"Our stay at Niccolo Chengdu was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I must commend the two Welcome Ambassadors, Fairy and Rina. When we were discussing our needs before check-in, they were both incredibly meticulous and patient. They helped me pre-note my room type preference and arrival time, tried their best to arrange a high-floor room, and thoughtfully explained the check-in procedures and breakfast rules. Even before arriving, I felt completely at ease. Upon arrival, the reception was warm and courteous, and check-in was efficient and seamless. They proactively offered travel tips for IFS. When I had last-minute questions about an extra bed or amenities, they resolved everything promptly and properly – their response time was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was impeccable. Fairy and Rina's gentle, thoughtful, and perfectly attentive service truly added a warm touch to our trip. Their service was professional yet personable, definitely a huge plus. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will still be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"Had a fantastic stay! We were on the 26th floor and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was really nice! The room was very spacious, and even though it was a twin room, the beds were wide and soft. Great experience. Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including both continental and very local dishes like 'Bo Bo Chicken' and 'Zhong Shui Jiao' (dumplings). The 'Bo Bo Chicken' had good seasoning, and there were many choices for freshly boiled noodles, which also tasted great! I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu! The room cleaning and service were both impeccable, very satisfied!"

"Hotel is AWESOME!! Everything is perfect, service, food, amenities, literally everything was perfect. Special gratitude to a staff member, named Jess! This guy did everything to mke our experience in the Song hotel nonforgettable. Location was really good, right in front of the entrance you will find a giant entertainment complex called Sunac (Shopping Mall, Water Park, Amusement Parks). Strongly recommend!"

"No hotel is perfect, so I'll just share my honest experience. For my trip to Chengdu, I was torn between two hotels in Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. I ultimately chose The Temple House, even though it was twice as expensive. Firstly, I personally prefer The Temple House's design aesthetic. The hotel is also a quiet oasis in a bustling area. While there aren't many scenic views inside, its tranquility and convenience are its strengths. Step outside and you're surrounded by shops and great food, and it's very close to the subway station. If you prefer not to be disturbed, this hotel doesn't have concierges adding you on WeChat to ask about your needs; they might occasionally call for feedback. Hotel staff always greet you warmly as you come and go. On my birthday, both housekeeping and the breakfast restaurant sent cakes, which was a delightful surprise. Check-out and deposit refunds were also very fast. Now for a few minor drawbacks. The various light switches and buttons in the room took some time to figure out – they weren't very intuitive. Also, perhaps due to Chengdu's high humidity, there was a faint musty smell in the room. The bathroom lighting was indeed a bit dim, making it feel a bit like showering in a dungeon, but the showerhead had great water pressure which made for a very comfortable shower – that's a definite plus. Additionally, I saw that the hotel's vegetarian restaurant had a Michelin star, but after sitting down to order, I found that the portions were tiny and definitely wouldn't fill you up. There were hardly any options on the menu, and it was expensive with small servings, really just for the presentation. This also made me give up on the idea of trying the Western restaurant, so I ended up wandering around the various restaurants in Taikoo Li instead. I feel the hotel should improve the variety of its in-house restaurants. However, the breakfast restaurant was excellent, with a rich variety of options. I tried almost all the local Chengdu snacks, and they all tasted pretty good."

"This was a fantastic stay, my second time here, and the view is absolutely stunning! Definitely five stars! First off, the location is super convenient, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping right nearby. The room was larger than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. They even thoughtfully decorated the room for the kids, which was a lovely touch and made our little ones happy and our stay more relaxed. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – they were incredibly friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Overall, it's excellent value for money. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you can't go wrong choosing this place. Highly recommended!"

"The W Hotel Chengdu truly stands out among the many luxury hotels in the city. It's young, stylish, trendy, and full of vibrant energy – luxurious without being 'old money,' high-end yet incredibly chic. Every restaurant has its own unique background music, and every staff member radiates a youthful glow. The breakfast selection is quite rich, featuring handmade Dan Dan noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), as well as pan-fried buns, all of which are delicious. They offer three different Haagen-Dazs ice cream flavors daily, and the rum raisin and macadamia nut flavors are particularly good. The bread offered at breakfast is also exceptionally tasty, with classics like almond croissants, floss bread, and muffin cupcakes. I want to extend a special thank you to the hotel's management and operations team for their professional, warm, and thoughtful service during my family's stay. This includes Front Office Manager Eaton, Style Director Polly, Assistant Front Office Manager Amber, Duty Manager Covey, Peter, and many other staff members whose names I didn't get to remember. My sincere thanks and best wishes go out to all of them! The W Chengdu is definitely worth another visit!"

"Check in was fast and we were upgraded to our surprise. We received a complimentary plate of fruits whilst we were out. Amenities are so so, meaning toothbrush bristle would come out whilst brushing teeth and get stuck in teeth. Their gym is huge, the body builder kind of gym and was so impressed that it is the only photos I took of the hotel. Laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers so there could be a queue to use it. The detergent is provided in room. Overall location is near the exit of highway and town is about 10 mins away. Fontoo exceeded expectations for our experience."
