預訂前看到一些對酒店負面的評論本來還比較忐忑，入住後發現無論從酒店的硬件還是服務都很到位，酒店奢華大氣，早餐品質很新鮮，服務人員也都彬彬有禮，酒店旁邊就是大商場，吃飯購物都很方便，下次來成都還會選擇，並且會推薦給其它朋友

整體還是不錯的，性價比很高。衞生也過關。但窗簾不是全封的，早上會漏光，不能睡懶覺，比較適合出差住。可能因為便宜入住率高，所以早餐的時候人有點多，顯得有點亂。但這個價格能理解吧。如果不喜歡住春熙路那邊的，華爾道夫是不錯的選擇。
