This hotel was super convenient for the concert at Dong'an Lake. We took the subway to Chengdu East and then one more stop to Yinghui Station. Exit A has a direct shuttle bus to Dong'an Lake, and the return drop-off is also near Yinghui Road Exit A. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Yinghui Road subway station.

Facilities: I used the laundry service during my stay. The staff was very responsible, but I wish they offered delivery of the clean clothes back to the room. Cleanliness: It was decent. At least all the essential facilities were clean, and when I asked the front desk for disposable slippers, they were delivered very quickly. Oh, right, the room didn't come with disposable slippers, but they were free of charge. Environment: Downstairs, there are many street food stalls, so it can get noisy at night. The building is filled with business hotels, but the elevator control provides some security. It's near the train station, so I understand, as I chose it for convenience. Service: The front desk lady was very conscientious and responsible, and her work was meticulous and thoughtful. For this, I'm giving five stars – excellent service!

Great hotel a short distance from the East Train station in Chengdu. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Soft towels as well. Teakettle and water included. Great hot water and excellent water pressure. Very good breakfast included. Overall a very nice stay.

The room was very spacious, accommodating about a dozen people, and the environment was very clean. It had individual cubicles with reading lights and charging ports. The bathroom was also very clean. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The service was excellent.

Basic daily necessities are available in the room, and we have large windows, which is very good. The address is on the 6th floor of the office building near Chengdu East Railway Station. The traffic is very convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk. The neighborhood is very lively and there are many delicious foods. The boss was also very warm and thoughtful, and smiled throughout the whole process to introduce the room situation.

Highly recommend this homestay in Chengdu East Railway Station! The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the East Railway Station, it is super convenient to catch a car. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, comfortable bedding, soundproofed, quiet and safe. The landlord is warm and caring, the service is thoughtful, the price is super high, it is too worry-free to live here in Chengdu, I will choose this one next time!

This hotel is incredibly close to the East Station – you can spot it right to your left as you exit the West Plaza, unlike other hotels that are hidden behind the plaza buildings and hard to find. The facilities are decent and they offer luggage storage. The staff, especially the young lady who kindly led me from the storefront to the hotel, provided excellent service. My only small suggestions are that for the next guest, it would be great if the rooms could be thoroughly aired out to remove any smoke smell. Also, housekeeping should carefully check all amenities, like the hairdryer, when cleaning.
