MM305327****Conveniently located near a subway station, within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia.
The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant isn't lavish, but the taste is quite good; the à la carte fried eggs are particularly delicious. One nice touch is the high-quality feel of the napkins, unlike the thin sheets found in other restaurants. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer street views, providing a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city.
The staff are friendly and patient.
The room and bathroom facilities are excellent, and the bathroom is spacious.
Bottled water and some drinks are complimentary, while others are chargeable, as indicated on the drink menu. This is better than many European hotels.
The only drawback is that the room has two windows; one has a blackout curtain that cannot be drawn, while the other works normally. I discovered this before going to bed and called the front desk, but no one answered, likely because no one was on duty at night.

GGuest UserMy favorite hotel I've stayed in recently. The room is very exquisitely decorated and tasteful, and the overall color tone is very comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I was impressed by the floor of the shower room. It was like stepping on the rocks by the sea. Although it was a bit rough, it was very non-slip and made you feel like you were at the beach in a second. Our family of four booked two rooms. The hotel was very considerate to connect the two rooms together, which made it very convenient for us to use.
The location is also very good, walking distance to Casa Batlló, and shopping is also very convenient. The bakery across the street and the brunch at the restaurant across the road are very delicious.

AAdventure TravellerWhat a lovely hotel, the crews from their morning breakfast service to the reception, are really excellent and they make you feel welcome and appreciated. They got us a nice little upgrade to our rooms which is a nice gesture. We stayed there for 4 nights and certainly enjoyed our stay. Quite the view from the rooftop bar, and location is truly the gem. Located on the Main Street, good security and walking distance to many places of interest in the City centre of Barcelona. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! 💙

GGuest UserThe location is superb, right on Passeig de Gràcia, just a 5-minute walk to Casa Batlló. Various luxury brand stores are right downstairs. There are also all sorts of small shops on the side streets, catering to every shopping need.
The concierge service was excellent; they proactively helped with luggage and always greeted us with a friendly 'hello.'
The breakfast restaurant offers a semi-buffet style, and the à la carte portions are incredibly generous. We didn't realize this on the first day and ordered too much. I suggest the restaurant staff could advise guests about the portion sizes.
The room itself was standard, but I was in a connecting room on the 2nd floor. Every morning and evening, when people upstairs took showers, I could hear very loud pipe noises, which significantly disturbed my rest.
Finally, some items in the mini-bar are complimentary, but the staff didn't replenish them proactively daily. We also had to specifically call for the daily complimentary bottled water for the room, which wasn't a great experience.

The breakfast is very comfortable. The service attitude is also very good. 👍 We landed in the morning and the hotel happened to have vacancies, so we checked in early.

The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅

AAnonymous UserWhen I continued to make extension at the hotel at seven in the morning, the front desk said that there was no problem. As a result, at 12 noon, we were told that we needed to change rooms urgently, so we hastily put the trunk lid on, and the front desk told us that they would send all the details to the new room completely. I also specially told the front desk that maybe we missed some small items in the room. Because they gave us too much time, please help us check the missing items. They readily agreed.After returning home from the trip, we opened the luggage rack, and all the souvenirs I bought at Sagrada Familia Cathedral disappeared, which was really very sad.The service of the hotel makes people feel very confused, and every staff has no idea about the process.

SSherry_Xuan ZWhat first surprised me about this hotel was how incredibly friendly it is towards Chinese tourists. There was even a Chinese New Year greeting card and fruit on the room table. The front desk staff wished us a Happy New Year too! The moment we walked in, a wave of happiness just washed over us.
The hotel lobby is incredibly stylish, well-designed, and has a grand, trendy feel to it.
I really loved the many thoughtful design details inside the room. The embroidery on the slippers was very intricate, as were the bathrobes, which featured many embroidered butterflies. The hotel also has a dedicated area in the room for makeup and hair drying, which I absolutely adored – and the mirror is an irregularly shaped design, very beautiful. Even the mineral water bottles were beautifully designed. This hotel just emanates happiness everywhere you look.
The hotel environment fully meets five-star standards, but there are a few small details that could be improved. For example, the showerhead sprays water in a chaotic way and hasn't been fixed, and the water pressure is quite low, making showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, the hotel doesn't seem to have solutions for certain guest requests. For instance, I wanted to heat up some food I brought back from outside, and the hotel couldn't accommodate. I believe that for a five-star standard, they should consider and properly address customer needs.

Location: It is located right next to Casa Milà, and you can see the city at a glance from the rooftop. We were assigned a room on the first floor, so the view was of the adjacent building and wasn't great, but I think a higher floor would be nice.
Service: They were friendly. Since we checked in early, we planned to just leave our luggage and go sightseeing, but it was great that everything was ready right away.
We couldn't stay in Barcelona for very long, but it was a good hotel.

From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, and that feeling of being prioritized was truly wonderful.
The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and at night, you can see countless lights twinkling. Even at midnight, people were everywhere on the beach, chatting, playing beach volleyball, and even doing Western-style line dancing. Every photo you take turns out picture-perfect.
Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was super diverse, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. Every morning, we started our day feeling satisfied and happy. For dinner, we opted for a set menu, and the portions were incredibly generous – enough to easily fill two people, and the taste was spot-on.
All in all, whether it's the service, the environment, or the dining, the W Barcelona excels in every aspect. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll most likely choose this hotel again! Absolutely fantastic!
