The location is convenient, right by the North Bund, and Raffles City is next door. The environment is great, and Coco is very helpful.

The hotel is super close to the subway station, and there are breakfast spots and a Hema Fresh supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The cleanliness and soundproofing are pretty good too. Just a heads up, the daily rate can fluctuate depending on how busy they are.

What a pleasant surprise! A room with an amazing river view! I booked the Hermès 18, and the view was spectacular, the room was cozy, and the facilities were all there. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. Plus, there's a private elevator, which made me feel very secure. The location is absolutely perfect, just 500 meters from the Bund, and you can see the Bund landscape right from your room! Overall, a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!

The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, with Raffles City North Bund just across the street. The breakfast is good, and the view from the Sky Palace on the top floor is beautiful. There were only two bottles of water in the room, and a note indicated an additional charge of 2 yuan for each extra bottle. This practice feels a bit odd, as even smaller hotels usually provide an ample supply of bottled water.

Great value for money upgrade: I was able to upgrade my room for just an additional 99 RMB during check-in, which felt like a fantastic deal overall. Excellent Location: The hotel is quite close to the subway station, making it very convenient for travelers who need to use public transport to get to various attractions. Peaceful Environment: The hotel is situated in a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area. The sleeping environment is very peaceful, undisturbed by city noise, making it ideal for guests who prioritize a good night's rest. Suggestions for improvement: Facility Maintenance: While the overall stay was good, the in-room facilities are a bit old. I recommend the hotel strengthen its maintenance or consider appropriate renovations to enhance the quality of the stay.

The aromatherapy diffusers smelled amazing, and there were three options to choose from. Both breakfast and the late-night snacks were great. The laundry service was very convenient. The rain shower had excellent water pressure, and the pajamas were comfortable. The hotel is close to the subway station. When it rained and we needed a taxi, the staff were incredibly helpful, holding an umbrella and assisting with luggage. The service was exceptional. There was barely any noise in the room, the air conditioning was very quiet, and the 'one-touch deep sleep' function was a big plus.

The hotel service is exceptionally good. ”Traditional hotels spend money on walls; Atour Hotels spend money on beds.” This isn't an exaggeration – their bedding is truly amazing. This time, I specifically requested the second-generation deep sleep pillow, and as a chronic insomniac, I fell asleep shortly after my head hit the pillow. I've already ordered an Atour pillow! Beyond their consistently excellent attitude, the service extras are also impressive: 1. Late-night porridge (9:30-11:00 PM) offers complimentary small bowls of porridge and snacks. 2. The in-room minibar is entirely free, and I even took the tea bags with me~ 3. The tea and cookies from Atour Village are incredibly delicious. The room's location is truly excellent. The room was also very clean and spacious, and the hotel staff were very welcoming. The room facilities were all excellent, complete, and very new. I will definitely come again next time.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, a full five stars! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and thoughtful. They even surprised me with a free room upgrade, which was a delightful bonus. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with a great selection of both meat and vegetarian options, and everything tasted delicious. Throughout my stay, all the staff were friendly and always ready to help, showing great attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, it offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time!

I’m so glad I chose the Mehood Elegant Hotel. It was the perfect location — close to everything, not too crowded, yet not too remote either. I traveled solo with my 14-month-old toddler, and he was absolutely spoiled by all the hotel staff. Everyone treated us with so much kindness and care. Jerry checked us in and out and even gave me a cute fridge magnet. The breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from, the rooms were cleaned daily, and bottled water was always replenished. Xiao Jun also took great care of us, and Yinhe Juan felt like an auntie to us. We looked forward to seeing them every morning at breakfast. They all made my stay feel so warm and welcoming — truly like a home away from home. I’m incredibly grateful for their hospitality, and if I ever find myself back in Shanghai again, I’ll definitely be booking Mehood. PS: the view from my room was incredible!
