The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place. Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home. In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway."

"My stay at Niccolo Chengdu was absolutely perfect this time, and I especially want to thank the welcome ambassadors, Fairy and Alice, for their thoughtful service throughout. They proactively communicated with me about my check-in needs beforehand and were incredibly gentle and patient during the check-in process. They even took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and gave me a guide to exploring Taikoo Li, paying attention to every small detail. Any requests I had were promptly met, and their professionalism was just right. The hotel's views and ambiance are already outstanding, but their professional and warm service made my trip even more comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. "Traveling to Chengdu, I chose the St. Regis, a well-established luxury hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent; both the indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids. The room service is outstanding; during our extended stay, the housekeeping staff were very attentive, keeping our room spotless and tidy every day. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, and the in-room dining service is also top-notch. I'll definitely choose the St. Regis again on my next visit to Chengdu."

"Facilities: The room is beautiful, and the amenities are very new, including a capsule coffee machine, Dyson hairdryer, electric blinds, a comfortable bathtub, and an excellent shower. However, it's quite unusual for a toilet not to be smart at this price point. Hygiene: The cleaning was thorough, and the room was spotless. Everything was bright and clean. Environment: The location is unbeatable; it's right next to Taikoo Li, so you can pop in and out 800 times a day without any issues. Service: Compared to other star-rated hotels in the same price range, the service really falls short. Specifically, there's no dedicated butler. Everything has to be handled by calling the front desk. The doormen outside seem to have very specific roles; only certain individuals will assist, and those not responsible won't budge even if they see you need help. This left a very poor impression."

"Location: The hotel is near Sunac Land, with moderate distance to major attractions, especially very close to Panda Valley, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Environment: A garden-style hotel where mountain and lake views complement each other, with the serene sound of birdsong. The artificial lake has black swans, and in spring, you can see adult swans with their cygnets. Facilities: The resort grounds are extensive, and the public areas are spacious. The lobby's design is very impressive, and the welcome scent is particularly pleasant. The privacy is excellent; even when fully booked during the May Day holiday, we rarely encountered other guests on the grounds. The rooms primarily feature hot springs, each with a private hot spring tub, cleaned and refilled daily for each guest. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast quality falls short, especially the Western pastries, which don't quite match the overall high standard. Service: Butler service is provided. The butler contacts guests in advance to send relevant information and注意事项. Our butler, Lori, handled the service perfectly – attentive and thorough, resolving issues without being intrusive. Highly recommend and praise her. Overall: Very suitable for a vacation, perfect for couples, families with children, or anyone seeking a relaxing getaway."

"Booked a room for a guest facing the Petronas Twin Towers – the view was absolutely incredible, especially the night lights! The butler contacted me in advance, and the front desk even gave us a complimentary breakfast. After checkout, the butler also mailed a small gift. Thumbs up! 👍"
