While this hotel isn't new and the room's decor and facilities show their age, putting aside the renovation, the overall stay was exceptionally comfortable. The room was spotless, with thorough and meticulous cleaning. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in, and very responsive to requests. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without outside disturbances. The location is superb, making travel and dining very convenient. The service foundation built over time, which many newer hotels lack, truly shines here. Although the facilities aren't cutting-edge, they are very well-maintained, with no issues. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd be happy to stay again. After checking out, the front desk even gifted us cute panda accessories, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and the location is incredibly convenient, being so close to both the metro station and Tianfu Square. Plus, Tianfu Square is right next to the Chengdu Museum and the Science and Technology Museum, which is super handy. It's also very near Chunxi Road. Whether you're looking for night markets or street food, this place is highly recommended! The only minor thing is that the front desk and guest rooms are a bit of a walk, but the staff patiently escorted us to the elevator. Highly recommend, the service is top-notch!

I brought my family to Chengdu, and first off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's quiet despite being central and close to all the nearby attractions. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were exceptionally good; when we went out, we hadn't folded our pajamas, but the housekeepers neatly folded them for us when they cleaned the room. The room service staff were also incredibly helpful; when I asked for water, they gave us several extra bottles. The front desk staff were highly professional and very efficient. When I returned after renting a car, I couldn't find the garage entrance, and one of the staff members was waiting at the door to guide me. The breakfast was also fantastic and offered a great variety. Overall, it was an incredibly good stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu, and I've already booked it for my layover today after coming back from Jiuzhaigou.

Downstairs, you'll find an abundance of hot pot restaurants, chuan'r (skewers), and specialty snacks. You won't need a taxi to go shopping, visit the IFS panda, or explore popular shops. Subway access is also incredibly convenient, making it extremely hassle-free for both tourists and those on a short-term stay. The surrounding area has complete living amenities, including convenience stores and supermarkets – if you crave a late-night snack, you can find it downstairs. What's most stunning is the unparalleled high-altitude 'cloud view.' The entire room features panoramic, unobstructed floor-to-ceiling windows, and I was instantly awestruck the moment I opened the door. During the day, sunlight floods the entire room, offering a bird's-eye view of Chengdu's old city streets, exuding a strong sense of local life. Sitting quietly by the window, sipping coffee and daydreaming, all travel fatigue instantly vanished. In the evening, the sunset dyes the sky a gentle orange-red, creating absolutely beautiful layers of light and shadow. As night falls, the city lights gradually illuminate, and the brilliant cityscape fills the entire glass, allowing you to immerse yourself in Chengdu's romantic night view right from your bed. The ambiance is absolutely captivating; there's no need to jostle for space at an observation deck. Photos taken casually in the room look high-end, perfect for direct posting without editing, and garnered countless likes on my social media. The color scheme is soft and pleasing, and the soft furnishings hide thoughtful design details everywhere, avoiding any cheap, cluttered feel and exuding quality. The entire room is equipped with a smart control system, allowing one-touch operation of curtains, lighting, and air conditioning – a perfect experience for the lazy. The bedding quality is excellent, the mattress is moderately firm, and the down pillows are fluffy and soft. Coupled with the hotel's superb soundproofing, which blocks out the street noise downstairs, even light sleepers can enjoy a full night's rest and wake up feeling refreshed. The bathroom has a dry-wet separation, with stable hot water supply and ample water pressure. The toiletries are clean and effective. Facilities: The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had a good wet/dry separation for the shower. The solid wood door and enclosed walls meant there was no transparent glass, ensuring privacy for anyone inside from the rest of the room. Cleanliness: Excellent. All the essentials like toothbrushes, combs, and a hairdryer were provided. Ambiance: Very good. The lobby was bright and clean, with a luxurious Chinese-style decor. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Chunxi Road, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of dining options within a hundred or two meters. The hotel also has its own restaurant. Service: Excellent. They offered a complimentary room upgrade during check-in, and upon departure, they even gave me a special成都 (Chengdu) souvenir — a panda canvas bag, which was perfect for holding all the local specialties I bought during my stay. Very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This is a great hotel that's quiet yet conveniently located in a bustling area. It's right next to the Shaanxi Guild Hall and surrounded by plenty of food options, making it easy to shop and commute. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and all the toiletries were provided. Housekeeping was always available when called, and the staff were polite and patient throughout, never giving the impression they were just going through the motions. Overall, the comfort level was very high. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling.

Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!
