Had a great experience! Downstairs, there are plenty of beautiful spots perfect for photos. You can even see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from the skywalk right outside the entrance – ideal for snapping some pictures. Breakfast was delicious and professionally handled. The coolest part is that right across the street is a filming location for Mission: Impossible III. I'll definitely bring the kids back next time!

Traveling with a lot of large luggage this trip, I was initially worried about the inconvenience of carrying and storing it. However, the hotel's concierge staff proactively assisted throughout the entire process, smoothly delivering my bags to the room and even thoughtfully arranging them in the custom storage area. I didn't have to lift a finger myself. Temporarily storing luggage when going out was also incredibly convenient; the check-in process was simple and efficient, and upon retrieval, my items were neatly arranged. This meticulous luggage service truly eased the hassle of long-distance travel, showcasing the professional caliber and attention to detail of a high-end hotel.

Booked a river-view room for my parents and it was absolutely fantastic! Firstly, this hotel is a Shanghai landmark. I had originally planned to take my parents up the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, but from our 77th-floor room, we already had panoramic views of the entire city – saving us that expense! Secondly, the hotel's interior, with its multi-story circular corridors, was truly breathtaking. I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

The location is super convenient for getting around, and the hotel's interior is fantastic. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and we got a river view room directly facing the Bund. Watching the sunset and the Bund light-up ceremony from our room was truly amazing. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Jin Mao Tower to Binjiang Avenue to enjoy the dazzling night view across the river. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with a wide selection, and the staff were warm and friendly. Staying here made us feel incredibly at ease.

Extremely satisfied. **Cleanliness:** Excellent, even the little details are spotless, like the corners of the bathroom. The three-tiered shower system (top, middle, bottom) is very comfortable and feels like a water massage. **Facilities:** Also very clean. The curtains and lighting can be controlled from the bedside. The bathroom amenities are also very clean. One small suggestion for improvement: the switches for the two reading lights seem to be reversed. The gym equipment is very professional, and towels and water are readily available. **Service:** Excellent. Ms. MIA from the Guest Experience team followed up consistently after the booking, and communicated promptly whenever there were any issues. The executive lounge service was also great, always responsive. The spa experience was good and very professional. **Environment:** Unbeatable views, no need to say more, just look at the photos. Overall, I really loved it and will definitely come again! 🤩

The room's location was excellent, with beautiful views of the Oriental Pearl Tower and other landmarks right outside the window – it was a fantastic feeling. The hotel staff's service attitude was very good. I requested extra pillows, but after more than half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. When I called to ask, it turned out my child had pressed the 'do not disturb' button, and the staff member didn't want to disturb us by ringing the doorbell. Afterward, a young lady rushed over with two pillows, looking quite breathless. I actually felt a bit bad for her! She definitely deserves praise!

I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao multiple times, and the facilities are consistently excellent. This time, I booked a river-view twin room for my family. The guest experience team proactively called beforehand to ask about our room preferences. I requested a room with a good view if possible, and I was pleasantly surprised! We could see the Oriental Pearl Tower right from our room, which my parents absolutely loved! Many thanks to the guest experience team – I'll definitely be returning to the Grand Hyatt for my next stay.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. The staff were very kind and responded promptly to all requests. They never bothered me excessively, striking the perfect balance, which was really comforting while traveling. Plus, the staff helped me get a room on the 85th floor, the highest level, which was a huge bonus! 😄 Parking is free; just tell the concierge on the first floor your room number and license plate before heading out. 👌🤝
