, which was really outrageous.
