From the moment I walked in, I had a great feeling about this place. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, and they were quick to respond to any questions. The hotel environment is elegant, and the common areas are clean and spacious. My room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and there was absolutely no strange odor. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep after a long day of travel. The bathroom facilities worked well, and the hot water came quickly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. It's already on my list of preferred accommodations, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The courtyard's flowing water and guzheng music offer an immersive experience of Chengdu's slow pace of life. Kuanzhai Alley is just a few steps away, perfect for both sightseeing and dining. The room is clean and comfortable, and the smart room features provide an excellent experience. The service is attentive and heartwarming. If you're visiting Chengdu and looking for quiet yet convenient accommodation, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The room was clean and tidy, with a pleasant fragrance. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. It's conveniently located close to Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to get around. The front desk lady was beautiful and had an excellent service attitude. When we left, she even gave us cute panda headbands and bottled water, which made the whole experience fantastic.

The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

Metro access is within easy reach, making it quick and easy to get to all the attractions. The hotel is on a high floor, with a restaurant and a chess/card room on the 45th floor, offering high-altitude views while dining or relaxing. The rooms are spotless and feel brand new, with diligent daily cleaning by the staff. Even after a full day of sightseeing, returning to the room feels incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Such attentive service ensures every moment of the trip is filled with ease and comfort.

On a long family road trip, I personally prefer staying in a five-star hotel. They tend to be more reliable than those 'five-diamond' rated hotels you find online. While these hotels might have older facilities due to their age, the hygiene, service, and food are consistently excellent! The price also isn't overly expensive, offering good value for money. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast could offer a wider variety of Chinese dishes; the stir-fried large chunks of carrots were quite disappointing!

Overall, I'm very satisfied! I stayed here with my child, and it's incredibly convenient, being so close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The transportation links are excellent. The complimentary breakfast was also high quality with a good variety of choices, which my child really enjoyed. It's perfect for families traveling with kids. I'm very happy with our stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful and promptly resolved any issues.
