Hotels in Tianfu Square/Chengdu Museum, Chengdu

The room stay experience was great, and the hygiene was excellent, very clean. The staff's service attitude was also good, and they even gave a small farewell gift upon check-out. This place is only about 700 meters from Tianfu Square, which is quite close. It's 1.2 kilometers from Chunxi Road. The weather in Chengdu has been quite cool recently, making it a highly recommended time to visit. The room was also cleaned daily. Most importantly, this location is very convenient for accessing various attractions in the city center. Recommended.

Great hotel location, clean and hygienic with convenient parking. Lots of fantastic food options nearby including BBQ skewers and hot pot. The breakfast is diverse, a good mix of Western and Chinese. The gym and laundry room are both well-equipped, and the reception staff are very welcoming.

An excellent hotel with a very comfortable decor and smart facilities. The hygiene is impeccable, and it's great value for money given its prime location next to the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum. It's super convenient for visiting many attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Honestly, I really wanted to leave a bad review! But I'm not someone who likes to give negative feedback! The bathtub was incredibly slippery, I almost fell and injured myself. Also, the mattress was clearly a cheap, unknown brand, with a huge dip in the middle, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like a purely Photoshopped room! And to top it off, no latex mattress or latex pillows, how perfunctory! Having to rely on staff to retrieve takeout food was quite inconvenient. The view outside the window was just so-so, and by midnight, there was no view at all, nothing like the rumored night view. If I hadn't arrived so late and been too lazy to change hotels, I definitely would have looked for another one. There was a noticeable indentation in the middle of the sofa and bed, which made lying down uncomfortable. I truly suggest the owner considers replacing the soft furnishings. The area for toiletries in the bathroom was also very slippery and felt incredibly cheap. The curtains didn't even block out the light! The service was passable, I guess, I just had to make do! In my opinion, this place is worth at most 300 [currency unit].

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Right across from the JW Marriott. The room is great, and the decor is new. The front desk staff 💁 were excellent, excellent, excellent. Because I booked day by day, they informed me in advance about room availability and so on. I left my shirt behind, and they kindly helped me contact someone. My ** friend picked it up for me, thumbs up! 👍 It's also very close to the Kowloon Bridge Mall.

My kids wanted to visit the Chengdu Museum, so I looked for a hotel near Tianfu Square. This one was absolutely fantastic! It's an apartment-style hotel, but with a permanent front desk. The young lady working there was incredibly responsible and helpful. She assisted us with picking up and dropping off items to our room throughout our 4-day stay and was always quick to respond to my messages. The room was spotlessly clean, not like those places that hide damage or dirt. Housekeeping was also very prompt whenever we requested it. Overall, a great experience! Not to sound exaggerated, but Grand ParcVue Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in different types of hotels, I would rank the overall experience and service here among the top tier. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 days and 2 nights and was already impressed upon arrival. I checked in at around 1am and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff before being assigned a room on the 23rd floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the kitchen, but it wasn't a major issue as I could close the doors to prevent it from coming in. I bought an air freshener myself, and what impressed me was that the manager came personally the next day to check on the situation and even provided an air purifier. The breakfast was another highlight. I enjoyed trying the local dan dan noodles, and I noticed many international guests from Korea, Japan and Western countries. The dining hall staff were all friendly and professional. The gym on the 6th floor was also surprisingly well-equipped, with a good selection of dumbbells and machines for a full-body workout. Even more impressive was the Relaxation Room on the 7th floor, where guests can enjoy several massage chairs 24 hours a day. There is also a Business Lounge on the same floor, which is a great place for meetings, conversations or simply getting some work done. The hotel is also directly connected to Yanlord Mall, so you will never have to worry about finding restaurants or shops. Do note that it is a high-end mall, so food there can be relatively expensive. One thing I particularly appreciated was the hotel's hospitality even after checkout—I was offered access to the Business Lounge on my final day so I could conduct my online classes comfortably before heading to the airport. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel. The combination of great facilities, convenient location and, most importantly, genuinely attentive service made this stay memorable. I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again if I return to Chengdu. **Highly recommended!**

This hotel in Chengdu was a true discovery! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute leisurely walk to the nearest metro stations, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. Special thanks for the window view — every evening we couldn't stop gazing at the cozy Chengdu streets and the sunset sky. Photos don't do it justice! The room had all the basic toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, soap, and toothbrush kits. But what truly impressed us was the daily spotless housekeeping. Every day we came back to a fresh room, neatly made bed, and an empty trash bin. After long walks around the city, that made all the difference. This hotel exceeded our expectations: convenient, clean, beautiful, and cozy. Highly recommend it!

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and was very neat and tidy. Service: The ladies at the front desk were very warm and hospitable. Environment: The environment is great, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large. Located next to Tianfu Square, which should be considered downtown, it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's close to Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, and People's Park, all within a 30-minute walk.

Walking distance to metro stations, making it easy to travel around Chengdu and visit attractions like Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square, and the Chengdu Giant Panda Base.  Rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable beds and modern amenities.  Staff members polite and can arrange local transport, even with language barriers.  Self-service laundry facilities and nice breakfast options a mix of Western and Chinese choices.
