"Oh my goodness! For just 20 euros per night, this hostel is an absolute gem. Even the 12-person room is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The location is fantastic, and my XL suitcase fit perfectly in the storage space. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the kitchen is spotless, with all the necessary dishes ready for use. The only minor issue is that all the amenities, including shampoo and soap, had a distinct, unpleasant cucumber scent."

Ccommuter123This was an unplanned, last-minute trip to Barcelona; I booked the flight just over three hours before departure. Hotels in Barcelona aren't cheap, and after walking all day, I really just needed a place to crash. It felt like a waste for one person, but it was my first time staying in a hostel. The environment, cleanliness, and location were all pretty good. The people were from all over – a Filipino-American, a Korean pastry chef who broke her arm and had to rest for six months, and exchange students from China. It was a memorable experience. The hostel is about a fifteen-minute walk from the airport bus stop. The entrance is tiny, and you have to ring the doorbell. Not far across the street, there's a good Chinese hotpot buffet, I think for 29 Euros. The sunset at Bunkers del Carmel and the sunrise at the beach are both worth seeing. Don't forget to try the churros with chocolate!

Great
GGuest UserThe service was very good. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They recommended tourist attractions and restaurants to me and cared about me as a traveler. They also had a pleasant chat with us. However, the room was very poor. There were about three rooms with 12 people sharing one bathroom and toilet. The quality of the roommates was average. The bed was very hard. There was a strange smell in the room. I didn't sleep well all night.
GGuest UserThere's only one bathroom to be shared by more than 6 people (who knows exactly how many). Only reason I booked is it's relatively a cheap option. Also the staff who assisted me was a legend. He gave me a mini tour of the facility. Greatly appreciated. Wouldn't stay again esp if there's other reasonably priced options. The location isn't that good either. It's pretty far to landmarks
GGuest UserGreat location! It's a short walk to Gaudí's three famous buildings, the metro station, and a supermarket. I opted for breakfast, which was decent. I didn't try dinner as 9 PM is a bit late for my schedule, but I did notice the food quality looked quite good. The wardrobe in the room was incredibly spacious and held a lot.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite good overall, but it can get very crowded. During peak hours in the morning and evening, waiting for the elevator can take a long time, and sometimes using the stairs is faster.
There are many food options near the hotel, and shopping is also very convenient.
One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide a public kitchen, so cooking is not possible. However, hot water is available for simple instant meals like noodles, and there is seating available in the restaurant area for resting.
CCHOW LONG HANGThere is thief in this hostel!
I almost lost my phone but luckily the police find it, it is hide somewhere else in the hostel, but there is no direct evidence to charge that suspect, all the hostel can do is to kick him out. Another Korean women are that lucky as the police couldn’t find her phone at last.
The staff are really helpful when dealing with this issue and I really appreciate that. The staff did warn all guest to be careful for their own things and make sure to lock all of them in the locker the night before. The owner of the hostel also offer me help immediately during the whole process. Thank you again.
About this hostel, the location is really convenient and with a fair price in the city centre. The kitchen is a bit small but it is acceptable. The shower room is okay for me and the shower room is clean in general.
However, for the bed-set & towel you will have to pay 3 euro for it. Else, you can only sleep with a pillow with no bedsheet during your stay. If you pay card & the amount is less than 120 euro, they will charge extra 5% fee. So you better have some cash.
Like all the other hostel, you should be aware of your own valuables and lock them up in the locker.
Overall, I would recommend this hostel despite the sad incident happen on me.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed in a 4-bunk room at this hostel for two nights. Overall, the experience was decent, though there were a few notable drawbacks.
Pros:-
The locker and bed facilities were excellent, spacious, secure, and more than adequate for four guests.
The general service was acceptable, with staff being reasonably responsive and helpful.
Cons:-
The shower was a major issue. Despite adjusting the temperature lever, it often only produced hot water, which was uncomfortable and frustrating.
The air conditioning was inconsistent and, at times, ineffective. In a humid climate, this made the room feel unbearably hot.
Unfortunately, opening the window isn’t an option, as it’s linked to the air conditioning system and automatically shuts off when the window is opened.
Summary:-
While the sleeping arrangements and security features were commendable, the poor shower and unreliable air conditioning significantly impacted our comfort. These are essential amenities, especially in a humid environment, and I hope the hostel addresses them soon.
GGuest UserHighly recommend this hostel! The front desk staff are really welcoming, and it's super close to everything. Plus, it's very clean and the common areas are beautiful. There's also a restaurant next door with the same name that's absolutely delicious! Great value for money!
LLonely Railway ExplorerI took a train from Malaysia to Europe, please watch my YouTube channel Lonely Railway Explorer to know more.
I stay here for 1 night transit. The price is affordable, all the accommodation in Europe are crazy high.
The room I will say cozy, and you got your private storage, and the mattress and pillow are super comfortable.
The curtain rail on your bed is for your privacy, inside your bed also got light and two power socket.
But the main door closed and hard to bell and call them, please prepare the phone number incase you stuck at outside like me.
Negative experience is the toilet, too tiny, and the water supply is a problem, you need too keep pressing the 10 sec button when you shower.
And if your room got 4 pax, so you need to waiting tour turn in the morning.
GGuest UserThe place is clean but the lady in the reception with specs is sarcastic. She expect people to understand her. While she was talking so rude the other guy was laughing. better dont get this kind of people as it will ruin your reputation as you are running a service related business. And sometimes you wont know how a customer can help the business gain good eyeballs.
