3-Star Hotels in Sandakan

The place is fully air conditioned. Easy to check in and in the kitchen a water dispenser. Value for money with the 5 of us there. Great place to stay for a family or with friends as there are 2 toilets in the unit which is a plus point .

Highly recommended for families and friends. Will definitely stay here again if I come to this area.

Convenient location, five minutes walk to the rainforest, 15 minutes to the orangutan center. There is a shared kitchen with a stove and dishes. The room is spacious, the bed linen is snow-white. There is hot water in the shower, the water pressure is not very strong. Breakfast is not great, but you will not go hungry. Prices in the cafe in the hotel and the cafe next door are the same, dishes are 18-20 ringgit per one, we did not eat so I do not know about the taste. A good place, but not wow.

A treehouse in the jungle, exactly what we were looking for! Mosquito nets in good condition, an open-air (private) bathroom, and the sound of crickets to fall asleep to. The common areas are pleasant, the welcome was cheerful, and the food was very healthy.

Sandakn inn hotel is the best. Room much nicer and bigger than expected with lovely views. have lift and near city center. Very helpful, Clean rooms and good staff. worth for the money and it cheapest. Recommended.

Very happy with my stay here. Older hotel but I think well managed. TV and air con both work well. Would definitely stay again. Photos show view from window and nearby attractions and Pasar Melam

This time, there was no water supply in Sabah and the water supply in the hotel was pitifully small. The hotel is too old and don't have lift, the telephone and hair dryer is not working in the room

The deco is absolutely stunning. Pretty, can't deny this. Kids were happy to see the hello kitty theme, small size couch for the kids to sit. Downside is the amenities for this accommodation is poorly maintained. Front door can't close, owner ask us to just lock gate don't close front door or door will not able to be open from inside (?!), balcony look dangerous for children, so many sure not to let any kids go there. Lucky just book the place for a night, else will be worry for safely. Pic included where door required to stay open whole day/night to avoid locked in. Lol.

A simple, fairly central hotel, adequate but nothing special. The deluxe room was deluxe in name only; the bathroom was barely functional with a blocked sink and not very well maintained. Fortunately, the manager or the person at the reception was very friendly.
