The location is excellent, not far from Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and Tianfu Square, all within walking distance. The breakfast selection is rich, with local specialty dishes available. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel also offers complimentary laundry service and afternoon tea, which I unfortunately didn't have time to experience.

Honestly, I didn't have high hopes for this place at first. I didn't see the blue pillows from the promotional photos and wondered if it was a bait-and-switch. 😂 Plus, the view outside the window was, well, not great. But the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower and hairdryer were both excellent! That really surprised me. The service here is incredibly thoughtful; they even send you a weather forecast every day for a room that's just over 200 a night. It's right on a food street, and Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li are just across the street. The location is truly perfect for first-time visitors to Chengdu. The only minor drawbacks are that the Wi-Fi signal is spotty, and some might find the air conditioning a bit noisy. Also, there's only one washer and dryer set in the laundry room. However, these are small issues compared to the overall experience. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out!

It's a mere 5-minute walk to the IFS 'Climbing Panda' landmark and the Taikoo Li shopping street, meaning you can leisurely stroll back to the hotel late at night without needing a taxi or taking a detour. Despite being in a bustling area, the high-floor rooms effectively block out street noise once the windows are closed, offering a perfect balance of vibrancy and tranquility. The guest rooms feature a gentle, minimalist French decor with soft, appealing color schemes and no overly flamboyant decorations. The space is open and airy, not at all cramped. Equipped with a King Koil mattress that's just the right firmness, you can easily relax and fall asleep after a long day of walking and shopping. The en-suite bathroom comes with a rain shower, offering stable water flow for a great washing experience. The in-room WiFi is fast and smooth, and the complimentary mini-bar drinks were a big hit with the kids. Housekeeping provides meticulous daily cleaning, and the linens are changed promptly, ensuring a consistently high standard of hygiene throughout our stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked us in, provided incredibly thoughtful service: the check-in process was quick, and she kindly upgraded our room type, which was much appreciated for our family with children. In the lobby, there are always complimentary candies and drinks available, and a robot is on standby 24/7 to deliver items, so you don't have to go downstairs repeatedly to pick up packages or takeout orders. On the 29th floor, there's a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry room, fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities, making laundry super convenient for long trips. The rotating panoramic restaurant on the 30th floor offers breakfast with stunning city views, creating an amazing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast combines Chinese and Western options, with plenty of local Sichuan dishes like 'chaoshou' (wontons), 'dandan' noodles, steamed buns, and congee, as well as Western choices like toast, fried eggs, and salads. The variety is extensive, and it's open until 11 am, so even late risers can catch breakfast. The lobby bar also offers afternoon tea, a perfect spot to relax and recharge after exploring. We were extremely satisfied with the location, service, and accommodation. We'll definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Back in 2021, I stayed at the Xinliang Grand Hotel in Chengdu and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, and its excellent location made getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were particularly warm and welcoming. This time, when my daughter visited Chengdu, I booked the same hotel for her, and her stay was just as great. I'll definitely choose Xinliang Grand Hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

Hello, I traveled to Chendgu and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and convenient. There are many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The metro station is also only 2–4 minutes away, making it very easy to travel around the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chendgu.

The room was pretty good, though the front desk and rooms are in separate buildings. However, the staff will take you to your room after check-in. The room itself was nice, quite similar to the photos on Ctrip. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was quite generous, and there's free parking available. This hotel is also very close to the attractions, making it super convenient for tourists. Good value for money, highly recommended if you're visiting during the off-season! (●'◡'●)

Our overall experience during this stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the ambiance was great for taking photos. A special shout-out to our butler, Nina! She proactively contacted us before check-in and was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the facilities are comprehensive. Next time I visit Chengdu, I'll definitely choose Eilan again, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Chengdu!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One feature I really appreciated was the luggage storage service. If you’re traveling around and don’t want to carry your suitcases, you can safely leave them at the hotel, which is very convenient. The location deserves a perfect 10/10. It’s easy to find and only a short walk from Chunxi Road Metro Station, making it very convenient for exploring Chengdu. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

What I loved most about this hotel was its fantastic location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making everyday life so easy. The Sichuan Opera Theater is right downstairs, which was perfect for catching a show and enjoying a tea ceremony!

The hotel is located near Tianfu Square, right in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. I booked a deluxe room and got upgraded to a business room. While it was at the end of the hallway and didn't have a view of Tianfu Square, it was very quiet, which suited my needs perfectly. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but my neighbors were generally quiet. The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the spicy chicken offal rice noodles for breakfast – I thought they were even better than the Gan Shi Ji spicy intestine noodles at Tianfu Square subway station. I'd likely choose to stay here again next time. The biggest drawback is that the hotel is in a building called Moore Department Store, and while there are three elevators, they stop on every single floor, making them quite slow and inefficient.
