IillusionxxxbbThe hotel is brand new, and the room layout is very well designed. The wet and dry areas are separate, and the details like the hairdryer, lighted makeup mirror, and comfortable, clean bedding all significantly enhanced the experience. The view is similar to the Curio Collection hotel I stayed at before, but the overall experience here is much better. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, and the staff isn't as chaotic.
The location is also very convenient. There are so many takeaway options, and they even deliver right to your room! Getting to restaurants I wanted to try and attractions by taxi all took less than 20 minutes.
The hotel called to ask about my preferences before check-in, and I didn't have to wait long even though I arrived early. The room perfectly met my requirements, which was really great. And the best part is the dog in the lobby is absolutely adorable, even though I only saw it on the first of my three days. The concierge service on the first floor was truly exceptional, very enthusiastic but in a perfectly appropriate way. After checking out, I forgot something, and Miranda was very proactive in contacting me and helping to arrange shipping. This hotel has absolutely no flaws. I stayed for two days and was extremely comfortable. I can't praise it enough; the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Chengdu Marriott Hotel Financial Centre for several nights, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The location is superb, right next to Financial City and Jiaozi Avenue, making getting around incredibly convenient. My room was spacious and comfortable, with captivating city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and helped me sleep soundly. The authentic Dandan noodles and 'Egg Bake Cake' (Dan Hong Gao) at breakfast were delicious. A special shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping staff – their responses were prompt and genuinely warm. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent. Staying for multiple nights, I didn't feel bored at all. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Perfect for a relaxing hot spring getaway. There are several small pools for soaking, nothing fancy, but they have all the essentials. The strong sulfur smell suggests it's natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection was also decent.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, thumbs up!

The hotel itself boasts an authentic French chateau architectural style, with a vintage European castle silhouette complemented by exquisite garden landscaping. Surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers, strolling through the grounds felt like being transported to a European estate. Every corner offers a picturesque spot for photos.
The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and visiting major attractions, which really simplified my travel planning.
The guest rooms are spacious and airy, featuring a chic, light-luxury French aesthetic. They were spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors, and the attention to hygiene details was impressive. The mattress and pillows had just the right amount of softness, and the room's soundproofing was excellent, blocking out external noise, allowing for a deep sleep after a day of sightseeing.
The front desk and service staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, promptly responding to any requests. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, with a full selection of meats, vegetables, desserts, and drinks, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting delicious. This castle hotel is perfect for both couples and leisure travelers. The environment, service, and facilities are all top-notch. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Chengdu.

MM533027****The Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang Hot Spring is such a great deal! The location is convenient, whether you're taking the subway or driving. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in incredibly smooth.
The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight, with over 40 unique pools to choose from. After a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. You can even enjoy river views in the morning.
The buffet breakfast offers a full range of Western and Chinese options, and the freshly prepared noodles are especially delicious.
The staff were attentive throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for both couples on a getaway and families traveling together. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a business trip, and this time I came on my own. Overall, it's still very good. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms offer great value for money. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, I'd still choose to stay at this established five-star hotel for the price. My only complaint is that I requested a non-smoking room, but after checking in and getting to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I then had housekeeping take care of it.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was excellent; they responded quickly to any requests. The location was great, and there was parking available since we drove. The room was very quiet, so we slept well, and it was kept clean. Two days after checking out, I realized I'd left something behind, and they found it and mailed it to me immediately. Next time, I hope they can notify me right away if something is found 😭, but I'm still very grateful!

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless and meticulously clean, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and blackout curtains that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. Zoe Rora at the front desk was super enthusiastic and professional, making check-in a very quick process. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

AAnanBourneOverall, I'd still recommend it! The hotel has a distinctly Republican-era style, with a well-designed lobby and walkways. Located in a pedestrianized area, the rooms are new, the air conditioning and heating are very warm, and although the room is next to the walkway, it's not noisy at all. The staff are very attentive; they diligently resolved the WiFi issue, and the cleaning lady patiently helped make the sofa bed. The basement parking lot is directly above the room. The only two drawbacks are: firstly, the hotel navigation initially led to a very narrow, closed alley; secondly, the breakfast was truly disappointing—limited variety, mediocre ingredients, and the rice noodles were lumpy, and there were very few hot dishes, one of which was undercooked.
