GGuest UserYou might be a little worried if you don't know how to check in until the last minute, and if you don't speak English or Chinese.
When I arrived, the owner was very kind and helped me with a lot of things.
The kitchen window was wide open, so it was a little cold inside the building,
and the bunk beds had no curtains, so there was no private space at all,
but aside from that, the environment was very good.
There were people always occupying the living room and sofa, which are shared spaces, and I'm not sure if they were tourists or related people, but you might find it a little uncomfortable.
There were no particular cleaning rules, which are common in dormitories, and the check-out time was arbitrary, which was nice, so I felt it was a laid-back place that was typical of Chengdu.

AAnonymous UserI've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. This time, my room was a bit further inside, so it was quite warm, but a calm mind helps. It's good, I've stayed many times, you should try it too. Just a heads up, the long-term residents can be a bit noisy.

DD39198****This is my second time staying in a hostel, and the facilities are great. There's a kitchen where you can cook, and a terrace with a gazebo for relaxing and enjoying the view. The showers have good ventilation, which is a nice touch. My only minor suggestion is that some of the female guests might not realize the trash can is under the sink cover, as they left used tissues on the counter. It might be helpful to put a small sign on the cover as a reminder.

NNoah Keenan Lee WeiIt‘s clean and simple, but has everything you need. The location is not the best, but the price is. Just bare in mind that nobody there speaks English and the owner kept speaking to me in Chinese, even tho it has been clear for days that I don’t understand here and she did not try to use a translating app herself… as long as that mental state doesn’t deter you and you’re on a budget this is one of the better options. Also the whole place doesn’t get locked, if you’re worried about that don’t come here as theoretically anyone from outside can get to your room

GGuest UserI have been very busy and have not been able to comment in time. This is the first time I arrived at Chengdu Tianfu Airport. I am not familiar with the surrounding hotel facilities. With the mentality of giving it a try, I booked Haiyue Hotel on Ctrip. The owner was very enthusiastic and arranged a car to pick me up Arriving at the hotel, the hotel facilities are ok, very clean, and the service is thoughtful. The boss personally delivered it to the terminal building for the night flight. The service is excellent, and it is worth recommending!

BbenschwrWe had a room for 4 nights, about 100 yuan per night, on the 3rd floor. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms hostel-like, but decent.
The staff is helpful and there are events most evenings, like dumpling making with other travellers.
Walking distance from Metro lines, restaurants and supermarkets. By Didi its 30 min to Panda Base and for going back, it’s convenient to take the panda shuttle bus for 8 yuan from the west exit to a busstop in walking-distance to the hostel.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Hostel for a social stay in Chengdu.

MM244531****This is my go-to hotel for business trips! It's right in the city center, close to my office and shopping areas, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. The in-room desk is spacious with soft lighting, perfect for working comfortably, and the meeting facilities are excellent. The laundry service is super efficient; I got my clean clothes back the next day, which was a huge help for my trip. Breakfast starts early and grab-and-go options are convenient, perfectly meeting the needs of a tight schedule. It offers much better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. Plus, there's free coffee! A truly great stay.

LLisraekenAt fhe first, I could bot find the hotel, but I talked to the owner and she was so kind and promptly videocalled me and gave me instructions how to get to the hotel which is near to the bus station. The location of the hotel is very convenient, nearby you have a park, many restaurants, pharmacy, bus station. The hotel has some local people many of them were very friendly to me, we shared the food and sit next to each other for some time and talked in chinese. The owner of the hotel can speak English and she will give the clients the best service, she is really outspoken, caring and kind. The bathroom is public, you can share it with others, you can wash your clothes and then hang it. I enjoyed my staying, it is like a dormitory, you have your own bed, but you share the room with the others as the same gender as you.

MM47949****The room was decent, a small, lounge-like private space. They offer complimentary disposable slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste, which was a nice touch. I didn't oversleep and made my flight on time. It's suitable for people catching early morning flights. However, I probably wouldn't choose it again if I come back to Chengdu because it's a bit pricey. Also, I could hear someone snoring loudly all night, which really disrupted my sleep. I'd rather just book a hotel next time.

AAnonymous UserIt's good that they sell food/drinks/stuff at the front in case you need it, the beds were good and clean, the girls at the reception seemed nice although we couldn't communicate much. The location is very convenient for metro and bus.
The only downside is the bathroom since the curtains of the shower are veeery short, it would be nice if they had soap to wash your hands with after using the toilet and also if they had a little shelf to put your tissues on in the toilet stall (or offer toilet paper themselves)
