"Google search shows this used to be a hostel. It's been remodeled, so it's clean and the bathroom is spacious. Most importantly, the location is fantastic! I took the Aerobus from the airport, got off at Plaça de Catalunya, and it was just one subway stop away. I actually walked, and it was a pleasant stroll. Liceu Station is right in front of the accommodation, which was incredibly convenient for using the subway. It's a busy area, so I felt safe walking alone even at night, and it was great for exploring the Gothic Quarter. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a quiet room. I got a room in the very back corner and didn't hear any noise at all."
